Idealistically that sounds really good. In practice I just don't see that ending well. Once you start putting people in camps that's already one step towards creating a ghetto or concentration camp.

@Keyhole I know what you are saying. They still need to ride the bus and eat though. Although part of the money will go to drugs I have no doubt. Sometimes it seems like some people really need the help for other things then drugs. It all seems pretty blurry to me. It doesn't sit well with me to just take take take from society and never give anything back. What do people do to give back? I don't trust giving money to the services too much either. @Nivsch I like to think of the different levels of SD like the gears in a car. Same for the different levels in Maslow's Hierarchy. If you are going to take a road trip, let's say Route 66, from Chicago to LA: You can not just drive that whole trip in one gear. You got to shift trough every gear from 1st to 5th/6th gear. You can be in 5th gear when you are stuck in a traffick jam. And you can't drive in 1st gear on the highway. Your whole gearbox got to be in working order. The same applies to life.

Being a moderator does not have to be a permanent office. It could be a temporary one for a period of 6 to 12 months. Then the torch can get passed on to other forum members. It balances out relative perspectives and keeps the moderators humble. Truth indecency can be spotted easily and can and will be moderated by any forum members being the moderator of the moment.

That's what got to my mind as well watching the videos. I don't know how sustainable it will be for him to work 3 days a week in a supermarket. Any plans that will cost just a little bit of money will be a no go because there will be no money to do anything.

@andyjohnsonman if your brother is the kind of guy who makes very good money this slogan might help him: "I make money, money doesn't make me" You can always make new money. Making money is a skill. If he is good at making money it won't be the end of him. Of course it's painful emotionally. But a guy in his prime with a good job will always have options. He probably will end up with a new girl down the line, but hotter, better sex, and who is nicer to him. He just doesn't know it yet at this time.

Sounds awesome. Don't know about the minimal work part though, seems like a lot of work, but if you enjoy it, it might not feel too much like work.

Nah I got a lot of time to explore, my life is pretty cool. I travel a lot making good money doing it. I am from Europe living in the USA. My girlfriend is from Africa. My daughter is mixed. If anything I should be traveling less. I would love to talk about steady relationships and children and stuff. But who here on the forum does that? No one. Please someone? So I rather be the guy helping some young guys out then the guy telling them they should not be playing victim, but hey!! don't be doing any pick up either.

People can get stuck playing video games, they can get stuck smoking weed, they can get stuck watching sports, they can get stuck doing pick-up. Of course you should not do that. But at a certain time pickup can be the right tool for the job at hand. Most people/guys have been there. You want to improve with the opposite sex. Starting from scratch. Once you get that momentum going you got to shift gears and move on to bigger better things. My problem is with people who start shitting on guys who are trying to build themselves up. The guys starting out. We all got to start somewhere. Shoe some support. Build them up. You did pick-up yourself right? Still on the path to improve with girls. Where would you have been if you had not started your pick up journey? Probably still at square one. I don't really agree with this notion that once a guy has left pick up behind now he needs to 'repent his sins' and condemn pick up. That he has seem the light now and found God or something. It kind of goes with these New Age circles. It's kind of like a leftish religion. With a lot of dogma on what to do and not to do when it comes to dating. It's basically the foundation from which spirituality grew into religions like Christianity and Islam with their dogma on sex and relationships. Same thing just a bit of a different vibe.

Some people age better then others. Just because a guy does pickup now does not mean he will never settle down. What's so hard to understand about that?
