  1. Google search: Alpha Male Strategies
  2. For me the one source that I pulled the most knowledge from are the articles from Girls Chase.
  3. I don't know. I never heard of the guy. So I looked him up, I watched the video that you mentioned. I have no idea if what he claims about RSD is truth or not. The truth might be somewhere in the middle. But then again RSD is very successful so it is easy to start dissing RSD just to get some attention yourself. I can talk some shit on that Jmulv guy right from watching that video as well. Jmulv is wearing that Muay Thai shirt like he is some hard ass fighter. Yet he claims to be going out six nights a week. And where is his muscle definition from working out? And his shirt looks so clean it looks like it has never seen a sweat. A guy who takes combat sports serious does not go out six times a week I can tell you that. So Jmulv seems fake and try hard himself in that regard. I don't don't know man, just saying, I don't know enough about the guy but I am not willing to just take his word for everything he says. On another note RSD does get a little bit too bubble gum for me lately. I prefer their old stuff when Tyler was a skinny dude with a hand held camera. I honestly think Tyler is a great teacher, and not just for getting girls, I get the most out of his videos from reading between the lines about things like life advice. Tyler mentioned somewhere he wants to become more of a life coach in the future. I hope he does.
  4. What is it with all these new members posting in the Dating section of the forum? That's obviously not even real. Whoever is making all these fake profiles and posts all this stuff should be put in charge of putting up discussion topics in the forum for all members to participate. Because they are actually good topics. Just don't think I am an idiot. I am not going to reply to people with less then 20 posts anymore. That's is just some fake shit.
  5. It sounds good in theory, I don't think it would be that great in practice. Nothing is holding you back from getting with another girl now anyways. You are still hang up on this girl. But you need to go get some new girls. This girl probably looked nice and sucked the dick real good or whatever. But there are girls out there that you are going to have better sex with. You just don't know it yet.
  6. You can do a lot better then this girl. You upped your experience, that will serve you well when you meet a better girl.
  7. Is it me or did get it get more quiet on the forum after the last Islam video? ? Way to go high consiousness and enlightened people.
  8. Things can differ from city to city, country to country, area to area, etc though. London should be like shooting fish in a barrel I imagine.
  9. @Random-Hero95 if you consider paying for Tinder I think you are much better off paying for a Match.com account. The best thing about Tinder is that it is supposed to be free. Match.com is a lot better. Because you can read trough all the girls profiles. You can set up your own extensive profile. And the best thing is that you can send any girl a message in email format. So you don't need to wait for her to swipe right on you. When you see a profile that you like you can take initiative and send that message. I have lots of experience with online dating. And I swear Match.com is the best way to go.
  10. @Random-Hero95 most of the people using online dating are in their late twenties/early thirties so if you don't fall in that age range that alone can explain your lack of success.
  11. I don't agree with that. From my experience online dating gives you a lot of opportunities to date hotter girls then you would usually date. And also different demographics and ethnicities, etc.
  12. That is what he has going for him objectively speaking. The rest is just speculation.
  13. People getting stuck never getting over their "Glory days" in highschool/college.
  14. Because he is not racist. After all he is Black, White, and Asian. So he has transcended that thinking a long time ago.
  15. @Truth ??? What are you talking about dude? I am sharing my first hand experiences with anger and now "the map is not the territory"?
  16. I doubt you are really that stage Red. I don't think some anger issues on itself make people stage Red. You are probably mainly stage Orange like most people. Anger is a secondary emotion. It's not really an emotion that exists by itself. It's rather an emotion felt after an other emotion is felt already. Like fear/anxiety. Then the secondary emotion felt after that is anger. As a defense mechanism I guess. Honestly working out that much and doing combatsports it is possible that you get more aggressive because of raised testosterone and whatever other hormones and chemicals you produce working out and fighting all the time. I knew it did for me when I was still active boxing. Another thing is the mental aspect of it. Like you are more likely to get physical when you get angry. Because when you are sparring and you get in trouble what do you do? You start fighting back harder, you start throwing punches. So now in real life if someone corners you (figuratively speaking) what are you likely to do? Start throwing punches because that is how you are programmed trough sparring. When you get in trouble start throwing punches. I wouldn't stop working out if I were you because the pros far outweigh the cons. But it's still a good thing to understand the mechanics behind it. Also find a way to program your mind how to deal with anger, and more importantly the initial emotion that triggers anger next, in life outside the gym.
  17. @d0ornokey sorry you are right I meant blue.
  18. Go one up. Stage Orange. What are the values of stage Orange? And work on improving those.
  19. .....................And that's why you want to climb Maslows Pyramid...........................
  20. Having trouble letting go often has a lot to.do with a lack of options/one-itis. If a Victoria Secrets model wanted to date you right now it would probably be a lot easier to let go.
