As you analyze past experiences,you relive them again and again. But your emotions,try to...accept them. They are there for a reason. To make you grow emotionally.

  9. Annetta dear, there's no right way. Just release it. Just live with it. And just be around..dont try to escape from yourself. This is the healthy way. Leo have said that when you try to distract from it,escape from it,its when neurotic behaviours take place. But living with the negatuve emotion,IS THE WAY to free yourself from all of these. Trying to get rid of it,causes much more struggle. That is what depression is. There is no enemy. There is noone that can put you in an unpleasant situation If you dont let this affect you the way it affects u. So when u make peace with the anger,then the anger gooooes away dear! Relax. Breathe. Good luck with your meditation.
  10. This was so brave. Well done! Congrats. I would say that whenever you feel that fear around others,remember that people will judge you and that is totally okay. You cant make them not do it. But you can chillax backwards and see what happens. Let them say to you everything that makes you feel afraid,look at their judgemental eyes,and just accept them for who they are. They are not going to stop judging. But you can stop being afraid of them. You can be free. Just see yourself as a person that can be around mean people,but cant be influenced by them. If you dont let those words affect you negatively,also If you let go of the positive stuff that others saying to you...you will be free. Simply,whatever they say,is not about you. It is about them. Their perception. As abe says,people will love you people will hate you but none of it will have anything to do with you. I recently let go the opinions of others about me, I let them go...I just let them have their opinions. But I no longer believe that theyre true. Because the following happens: when you have an opinion about you (good) and others have an opposite opinion(bad),your ego wants to prove them wrong...you hate them. When they believe in you,so they have nice things to say to you about you (good),but you have a bad opinion about yourself (bad), .....you love them. But the worst is the following. When they believe bad things for you,and you believe the same___you feel awful,because you see that they are right (when they dont-theyre being mean to you,but mostly u r being mean to yourself! ) Then you feel the contradictory thoughts and you wish you had an opposite opinion from theirs. All that being said,the conclusion is; fear is only in your mind. And whenever they judge you,criticize u,its THEIR problem. Not yours. Sooo...thats it.Go free yourself.
  11. Is this some kind of fear? Im questioning myself. Anxiety,I believe,always comes from fear,its a coping mechanism.Same applies to when you feel shame/embarrassment. I think its the mind trying to help you with fear. So you just put this mask on,for not being judged by others,and when there's noone around you just relax. Maybe this mask is to protect yourself,you put yourself in an alarm-mode and I think its very logical to do so. If you can remind to yourself that you ARE in charge with your thoughts and reactions,that noone can harm you or make you feel this way or that way and noone can think your thoughts,noone can judge you but yourself. There's nothing to be afraid of. Noone can force you to feel a certain way. Noone can react for you. Keep that in mind. You get to choose everything. Give up the struggle. Noone can hurt you If you are just relaxed and calm and If you are not letting those words of others,really affect you.Practise that. Be uncomfortable. But first acknowledge that. You dont have to hide yourself,there's no intention of others to hurt you. Keep going. Good luck.

  14. I was experiencing health issues. I was feeling dizzy,lightheaded,but most important of all,I was having difficulties whenever I was about to bring something back in my memory. Ive had tabula rasa mind. So then,I took some tests and supplements for B12,but then nothing happened,so I was scared and switched again to non-vegan foods. It was a nuce experience tho. I had benefits,but the lack of memory was a huge no-no for me. That is why I stopped. I started by my own without medical care,and maybe it was wrong.
