It also has a why, "I am opening my heart to gratitude so I can experience more happiness in my life". -

There are some ideas in this video that are meta, which is helpful. I am grateful that I can be grateful, I am grateful that I have things to be grateful for. They make a difference, it is superior to just going directly for the individual object of gratitude. -

@Wisebaxter It is a screenshot one can take, both before completing the maze, and after completing the maze. Only after completing the maze, Link possesses treasure and experience that one cannot see. A metaphor for life? Maybe

just read a book called "bored and brilliant". It was a fun exploration about the idea that being bored is actually a catalyst for new insights, and how our culture today is uniquely saturated with stimulation and distraction. It also had an interesting take on meditation, and how it is not always so great when trying to come up with new ideas. The default mode is actually great, and healthy. But, take boredom in moderation. -

The prefrontal cortex is absolutely legit. Try doing things to improve your prefrontal cortex and watch the results for yourself. No need to ask a soul about it. https://steemit.com/life/@kral789/5-ways-to-strengthen-prefrontal-cortex-and-improve-self-discipline
