If you regularly get seriously ill, I would recommend: Vitamin D3 (20,000 IE daily until you are better) in liquid form, no tablets with calcium (taking calcium is very unhealthy) Vitamin C: 3 to 6 grams per day until you are better if you can handle that much acid. There's buffered C but that comes with calcium. Important: Vitamin C supplements need to be evenly spread over the entire day. Taking everything at once makes no sense because next time you go to the bathroom, it will all leave your body. Also do not start with taking 3 grams. I started with 0.5 until my stomach got used to it and I didnt get a burning feeling. That took 1-2 days. So thats relatively quickly, but not immediate. Once you are over it, you want to look into your diet. How am I competent? Last illness I had was an annoying cough 6 years ago. That's it. Before that, I had a virus infection 32 years ago. My diet has been mostly vegan since 18 years. I am drinking vegetable juice as often as I can and I take supplements but not artificial vitamins but from natural sources.

I wouldn't bet on it, but Omega 3 and/or Vitamin B12 could help. Since there is no downside to making sure you have enough of these, I would recommend it. B12 is essential for signal transmission of all nerve cells. Omega 3 fatty acids tendentially reduce inflammatory processes.

As Yarko wrote: Trading is not investing. You have to define your goals and risk tolerance. You have to learn about your psychology, otherwise you will self-sabotage and shit your pants both when you have a big (unrealized) gain and the same when you are in the red. And then you make mistakes. You need to understand the market and have a plan what to do in which conditions. Otherwise, you are gambling. You need to be patient. Warren Buffet said, that the stock market is a tool to transfer money from impatient people to patient people. True. *Very important: The economy and financial markets are currently changing dramatically. You have to understand these changes if you want to invest long term in stocks. For trading, this is less important. If you start trading, start with small amounts. You can also demo trade with virtual money. You can't train the psychological aspects with a demo account but it is the first thing you want to start with. Once you have the impression that you can make money, you start with a real money account but you trade small amounts and tightly control your risk. You know the exact risk, money you will lose, when the trade you want to open goes against you and you are stopped out (sell at loss). If you don't know that risk, you do not go into any trade. That is the number one thing that you need to control. Writing that you have moral issues making money (by not working) is a limiting belief. If you keep that, your subconscious mind will find ways of sabotaging your efforts. The most simple tool to invest are ETFs. With an ETF you buy an index fund of many stocks, not just 1 single stock. That eliminates that work and risk of picking individual stocks. The most important thing about trading/speculation is understanding probability thinking. Socialism is about centralized allocation of all resources. Personal property and freedom is incompatible. -

Socialism corrupts the majority of citizens by redistributing taxes to them. Whatever actual fear of socialism there is, that goes out the window quickly. When the economy is completely ruined, then also the majority lose their benefits. But then it is too late to wake up and change course. -

The older you get, the more you know the place. A tendency to not pay as much attention to the world seems logical. I don't know if that is what you are experiencing. -

I drink a lot of vegetable juice. Mostly, it is mixes of several different kinds, biggest part is tomato. Example of one particular product: 67% tomato juice, 13% carrot, 6% sauerkraut (pickled cabbage), 4% beetroot, 2% cucumber, 2% bell pepper mark, onion, bean juice, dill, salt, leek, thyme, chervil, lovage, cilantro, basil, junipers, laurel, borage. Some of these juices are fermented. Tastes like cold soup, basically. That is available in Germany, Austria, Switzerland. I am sure there are similar products in your country. photo: https://media.dm-static.com/images/f_auto,q_auto,c_fit,w_1200,h_1200/v1647612875/products/pim/4058172627729-2341116/dmbio-gemuesesaft These types of juices are great for cooking as well. I think of this as a hack because you get a lot of veggie with minimal effort. They are affordable, too.

Cancer rates are low in middle eastern/arabian countries despite record sugar consumption. Fasting could be a reason.

There are health concerns with tofu. I personally had cramps when I used tofu flakes to substitute meat. Seitan can be an alternative, not if you want to avoid gluten though because it's made of wheat. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7i8jLeofOJI

If you have depression, I would make sure that you have a good supply of vitamin B12 and omega 3 acids. That could help you, not a miracle cure but plays into a healthy function of your brain. It's most simple to do with supplements but if you don't want those, you can research which foods are rich in those. Salmon and other fatty salt water fish is rich in omega 3. But I would strongly recommend to stay away from farmed salmon. Only wild salmon. The smaller the fish are, the less contamination with heavy metals and other toxins. If that wasn't the case, then tuna would be great, but it's highly contaminated. Since you are OK with meat, I would recommend beef liver once a week. Rich in zinc. I would however research, how the situation is with chemical contamination of beef liver from industrial farming. You would probably be safer with beef liver (and meat in general) from organic farming (not hormones, no antibiotics). Sprouts, germlings, and micro greens is something you can look into. A lot of nutritional density. You can grow these yourself at home. The space requirement is minimal. One of the most healthy vegetables: Broccoli. Among other things, broccoli contains a lot of organic sulphur which is very important. https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/howto/guide/health-benefits-broccoli https://www.webmd.com/food-recipes/health-benefits-broccoli Broccoli is also consumed as sprouts and microgreens. Acerola has the most vitamin c. Blackcurrants, elderberry and blueberries are very healthy, not cheap though. And to your state of knowledge is that the report is accurate? I am not suggesting otherwise by the way. I am just not willing to believe anything.
