You got bad frame control. When you text a girl you should not be looking to see if somehow she is feeling a connection to you. You decide if the connection is there. No. I don't even consider it a spiritual thing really. Just a piece of knowledge about how our biology works. You can just use it to your advantage, do the right things to your body, so your thoughts improve. There is such a thing as spirituality but not everything needs to be explained away in a spiritual way. That's that's just my view on things.

I have this sensation often as well. It's my little head that starts doing the thinking. It is making all the decisions and telling my body what to do and where to go and what to say. My brain is just observing what's going on. Seriously though. I read somewhere that popular belief is that our thoughts control our body. But actually the way our body feels controls to a large control what kind of thoughts are going on in our head. So if you start being aware of that effect it makes sense that the body starts to feel like the Ego.

I think it's because they live in communities so especially from back in the days it prevented lice and flees. Now it's probably more tradition and uniformity.

Posture is a huge one. When I was 15 I started to hunch. So my mom got me going to this lady that specialized in body posture. Doing sommany of this exercise so many of that. All very exact. Push ups, sit ups etc. And after that class it was like walking in a corset. Would be walking straight up. And then that would slowly want off during the week. She had me doing those exercises at home as well. Looking back that's probably the first time in my life that I went really hard at self-development. I still have very good posture now. Walking straight up. It definitely communicates Alphaness. It really did strike me a while back. I had pulled a muscle in my back and I was walking around all cripple and hunched trough the supermarket. And people were straight up disrespectful. Like going in front of me in line. Not letting me pass in the ile. Shit like that. Posture makes a huge difference in how you get to interact with your surroundings.

What I have noticed is that the best YouTubers are extremely information dense. One minute of these people contains as much information as 10 minutes of a YouTuber of lesser caliber. If you watch Leo's videos. They are extremely information dense. There are other examples as well. Usually the ones with a great following. The ones that are not that popular. Watch them. A lot of time the video is 20 minutes long and only one or two good points are made. And the rest is just rambling.

3 years ago I was broke as fuck. Having a girl pregnant, going to court over custody and child support, totally got reamed. Hell not even a year ago I was sleeping on an air mattress on the ground in a room I rented for 250 dollars a month. No possesions except my car. So broke every last week of the paycheck I had to scrape all my change so I could survive off 10 dollars that week. And I had to buy food and gas to drive to work for that. Hardly ever did I see my daughter. Now I got a great job, pretty good money, I travel all over the world. Also I have a good working relationship with my daughters mother in regards to parenting my daughter. And I see my daughter on the regular. It was also 3 years ago I did discover Leo's videos while driving for 6 hours to make it to the courthouse to fight over those visitation arrangements. And back 6 hours. Now would I have found my way up again without Leo's videos? I am sure I would have found a way. But Leo's videos sure did fucking help strategizing my life. Thanks @Leo Gura !!
