Hello, guys. I have watched the last video of Leo where he talked about; " 10 important things you want, but don't know that you want", and I am kinda impressed because I found many important things he mentioned I was already aiming towards. However, one thing that is hard for me is authenticity, because I am an extreme introvert. Do you know any techniques or books I can read so I can become more and more authentic Muhammad! Cheers!!

@aurum I have read the book recently. It was an eye-opening. I liked the part: " the dangers of belief!!

@PeakPerformance That's a big wish

@Cuzzo Hi, friend. I am a Muslim, so I think I can give some infromation about it. However, don't take my words as the TRUE interpretation of Islam, for I am not very qualified. There are many groups in Islam: Sunnis, Shiis, Sufis...etc who have been arguing over the real essence of the Quran ( The last message sent to the last Prophet Muhammad) since the death of the Prophet Muhammad. Muslims believe that all messengers came with ONE message, and that is the oneness of God. Muslims believe that there is only one life purpose: To Worship God and To look after the earth. Muslims do not believe in Jesus as the son of God, nor God himself. They believe in him as a prophet of God. Muslims pray five times day, gives charity if possible, recite the Quran, fast in Ramadan every year. About the dangers of Islam, I think it is real, but very few radical Muslim would kill people, especially Wahabis ( the current idealogy practiced in Saudi Arabia) I hope I have given you some information. There is a lot I don't know myself Peace Muhammad

Hi, guys. I hope everyone is doing well. I am fasting this Ramadan, and I am trying to isolate myself during the last 10 days to do strong determined sitting and the do nothing technique. I just want to know what is the difference between "strong determined sitting" and "the do nothing" techniques? what are the different benefits one can get from the two? Thanks Muhammad

@charlie2dogs I am a newbie to the concept of enlightment and so on. However, I think it is hard to balance self-development with enlightment work.

Hi everyone I have watched the last video on your youtube channel; " Fake Growth vs Real Growth; What If You are just ricking yourself". I did get the idea that we should look for change within meaning internally, not externally. However, I still would like to hear some clear picture on what it looks like in real life: My problems Sociall anxiety: How do I aquire real growth in this one. I know that I should read self-help books and practice them in my real life, but how is the change gonna take place INNERLY I am still confused) My fitness level: How do I get a real change in this one? Of course, what I think now is that I should fix my money problems, go to the gym, and the problem will be solved. Neverlesss, I think there is INNER change which is more important. How is it going to be in my real life?!!! Thanks in advance

Hi, guys. Peace and love from Morocco. So it has been around 6 months so far. To a great level, I have overcome two major things ( with self-control and will-power as well as mediation); Depression and masturbation. I am looking forward to overcoming other addictions as well like facebook ( I am using it now just as a temporary need. However, I tried to deal with my financial problems, but I found it really hard, so I don't think I will be able to do much about it. To clarify, if I want to change my financial problems, I will have to wait for one more year till I graduate. Therefore, I will have to postpone many things along the way; things like gaining confidence, improving my health, improving my social skills, finding my life purpose because they all require a basic thing, money. Do you have any thoughts on this?
-
Yes, friend. I totally agree with you, but I didn't mean that way. I meant when you don't have money as a basic need. For example, when you won't be able to meet your friends because of your lack of money...and...and...and

I am very very very grateful for the fact that I live in a "grouped thinking" society. Yet, I have never liked it that way, and I have always wanted to deviate ( for the good of course) I am grateful that I am a young wise man who understands what is going on and willing to change. ( although he is living in hell) I am also VERY grateful for coming across Leo's channel. It was exactly what I needed.

@Natura Sonoris Hey man. The same thing happened to me. Search on Youtube about Spiritual awakening. This is called the Third eye, and it is responsible for your psychological development as far as I know.
-
I think I need at least 3 to 4 hours meditation a day in order to get over my negative thinking and emotional problems.
-
Hey man. he was talking about life purpose from an Islam perspective. The place, where he is standing, is actually called speaker's corner where many speakers gather to preach for what they believe.

I have read the book, The Charismatic Myth, and it was an eye-opening. I am now working on presence; being more presence while I am with people. Also, I am working on my tonality. I started to write down stories in my native language and say them out loud to myself in a different ways in order to make my myself used to talking. Do you any other methods to improve my speaking skills mainly avoiding being in my head while I am with people. Thanks in Advance!

My social anxiety is getting serious and serious. I don't want to focus just on my studies and leave this big part of my life for I know it would affect me in my near future. Do you any POWERFUL books I should read in order to overcome my social anxiety. Thanks in advance

I am 22 years old, a university student with social anxiety ( which I am overcoming now) and I have a lot of other problems; problems even the basic needs! What do you suggest for me to do? I feel like I am just wasting my time in Personal development because I haven't yet had a good vision of what my life purpose is!!

Hi everyone. I thought to show you a video of something called "Rebat" where a group of Muslim practitioners would gather together to meditate ( Muslim meditaion). We do that for sometimes 10 days, 30 days, or 40 days. Here is the link to one I am talking about. Sorry it is in French. I couldn't find any one in English. I hope you enjoy it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4NbW-bxUn4g. I am interested to hear your opinions.
-
Hi MartineF. In my personal opinion, they all point to the same, in a sense, and that is self-growth. But in terms of purpose, they differ. If you ask a Sufi person, why do you meditate? he or she would say for the sake of honering, loving, worshiping God which is quit different from other traditions..ect

@Henri I don't think there is a big difference between Muslim meditation and the other forms of meditation. However, The one I posted is practiced in the month of Ramadan every year. You will have to fast from sunrise to senset for 30 days, and you will only sleep from 8 hours a day with a quick nap in the afternoon if you want. what is happening is that you will learn discipline in terms of praise, meditation, prayer....and manners in general. I personnaly don't have a great experience in this matter because I did it only twice in my life. Once for 10 days, and another time where I was just a visitor for 3 days. Also, during this meditation, you will have to force yourself not to see the outer world. You will not see people, your familly, friends..ect. If you ask me about the whole purpose of this meditation, prayers and so on and so forth in Islam, I would say it is Ikhlas ( Faithfullness). There are many other things I will cover in another post. Thanks for your interests
