I think that a fascinating video topic would be based around discovering what path of self-actualization you could discover to show people that they have a wide variety of options and to show how broad self-actualization is and how personal self-actualization can be for you. You can focus on how broad and varied achieving self-actualization is!

I study song lyrics and I love discovering the true meaning about the songs and how the lyrics reveal so much about the song! "Clementine" sounds like an energized fiddle or banjo tune on the surface but it's really about a tragic accident that resulted in a miner's daughter's drowning and how nobody can save her. "Your Are My Sunshine" has an idealistic title and has a deeply hopeful chorus but it's really about a breakup and how it shattered the narrator's dreams and the chorus is a plea for forgiveness and reunion. On the surface, "Crocodile Rock" sounds extremely energized and upbeat with an extremely catchy refrain but it's a deeply nostalgic and tragic song about the 1950s and the dance fads and the rise of rock and roll but the singer's nostalgia was shattered by his lover breaking up with him, and "long nights crying by the record machine dreaming of my Chevy and my old blue jeans."

@Rasmus I made a mistake, I meant to use a period and not a question mark.

What makes self-actualization so fascinating for me is that it could be achieved in anyway and you have complete freedom to create an amazing life for yourself. Let's think of a variety of paths to achieve self-actualization and write about these paths. I think a path to self-actualization would be dedicating your life to traveling the world to discover what makes you alive and discover new passions and discover your life purpose. I don't want to just a tourist who overspends on everything! I want to be a traveler who absorbs new cultures and who is genuinely fascinated by cultures. Another possible path to self-actualization is by discovering what you truly love and focusing your life on what you love. I feel like my deepest passions are creative writing, and the performing arts and I have a growing passion for improv comedy by going to improv shows.

For regret, I try not to dwell too much on regret. I would acknowledge that I did something wrong and I would use that mistake as a teaching and learning opportunity. For example, if I failed miserably at something, I would allow myself to feel the pain of the failure but I would acknowledge that nobody's perfect, failure can and will happen, and that I can use failure to work to my advantage. If you focus too much on regrets than you will feel deeply miserable about your life and you won't be open to new experiences. I want to write a list of my regrets but the catch is that I need to focus on how this regret can be valuable as a lesson.

@Ida The second pillar is strategic analysis which means that you need to analyze the costs and benefits and use all of your resources and you need to fight against your lower self.

The Buddha experimented with asceticism and he stopped because it nearly killed him. He advocated the Middle Path and the Noble Eightfold Path. I strongly disagree with asceticism but thank you for the post! Maybe there are better alternatives to asceticism like fasting in moderation like once a week rather than going to an unhealthy extreme!

When I had a deep plateau with my creative writing, I took a hiatus from creative writing and I used resources like Julie Cameron's "Artist's Way." I started writing by hand through journals to express my creativity. I got inspired to build a large portfolio of creative writing where I challenged myself to write five pages a day and I'm making great progress with my portfolio. I'm focusing on smaller scale projects like short stories, poems, character sketches, story ideas, and novella ideas. I've been focusing on treating writing like it's pleasure by being playful, open-minded and experimental with my writing. I lost my passion for creative writing and I'm rediscovering my creativity. It's perfectly fine to take breaks and to focus on relaxation and creating flow states for yourself! I focus heavily on taking nature walks to clear my mind and to relax and meditate! Taking walks alerts my senses and grounds me in the present moment to realize the beauty of nature! I've been a great mood recently because of the sunny weather.

The ideal life is one of my favorite topics to think about! I see an ideal life as experiencing amazing experiences and feeling not just happiness but a deep and passionate euphoria. I've tasted the ideal life while I'm going to the theater, when I travel, when I experience nature and when i'm at the beach.

My rules for life is to live life on your own terms and have complete freedom over your lifestyle. You are free to create your life however you like! The world has infinite possibilities and you can make any choice. Life purpose is the greatest opportunity for freedom because you are free to focus your life on any purpose. You can keep your purpose very simple and focused one thing or your purpose can be multifaceted and combine many purposes together. You can spend your life mastering anything! The one rule to life is to realize that you can create your own rules and discover your potential. Embrace and take advantage of your freedom, experiment with a wide variety of mindsets, create your own worldview, and have passion and curiosity! Your greatest powers are your freedom and creativity! Don't be so rigid and rule-oriented!

I would love for Leo on the amazing power of creativity and how creativity is your unlimited potential. I want a video that focuses on making your creative mind your greatest asset to generate ideas, create art, take action, bust through limiting beliefs, overcoming challenges, and being effortlessly creative and no running out of inspiration. Creativity is my deepest passion!
