For all creators, storytellers and artists on Actualized.org's forum, I created a Facebook group for storytellers and writers to educate them on my experience as a storyteller. I feel like it's my purpose in life to master the art of storytelling and to deeply understand stories. My online course will focus on mastering creativity and truly being a great storyteller. I focus on using cliches to your advantage, re-telling stories, how originality is overrated and how great writers steal. My group on Facebook is called MASTER STORYTELLING AND CREATIVITY and it is in all caps. If you're a creative writer, feel free to join the group!

That's a great idea for a video!

That's a great question! I feel like the best strategy to educate us on higher consciousness values is to use the Internet where information spreads like wildfire and self-actualization could potentially transform the lives of many people online. Leo clearly has high aspirations as demonstrated in his dream life videos and his true vision videos. I feel like Actualized.org can be an amazing stepping stone for humanity and it will teach humanity about their own potential. Actualized.org reminds me of a satire which appears as something else on the surface but there are brilliant insights in these videos. Leo doesn't want us to follow him blindly! His videos strongly encourage freethinking, skepticism, and considering alternative perspectives. I feel like Actualized.org can be the start of transforming your life! Leo's worst fear is for Actualized.org to become a cult!

I've been improving excellently with my honesty in life. I see telling the truth as the great opportunity to learn from my own failings and to have freedom over a mistake. For example, when I have a bad day, I talk to someone about it to release the pain like a good friend, a parent or a therapist. When I fail an assignment, I take a deep breath, I tell the truth to a parent, a friend and the teacher and I propose a solution and I act on the solution. I see honesty as being authentic and shows that you're wiling to expose your vulnerabilities and it makes it much more likely for people to help you out. Being outspoken and blunt can be great qualities but I feel like brutal honesty where you blurt out your thoughts with no consideration can be highly counterproductive and it can destroy friendships. Lies are like an untreated splinter that gets more and more painful and the wound rots the more you cling to a lie. To quote Morpheus a lie is a "splinter in your mind driving you mad." Telling the truth can be like removing the splinter! It can be painful, yes, but the wound heals much faster. Lying is very broad and can vary from white lies, fibs, and deeper and more destructive lies like deception, betrayal, and even worse self-deception. White lies may have short-term benefits but you can become addicted to them and they can be more destructive long-term.

The great thing about life purpose is how open ended it is. I recommend that you write out a list of life purposes that appeal to you and narrow down the life purposes to the ones that make you feel the most passionate or possibly combine the life purposes all together like piecing together a jigsaw puzzle. Once you choose a purpose or write down your life purpose ideas, write "how will I apply the life purposes?" and write concrete examples of your life purpose. Read many sources about life purpose and study it in depth! Ask people about their life purpose to learn more about purpose! Life purpose is fascinating to learn about!

I made a very similar mistake early on in college! For motivation, I recommend to detach from your work and focus on mobilizing your way to success by re-creating your strategy! Ask yourself "how can I create intrinsic motivation?" Here are some great videos Leo shot on motivation 1. http://www.actualized.org/articles/how-to-unleash-your-ambition 2. http://www.actualized.org/articles/how-to-motivate-yourself 3. http://www.actualized.org/articles/how-to-get-motivated 4. http://www.actualized.org/articles/positive-vs-negative-motivation 5. http://www.actualized.org/articles/how-to-study 6. http://www.actualized.org/articles/advice-for-high-school-and-college-students By watching these videos you can learn a lot about motivation and create motivation in yourself. Hope that helps!

I'm not trying to quote wise or successful people about enthusiasm and piggyback on their quotes. These are my own real experiences with re-discovering enthusiasm! I recommend discovering and creating enthusiasm in both small and big ways. A small way to create enthusiasm is to immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the moment. I realized that I'm at my most enthusiastic when I'm the beach feeling free. Going back to a childlike state is another way to re-discover enthusiasm like reading childhood books, listening to childhood music, and watching childhood movies. I also highly recommend exposing yourself to new adventures to create enthusiasm. Keep this in mind! When you are in an enthusiastic flow state, people will look at you funny but don't care too much what other people think. My passion has got attention from actors when i'm at the play and from storytellers and the great news is that my enthusiasm is their motivation and they love me for it. I realized that the highest and deepest level of enthusiasm is being a creative state where you are completely immersed in the process and it gives you a eudaemonic happiness. I'm re-discovering happiness and the great thing about happiness is that it's so broad

My personality is highly focused on expressing exuberance to create joy in my life and to show joy to other people. To create exuberance, I absorbed myself in moments and environments that create exuberance like reading books from childhood, sitting in the park on a beautiful Spring or Summer day, swinging on the swing without a care in the world, being mindful of all your happy moments in life by writing them down, and to go to theater, movies, and to live jazz and to completely absorb yourself in the moment. I discover hobbies that potentially trigger passion in me! Enthusiasm can be found internally and it's an emotion that you can create. Enthusiasm is one of the greatest emotions ever and I love bursting into laughter and I don't even need pills or drugs or alcohol.

I don't meditate often but i've experimented with guided meditation, breathing, and mindfulness meditation. I feel like if I make meditation a habit, I will use a variety of meditation techniques.

I love it when people share their own success stories because it helps me gain insight into how success can be achieved. I think we can create a section of the forum where we discuss our own success stories so we can share our success stories and learn about how success can be achieved. There are a wide variety of success stories like the artist who had conflict with their family over their passion, the filmmakers who rebelled against the Hollywood system by making their own films, the author who lived in poverty and on welfare and who wrote one of the greatest fantasy series and who is now richer than the queen, the self-made entrepreneurs who started out in poverty or as immigrants or as orphans, and so many other success stories. I consider many modern Internet comedians to be the modern epitome of success stories. For example, Doug Walker of Nostalgic Critic fame, began as a Navy brat who moved extensively as a child, who was socially awkward and a misfit in high school, and who started out as a janitor and he began with a simple camera and bare bones filmmaking and he went on to become one of the Internet's best comedians today. James Rolfe, of Angry Video Game Nerd fame, was a shy and socially awkward child with a passion for filmmaking and movies who almost died in a car crash and he is now Internet famous and he funded his first feature length movie through crowdfunding and fan donations. The greatest success story is Jesse Ridgway, of McJuggerNuggets fame, who dealt with childhood trauma from getting his legs stuck in a tar pit, getting mauled by his childhood dog, having a brain surgery before graduating college, suffering in a dysfunctional family especially pressure from his tyrannical father and he has millions of YouTube subscribers and he's sharing his passion for filmmaking and video games and overcoming the haters and a lack of family support.

I feel like "follow your passion" while well intended is so vague and cliched that you get so desensitized to all those inspirational platitudes. I feel like you can easily post an inspirational quote without really contemplating it's meaning. I will admit that I used to post inspirational quotes! Instead of following your passion, I love discovering new hobbies that can be potential passions. The world is indeed abundant with possibilities but don't just have one passion! I feel like my passions are very broad. I love storytelling but storytelling is so broad and applies and cross-fertilizes to all areas of life. I dedicated years to discovering my passion and I will spend the rest of my life discovering it. Passion and freedom are the most powerful words!!

Which academic subjects deeply fascinate you? What subject motivates you to devour books, documentaries and online research without stopping? I'm obsessed with a wide variety of topics. I love learning about folklore, fairy tales, comparative mythology, and folk music from a wide variety of cultures. I love studying history particularly subjects like revolutions, colonization, war, oppression and political systems particularly democracy, anarchism and totalitarianism. I love listening to music and learning about music history! I love watching films and I have a deep passion for animation particularly stop motion history and traditional animation. I think that my greatest passion of all time would be watching and studying theater! Recently, I have a growing passion for literary theater and learning about world cultures and travel! Thanks to Leo, Julia Cameron, Twlya Tharpe, Tony Robbins and Robert Greene, I have a growing passion for self-actualization. I also love studying religions like Paganism, Heathenism, Quakerism, Unitarian Universalism, Secular Humanism, and other religions. I want to discover even more passions and deepen my love of learning!

I discovered that the past, present, and future are neutral and can be both the best of times and the worst of times. I made many mistakes in the past but I refuse to bog myself down with regrets like squandered opportunities, and mistakes and worries, being bitter and angry, dwelling on pain, and being stressed out. Instead of focusing on all the hardships and pain in life, I write out the moments of happiness whether it be a moment or a day or longer of being consistently happy. I notice that my past has many golden nostalgic memories, I focus on enjoying the present moment and I'm excited for the future.

I'm glad that you're feeling a lot calmer with meditation and that you're accepting and not denying the problems. I'm glad you realizing how life is good! I've been creating a mindset that is "I am free to create my life however I want." I strongly value freedom and I've been applying this mindset by discovering new opportunities and discovering new hobbies and passions and writing down when I have a moment of happiness or a consistent day of happiness. My number of happy moments and happy days have skyrocketed to the hundreds and it taught me how to write out my visions! I discovered that I communicate best through writing! I've been heavily committed to a creative writing portfolio to re-discover my passion for storytelling and the reason i've been going to so many plays and movies is to feed my muse and I feel extremely inspired and so much happier and fully alive and in a flow state. By applying my new mindset of "I am free to create my life" I changed my GPA radically by applying new academic techniques after a bad semester. However, this creator mindset is not a neurotic desire for power and control! My creator mindset gives me full freedom over my life and how I will embrace this amazing power! I've also focused on totally immersing myself in nature, in movies, in storytelling, in music, and in theater to feel oneness with my passion.

I feel like I'm discovering my Zone of Genius and I realized a couple of Zones of Genius! I am deeply passionate for storytelling because I'm fascinated by tracing the origins of a folk tale or song like an anthropologist by studying different sources and folktale classifications. I love asking questions like "what makes a great story?" "what makes a story timeless or a cultural fad?" "what distinguishes an homage from a rip-off?" "how does storytelling connect to all intellectual domains?" "How can I master the art of storytelling?" My second zone of genius is deeply connecting with people on the Autism Spectrum or who feel like they don't belong in society.

@ZenBlue GREAT NEWS!!!!!! You're halfway finished with your meditation days, you have 50 days left of meditation left. I love how you're focusing on 30 minute sessions and what have been the challenges and joys of meditation?

I'm 22 years old

I'm so glad about your persistence through 48 days of 30 minute meditation sessions! I'm so glad that you're starting to gain benefits from meditating! Like Leo said, the results don't come instantly but when you delay gratification, you will get excellent results. While i don't meditate, I'm working on recapturing the childlike state of being fully immersed in the moment and feeling playful and happy without a care in the world. I love swinging on the swings or enjoying the beauty of a spring or summer day.

I strongly agree with the concept of lifestyle minimalism. I've been applying it by reducing my course load to 3 classes instead of the standard course load of 4 classes so I can improve my time management. It's been highly effective for me! I will apply lifestyle minimalism in my life by eliminating the need for a family or a wife and to be single. However, I will cultivate a few meaningful relationships and not eliminate pleasure from my life. I will focus heavily on discovering my life purpose, my self-actualization, and on dedicating my life to traveling. I experienced being by sitting in a quiet and relaxed environment like a lake and in Central Park and in the park on a summer's day and I realized how deeply relaxed I felt. I advocate lifestyle minimalism in moderation and I want to apply a middle ground. I want to dedicate my lifestyle to discovering my potential and creativity, to exercise my potential and creativity, to focus on my happiness, and to discover my purpose and to educate myself.
