She probably has interests, stuff she likes -- sports, fashion, philosophy, music. What does she want to create? Ask about that, perhaps.

They seem to add to the devolution of humanity as a whole. It's mostly a drug, and one with very acute negative effects at that.

Red cabbage here. Where are my fellow cabbages?

Why does one need to watch what everyone else does? What originality is there? Then you'd be bound to whatever information others consume. Would you read a book just because you were told that many others have read it before? That's basically groupthink and peer pressure. Consider that at some point there was only one person who consumed the content that then became widely popular. You can do it on your own.

You're welcome!

Stumbled upon this book by Robert Fritz, the author of The Path of Least Resistance. Promising premise. Check it out: Your Life as Art (Kindle edition).

Don't forget Aghast.

Yeah. Not dismissing potential benefits in the short term or for treating certain deficiencies. But what would happen to your body if a diet like that is followed for a couple decades? A lot of ugly stuff according to science.

I've heard this before. What you say sounds plausible and seems like it was a key contributor to psychedelics' current legal status in most countries.

29/36. In any case, I've done various tests, scoring on some of them likely to have Asperger.

Watch How to Shop For Healthy Food. Solid advice. Basic principles still apply.

@Devin According to research, there are physiological differences between the male and female brain, even before birth. So saying that they're different from each other isn't always bias. I assume that would translate to pretty important differences in behavior and how the world is perceived by each sex. Could be an area to research. Yep, was going to mention this. It might as well be an instinctual drive.

Feeling overwhelmed isn't needed. Just wonder about stuff. -

First look into what life is, then that will maybe answer the death question. Based on hearsay, I can say that knowing the nature of death is possible, by becoming conscious of what it is. Perhaps life and death aren't separate after all, and being conscious of what one is provides consciousness of the other. What happens after death is a different question, and a pointless one since you can't know So we're left with contemplating life. What is it? Do a meditation retreat, wonder about it, etc. Intent to know what it is for yourself. -
Honesty and responsibility kick some ass.

How ignorant can one be? I've been noticing the courage it takes to recognize one's own blindspots and to step outside one's world. It's like you live in a small bubble. You may not realize this without courage and hard work -- or ever. Thankfully there are people whose world is bigger than yours and can help you become aware of your ignorance. Contemplate: What constitutes your worldview? What do you assume is true about you, life and existence? What is a belief? What would be required for you to step outside your world? What lies beyond your set of assumptions? How can you empower your capacity for learning?

Was going to say that.

The truth of the matter is infinitely more fascinating than any fantasy.

I wouldn't. As @LSD-Rumi recommends, Nootropics Depot is a good option. I've bought from them once. Als, @flowboy's recommendation, MindLab, seems to be a good product although I haven't tried it yet. My basic wishlist consists of L-theanine, Krill oil and melatonin. I'm sure you could also find cheap vitamin D and C. You could buy Qualia Mind or Essentials through LuckyVitamin even though this is a premium product and an excellent one from I can tell. I've bought it... a couple of times I think, both Mind and Focus.

solid advice. Perhaps add a vitamin D supplement.

@D2sage Definitely speak up about the benefits you've experienced if you want to. I don't know about other people, but my criticism is basically directed towards unnecessary ideology and fundamentalism surrounding the practice. I have no problem with semen retention as a practice. In fact I was one of the guys who did it back in November, and I reported some powerful benefits -- and a few drawbacks, too. But again, people seem to easily conflate their beliefs and initial motivation to undertake such thing, with the raw practice itself and their experience of it.

Calm down, guys. The point is to check for a potentially harmful piece of software. I'm sure Leo is looking into it. Let's just hope that it gets sorted out soon.

What is a question?
