Hello. People masturbate for several reasons. Try to find yours and tell us here why you do it. Then you can find the root cause . Oh and the most obvious. If you do it for joy,find something else to replace it. To just release the endorphines but with some other way. Maybe exercise to give you the euphoria. Dont reach to things such as smoking and such. These are even bad.

Yes yes yes. Thats what Im saying. I have already downloaded this in my phone. So @Christian whenever a bad thought come to your mind,follow these instructions. Dont let the thought make you suffer again. As they say,pain is temporary,suffering is an option. So what our minds creates could be everything. A nice fantasy to the beach , a bad thought of the past, sometimes feeling from past experiences get present again. We dont have to suffer. Maybe the world is cruel and unfair,and people fight to each other,but If we let the suffering be our routine,we'll become neurotic and unhappy. The good thing here is that you can work with your mind and master the bad feelings from the past,even if you feel like ages passed and these experiences destroyed you. Hopefully it is never too late to change.

Ι was about to open a thread today similar to this. I have also negative emotions from past experiences with some people that have betrayed me and some others that ignored me as hell. Firstly I wanted to say that when you are such a young person and undeveloped with your feelings,its super difficult to express them correctly and let go of them. So If something bad happens ESPECIALLY to a young person its much more difficult to let go. So neuroticism would probably knock the door. Also ,its not only about the age something bad reach to you, its also matter of 0 emotional intelligence. You have to know the reactions you have as a person,the belief systems and such. Maybe meditation. Idk. Im in the search too.

Listen up. You can find a girl wherever the f you like. People are everywhere. If you like vegeterianism its ok. I would go for veganism If I were u. Add oat meal in your diet plan ...for breakfast is very nice. Lots of fruits especially morning and evening. At night a nice big bowl of salad I have 4 main meals but this changes through countries to countries and habits. Some people have no breakfast...then snacks and then dinner at night,which is a proper lunch for me. I eat breakfast when i wake up 08:00 to 09:00 Then my lunch at 14:00 Evening 17:00 mostly fruits 20:00 a salad. Pretty simple routine. As for exercise Im a noob

@Alex K yesterday i was very anxious about my blood test results and before i took the results i ate some oat biscuits and dark chocolate. Ok ...its ok..if its rare its good. Once in a while it cant harm you. Btw the results were more than fantastic!!

@SaynotoKlaus underweight is not healthy. Is so unhealthy like a super overweight person. Try to balance all categories of food. Fiber good fats etc

@Leon Bell try to eliminate the amount of ciggaretes at first and foremost. For example my mum use to smoke 5 to 6 ciggaretes a day. Now a tip is to cut down at half. Ex. 6 to 3 10 to 5. Etc etc Cutting down completely will shock your body and mind because its a drug.it has side effects. By the time and effort you will be managing to give up smoking completely.

Water fasting is waste of time. A vegan healthy eating with normal portions and exercising is a good option.
