  1. 27/May/2017 2 There Is Nothing Ahead Lovers think they’re looking for each other, but there’s only one search: wandering this world is wondering that, both inside one transparent sky. In here there is no dogma and no heresy. The miracle of Jesus is himself, not what he said or did about the future. Forget the future. I’d worship someone who could do that. On the way you may want to look back, or not. But if you can say, There’s nothing ahead, there will be nothing there. Stretch your arms and take hold the cloth of your clothes with both hands. The cure for pain is in the pain. Good and bad are mixed. If you don’t have both, you don’t belong with us. When one of us gets lost, is not here, he must be inside us. There’s no place like that anywhere in the world. My Plans I was not able to meditate and follow my plan successfully due to some distractions I did three hours separately. I contemplated the question: what area values for a few mins, and I stopped.
  2. 26/May/2017 1 Of these two thousand I's and we's I wonder, which one am I ? Give ear to my babble, do not lay your hand on my mouth. Since I have gone out of control, do not put glass on my path, for if yo do I will stamp and break all that I find. Because every moment my heart is confused with your fantasy, if you are joyous I am joyful, if you are sorrowing I am sorrowful. You give bitterness that I became bitter, you give grace and I become all grace; with you it is pleasant, O my suger-lipped mirror. You are the original_ what person am I, A mirror in your hand; whatever you show, that I become, I am a well-proved mirror. You are like the cypress of the meadow, I am like your shadow; since I have become the shadow of the rose, I have pitched my tent beside the rose. Every second you I break off a rose, it will become a thorn in my hand; and if I am all thorn, through you i am all rose and jasmine. Every moment I drian a bloody beaker of the blood of my heart; every instand I break my own pichter against the saki's door. Every second I reach out my hand towards the skirt of an idol, that he may scratch my cheek, that he may rend my shirt.
  3. @Nathalie They still change my mood, but not as much as they used to. Whenever a strong emotion arise ( out of my thought pattern), I try to watch it and let it go. And if I am with people, I keep silent.
  4. Yes, but it still provides a healthy way of living. I referred to the discipline of the Islam teaching. You find similar discipline in Buddism. Maybe the only difference is that Islam both teaches and rule people in a wise conscious way.
  5. @carlos floresT The Arab world, which is the heart of Islam, is also moving into business and materialism, insanely. The problem, I think, is not a business. Instead, it is the universal internal laws that are cut with it. With technology, people know the truth of their leaders who act out of ego in the first place. Now, they march and they want change!
  6. @ashashlov I think it is a great opportunity for to spread Truth in your own country. Maybe, if you change 10 people. They will change 100. 100 will change 1000, etc. The more challenging, the more interesting
  7. To be loved is harder to love other people. This is an insight I had from a meeting with Sufi people. I encourage you befriend spiritual people in real life, even if you don't agree with their beliefs. It's Ok. So, if there is a Buddism temple, a Mosque, a Church., befriend people who are older than you and learn from them. This is the fastest way. If you only sit down and theorize, you will waste your precious time. Also, Study religious books and practice them. One verse can change your entire life. A Soul mate: Knower of God. ( Arif ) Meditation, mindfulness. Repeating mantras. I hope this will help
  8. @rakuul The Three Essensials Of Zen Practice: this is what we are doing with Leo, God willing 1. Faith: It is a faith that strong and immovable. A practioner has this strong faith, because of the life of the Buddha. He trusts the teaching. This is a faith in the buddha enlightnment experience. 2. Strong doubts: Not a simple doubt, mind you, but a " doubt-mass" This inevitably stems from strong faith. It is a doubt as to why we and the world should appear so imêrfect, so full of anxiety, strife, and suffering when in fact our deep faith tells us exactly the opposite is true. It is a doubt which leaves us no rest. it is as though we knew perfectly well we were millionaires and yet found ourselves in dire need without a penny in our pockets. Strong doubt, therefore, exists in proportion to strong faith. 3. Strong determination: From the second Essential of Zen Practice comes a strong determination to take the journey of the Buddha.
  9. @OBEler I think it would be better to show them the fruits of your enlightenment work; your meditation, self-inquiry, etc. Otherwise, people tend to get emotional when you discuss with them such subjects.
  10. @nightrider1435 I had the same realization. I am happy for you that you realized this as well I think one should be wise enough to take a REAL personal journey, not just theorizing, and thinking he got the Truth. It has to be LIVED. Meditation helped me a lot in overcoming my neurosis, but I am not awakened yet. " The longest journey is the journey inward" Rumi
  11. "They say, " the king of Love is not faithful." lies! They say, " Your night will never have a dawn." Lies! They say, " Why do you slay yourself for Love's sake? There is no survival after the body's death" Lies! They say, " Your tears shed in love are vain; once the eyes are closed, there will be no encounter." Lies! They say, When we have gone outside the cycle of time, beyond this soul of ours will not travel." Lies! Those persons who have not escaped from fancy say, " the stories of the prophets were mere fancies." lies! They say, " he who knows all secrets tells not the servant the secrets and mysteries of the Unseen without intermediary!" Lies!- Rumi
  12. Hi, dear actualizers...I want to tell you something, THIS WORLD IS DRUNK!! Note: Sorry if the post is long, this is my first insight. Please, bear with me ....I love you all. I am sorry for my poor English. My background I represent to you my background in the following videos.... That video represents a group of people who match, not only in order to change their situation but because they want their land back. They want to be independent of the Arab regime. That's why they have a different flag. Another thing I discovered as I watched Leo's video, spiral dynamics is that my is in stage blue, Blue: Authoritarian Loyal to Truth, which is defined by social grouping. Purposeful and patriotic leads people to obey authority, feel guilty when not conforming to group norms, try to serve the greater good through self-sacrifice. and it is moving to stage, but there is alot of resistance. Anyway, in this situation, I went on my own and start contemplation the question, what is a race using the following sub-questions: What is a race? How do I know if race exist?..... What Is A Race? To answer this question, I am using my senses: my sight, smell, hearing, touch, and my mind! I did an experiment and went out, I tried to find out, by my sense, my country or my race. I did that in the following way When I used my eyes, my limited eyes, I found out that I could only see what is in front of me.... I saw a sky, buildings, etc, but I did not see my country. When I used my smell, I could smell only the things that are around me... The same thing goes for my hearing, my touch, and my mind. They are all limited and they could not identify where or what my race is!! So, why do people group together? It has become very clear to me that people march and group together because of their collective SELF-AGENDA: a shared ideas, culture, history, and language. 2. What is a flag? A flag is defined as a piece of cloth, which symbolizes a country. Race is not a flag, because a flag does not have any meaning. Only the collective ego gives it a meaning and people attach to it 3. What is a National anthem? A national anthem is a rousing or uplifting song identifies with a particular group, body, or cause. Like a flag, people identify with a national anthem because of their ego. Anyway, The insight is that RACE, a country, a flag, ect literally have no meaning. They are delusions for people who live in the dream. I will keep quiet and keep this insight for my self. ....Wait for the next question: What is communication?.....
  13. @iTommy Do nothing!!
  14. Note: if this feels like a religious topic, please delete it!! Meanwhile, people in the West talk about the perseverance of their identity, the most common topic in the Islam nation is that its the end. It's very clear that people coming back to religion and strongly!!
  15. @Martin123 I agree, but you have to be open to all possibilities!!
  16. @harisankartj This is actually a sign that you are awakening. I have had many suicidal thoughts lately. I sometimes even think I am dying and I stop meditating for a while. My advice is not to do it. Make Truth your priority! Even if it requires leaving your family.
  17. @Dodoster I woke today REALLY scared. I thought I lost my body!! Truth is very scary, keep going. Glad to be born in 21th century!!
  18. @eskwire Anyone willing to fast with me in Ramadan. It's coming very soon. But you will have to fast for 30 days then you get gifts afterward, any one?
  19. Happy Birthday, Leo!! Best wishes from North Africa. You have been the greatest person I have ever known!
  20. @a e l i I am a former Muslim. I live in a tribalist Muslims country where Islam is very much practiced. My advice would be to study Islam and understand the Muslim mindsets. It is true that many Muslims are biased towards others.you can't help it otherwise. ifyou are a Muslim who prays five times a day, you are biased by definition!
