I get it. I am 23 and people at my age do the same. This situation wont be any different because thats just how some people act. I dont think that theres noone like you...just wait and see,somebody will be similar to you as far as conversation skills and interests,in school! Just be more funny! Talk about the same subjects but with a twist of joy. Maybe people see u as very serious-looking person and theyre afraid of you judging them about their low conscious minds. Just be more joyful and with a good mood people will approach you first!

No,let me tell you YOU SHOULD GO. face that fear! Face it! Im about to spend some time the next 2-3 days with some people who are very judgemental and I wake up this morning having undecisive thoughts. You should go you must do the thing that scares you. Otherwise,you wont be able to be at peace with your emotions! Im going to face some super awkward situations and Im scared too,but that doesnt say anything..its only in your mind. You might go and have a great time! It is always a great time! That is the way to go!

Work less hours,find time for yourself,and stop smoking! A few changes not a lot! Cooking for yourself and going to the gym are two nice habits! But working so much aint good ....its equal to staying at home all day/extreme situations.

It can get kind of boring,and I know I have the same difficulty. But try it...for one day..just spend the time alone. If you can get out,or open the window. Just be as close as you can to nature's physical environment. It can help you..it helps me. Nature will be your friend. Air,birds and the sunset. Put some light music If you cant handle so much peacefulness. But you can draw something. But dont read book as it can be distracting...and If you want to sit alone with your emotions,books cant help. You can do this! You can! Do it for a day. You will be at peace and relaxed. You will like it then! And you will look forward to do it again,next time! I must do the same.

Yeah but you have to be introvert in order to internalize your feeling with this kind of music. Even If I didnt like metal,I would as well internalize and supress my feelings. That is who I am. Of course things can change If there is desire to change. But metal is FOR SURE made for introverts...
