It depends on why you're telling them. First do some real good introspection about WHY you want to tell them (there might be more than one reason). You might think you know the reason but in fact there is some more hidden reason. Try to be very honest with yourself. If you want to tell them because you think it would be good for them to self improve...so some people might feel offended by hearing "hey you need to work on yourself" (even if you don't use those words thats what some people tend to hear) Also one of the dangers of working on one self and improving is that you can get the feeling of feeling better than others. For reasons which I will not go into now, such a feeling is antithetical to self actualization. So telling them to sort of "show-off" is also a problem. Just try to look deep down for reasons like these and make your that only positive things can come out of telling them and if not don't. Also, sometimes the best "way" to tell these people about what your doing is to just live by example. If they see a real actualized guy so that will inspire anyone to "hop on the boat"

I think that, just like there are "levels" of how much someone can be enlightened here in this physical world. I think that is also true once we die. Its not "black and white" there are levels "there" as well. So if this "nothingness" "feels" that we could have earned more on our own so well come back here with a birthmark. But if we have earned this state of being on our own then we can bask in this amazing state of real true "nothingness" FOREVER!!!! yay!!!! Also its really for our own benefit. We appreciate something better if we've truly earned it. No one likes taking charity. -

Oh well then I guess I'm also sorry. I guess I misunderstood you. So then what were you asking? -

First of all. When we use the word nothingness. We have to understand that we have no idea what that word actually represents. With most words...like "dog"...we know it represents that 4 legged creature that barks. When it comes to this word nothingness. Its very abstract. We don't really have a grasp on it. Its sort of like how our minds cant understand infinity. Let's keep in mind that this same "nothingness" also created everything in existence and is the source of everything. (As leo pointed out in "All Of Religion Explained In One Video") So don't think of this "nothingness" as like a empty box. Rather think of it as this "being" you is the source of all existence and the only reason we're calling it nothingness is because our minds cant grasp the infinite. In other words, its "nothingness" but at the same time its "everythingness"...confusing but true. So to "grow into even bigger nothingness" is a Great thing...not a small little thing. Its a challenge and it involves perfecting yourself and expanding your mind and really being in touch with your inner self etc etc. -

This is also true. In other words, if we haven't prepared ourselves to be in touch with our true selves (this "nothingness" or "God") then we are "not ready" for death. So our soul (this nothingness) is put back into another body so it can (so to speak) have another chance at life to achieve enlightenment. Once a person actually reaches this state of being and then dies, he wont come back to this physical world with a birthmark. I think the reason for this, is that who ever created all of us, wants us to achieve this state of enlightenment and get in touvh with this nothingness, but he wants us to achieve it on our own using our own effort, he doesn't want to just give it to us for free (so to speak). So like mike_herald said, when we die we automatically achieve that state of being. So before we get it for free when we die. This "nothingness" wants us to acheive it on our own. (Just like sort of a parent wants his kids to earn the allowance and not just give him the money) -

Well, since we aren't actually our physical bodies. We are really our souls (which are "nothingness" or what we call here at actualized.org "God") so then after we biologically die so then nothing really changes with our real self. In other words, we are comprised of a physical body and a non physical part...a part that cant be seen. This part that cant be seen is "nothingness" (see Leos' video "All Of Religion Explained In One Video"). That (what ever it is) remains after you physically die. My feeling is that the more you become Enlighten (which loosely defined means "getting in touch with that nothingness") so the more you will be "alive" after you die since all thats left after you die is that "nothingness". This makes sense to me...let me know what you think. -
I suggest therapy. Now most people look at therapy with a negative connotation and it doesn't have to be that way. A good therapists is just someone to talk to and express your true feelings deep down. A lot of things we don't feel comfortable telling our friends because of what they will think of us. Its amazing how speaking things out with someone can really take a load off your chest...Now it costs some money but if you have it then go for it...Maybe leo can recommend a good one!

I appreciate everyone answering my question. Some of the things I saw resonated with me and somethings I saw made me laugh. I kinda see where people are coming from. Heres a basic summary of what people said 1) If it is just a fun way to express your personality...than so be it 2) words are neither bad nor good, they are just sound waves. 3) We are free to use any words we want to express ourselves. If a curse word feels like the best word to use in some situation, I say, go with it. 4)Cursing is only bad if you let others tell you it is. 5) ...as sometimes people can come across as quite authentic if they are cursing, because they are speaking passionately about a particular subject. Other times I find it can just be a part of someone's sense of humor. 6)...I tend to curse more simply as an expression of who I am. 7) Cursing is neither good nor bad in reality, but if you are using the language with a negative intention, you are perpetuating negativity within yourself. Cursing doesn't have to be negative, you simply have to be mindful of your intentions behind the things you say. 8)It's your mind control setting in telling you how things are suppose to be but if you live through the spirit and understand that you are nothing then there are no silly laws like that. I happen to think a little differently than most people who have posted. But before I share what I think. We need to all remember including me to be open minded to the fact that we could be wrong. Especially when discussing things that are so ingrained in us since childhood like cursing. (If hypothetically cursing WAS something that we should stop doing...it would be VERY difficult for us to to admit that its wrong and we should stop since its so ingrained in ourselves and most of society does it) Leo is very stringent that people on the forum post with proper grammar and spelling and punctuation. Why is that? What if I want to speak/write in a certain way which I feel expresses my self. What if I think who cares the way something is spelled, after all they are just little symbols that are trying to convey a message. What if I think its not good or bad to use proper grammar and its just a way for me to express myself. So we see that obviously just because I want to express myself in a certain way doesn't mean its something I should do. Just like you would write a cover letter for a job interview with bad spelling and grammar and punctuation, so too you would put curse words in there even if you were trying to "express yourself" Would we be ok cursing in front of our kids? Would we be ok cursing in a job interview? Would the president curse? Would a news broadcaster curse? Would a teacher curse in front of the students? etc etc No! Why? Because these people are trying to be their best and cursing is a lowly thing. (It's just a sign that you don't have the proper lexicon to say what you want to say and your trying to get peoples attention). Even though these words are just "sound waves and we give them meaning" (as someone put it) even so, the world knows them as curse words which by definition is a negative thing. If we want to be actualized people we have to realize that every word we say is important and has to be selected carefully. Why should we waste our words with meaningless negative words. I think we all need to admit to ourselves that cursing is something we should try to stop doing (like any other bad habit). I think we can find better and more authentic ways to express ourselves. Ok thats what I think. Sorry if I wasn't clear and I rambled. Now I'm very open to the fact that I could be completely wrong. Which most of you reading this probably think I've lost my whammy. But let's try to be open minded to the possibility that this could be something that we should work on. Sorry for the long post.

"Death and Life are in the Power of the Tongue" -Proverbs 18:21 (written by King Solomon) Meaning your words can have a very negative or positive impact on people. Use them wisely!
