  1. @MasterNigel you can't find the truth if you make cartoon character representation of a situation. Black people being proud of rap music, that's not even accurate. I know lots of Black people who do not like rap music at all. That's a cartoon character representation of reality. What do you exactly consider to make up Black Culture? I think the poverty is only part of the problem. Poverty is part of a bigger problem, and that problem is lack of perspective.
  2. What you are describing as the ideal sounds more in the direction of Tech College.
  3. Yeah it's inevitable that in just a cosmic second we will all blend together. Globalization is going at a faster rate by the decade. Pay attention.
  4. Do it. The most money is to be made when you are unconventional.
  5. I was thinking my life basically consists of 3 'elements'. Work, gym, and my relationship with my girlfriend. Those are the 3 main things that I focus on. I will dabble in some other elements but those are the main 3 things. Soon I will have to add a 4th element to those 3 which I would call Family. Now I think maybe I should add a fifth Element to my life to elevate it. I was just thinking does the level of Self-Actualization depend on how many Elements a person can successfully manage in their life at the same time? When I look at other people most people seem to make up their life if 3 elements. Some maybe 4. But it's hard to find regular people who's life consists of 5 or 6 elements.
  6. That's funny you say that. My girlfriend is Black and I think I have some insight in this. You say: "Maybe Black people are genetically predisposed to commit more violence". The funny thing is that I have heard a lot of Black people make that same claim about White people. Their reasoning is that during colonial times it were the White people who went around killing and enslaving other people. Also I have heard Black people say that most serial killers are white, which statistically I think is truth. (......) And that it was White people who pretty much exterminated the Native Americans in North America. Just for good measure let me also remind you that is was White people (Arians) who mass exterminated the Jews in WW2. And as singled out examples by your reasoning Barack Obama should be more vicious then Donald Trump. Now like I said there are White people who do hold those believes regarding Black people. And there are Black people holding those same believes about White people. So one side got to be in the wrong correct? Or maybe both sides or right in their assumption, and humans as a whole are an agressive species predisposed to be violent.
  7. @Seeker_of_truth Like any model it's limited. Because any model is rigid. Which is good because it gives some structure. And that that makes it a good reference point from where to start your investigation. So study the model. Internalize it. (That's the part where you hold on to it). And then let it go. Realizing that any model is limited because of it's rigidity.
  8. I think it's pretty accurate. Only thing is that while you take the test yourself, you will always have some blindspots towards your personality, so that can influence the results. You can let someone else that you thrust take the test for you as well, and compare the results.
  9. This is a great video. It's a bodybuilding video. But it's not really it's more about life purpose in general. Like they say in the video "......otherwise what are you doing? You are just waiting to die, do not wait to die....."
  10. Also what I heard people do, is watching Netflix shows together. Like you can count down start the same episode of the same show at the same time. And then have Skype on so you can see and talk to each other as well. So it's like watching TV together. Or documentary's or whatever. I guess when you are nerdy like that you could also play online video games together.
  11. Have her 'dance' for you on Skype.
  12. @MasterNigel you should watch the documentary "13TH" on Netflix. It got some really interesting points about the US prison system and black opression.
  13. Great video. I somehow missed this one.
  14. The last few weeks I have been sleeping really well. Most nights I sleep straight trough the night without waking up. I think this is because of two things: The last 3 months I have been going to the gym consistently lifting weights. And the last few weeks I have consistently been walking trough nature/the park. I have been doing these two things almost on a daily basis. I thought I would share.
  15. Think of it this way. You mainly compete against yourself. Competing with other people is just a measurement tool of how well you are doing. It's not about beating them. It's about pushing yourself higher and higher.
  16. I heard a saying yesterday: "If you believe in politicians, you don't believe in God" lol
  17. @Annie I am sorry I have never heard of that. I did some Google search and I found some information here: https://www.google.com/amp/m.wikihow.com/Increase-Estrogen%3famp=1 Also it seems GNC has supplements to boost estrogen. I also think I read an article not too long ago that claimed that a diet very high in fiber could lead to a removal of a lot of androgen hormones like testosterone as well as estrogen. So my reasoning is that maybe I you eat a diet very high in fiber that could damage your hormone levels. But that's just an educated guess and speculation on my part.
  18. @Annie from what I know acne in women can be because of higher then average testosterone levels in women. I know/have known women who had this. From what I have heard sometimes the birth control pills can reduce acne. Also there is some sort of vitamin A treatment or something, I forgot the name, but it sounds pretty intense. I believe it has varied levels of success depending on the person. Honestly when it is not too severe I would suggest just wearing some extra make-up and otherwise just accepting the fact. That's what I told my girlfriend. She has some acne in her 30s but I honestly don't really care. She is pretty anyways and you don't notice it at all with a little make-up. I am not sure if in her case she has higher testosterone levels, but I don't think that's necesairly a bad thing, because it makes the woman more of a freak ? Honestly self love is most important in this case I think. I am sure you got plenty of other attractive qualities and features.

  20. I am going to keep a daily diet and exercise journal. Background Info: Sex: Male Age: 33 Height: 6'2" Bodyweight: Around 230 lbs Body type: Mesomorph mixed with some Endomorph characteristics. Otherwise your typical guy who lives in America and hits the gym a few time a week. Somewhat buff with a little too much body fat.
  21. Why do you want to boost your estrogen levels? People, men an women, already get a lot of extra fake estrogen in there system trough BPA, plastics, tap water which contains traces of birth control etc.
  22. @sleeperstakes you don't need creatine. It's very addictive as well, so you become dependant on it. Although black coffee isn't all bad, it got health benefits as well. But as far as a pre-work out formula, coffee with sugar works fine for me. I think a lot of pre-work out formula that get sold are very unhealthy. Although I don't have a lot of experience with those. I took it two or three times. The first time I was all amped up shaking all over my body and spacing all over the place, and I was pushing twice the weight I normally would. Then the second time and after that I hardly felt a thing and it didn't really do anything else then what coffee does for me. I might try it again in the near future. A lot of guys take it, and like it though. Creatine is by far the best sports supplement out there. It increases your strength and endurance. Also another fun effect of creatine is that your muscles will look more full/bigger. So basically you look more muscular just by taking the creatine. That effect disappears very soon after you stop taking creatine though. I can tell you this: 80% of the guys in the gym is using creatine. I can guarantee you that. If you use creatine the best effects you get when you train hard multiple times a weak. Otherwise there is little use in taking it. You won't get the same effects. You don't need creatine, but you will probably like it. As far as protein goes, the supplements work. I just don't like them. You can get all your protein from food. I like that a lot better. It gets disgusting after a while to me drinking so many protein shakes. They do work though. If you want to pack on size protein Iis important. On a side note though I think that the whole advice of eat 1 gram of protein for every lbs of bodymass is overdone. You have to understand that the supplements industry will tell you this because they want to sell you as much protein as they can. Also there is a difference between a guy who is starting to workout or Mr. Olympia who already maxed out is genetic potential and needs to do everything he can to maintain his mass or add on a little bit more. So yeah protein is important. But the truth of how much is somewhere in the middle. You need a lot. Not as much as the fitness industry is telling you necesairly though. And fats and carbs are important too. Too answer your question straight: Yes you can get lean and strong without eating extra amounts of protein or creatine. Also realize that a lot of the great body's you see on TV and in magazines involve steroids. I don't judge. But you have to realize that so you don't go off on a wild goose chase.
  23. Overpopulation Throw too many of any sort of animal together in too small of an area and they all start acting dysfunctional.
  24. 8/7/17 No diet 9.10 AM Workout 2 hours 5 sets of dumbbell chest press 5 sets of chest press machine 10 sets of triceps push down cable 5 sets of mts linear leg press machine 2 sets of shoulder press machine 3 sets of row/deltoid machine 10 minutes of running in the treadmill Stretching 5 sets of pulldown machine 5 sets of vertical barbell row Stretching Total 40 sets, 10 minutes of cardio, 2 hours workout
  25. Creatine, cafeine, and protein. All the other stuff you should be getting from food. Preferably protein as well. Al lot of supplements are driven by the sports nutrition industry. They want to sell, it's a big money industry. Not everything they tell you is true. Testosterone boosters work as well, not for making muscle gains really, but they can increase your sexual performance.
