  1. @Leo Gura that's the effect but you see your self for what you actually are.. now what? All these concepts from the videos are good and solid but the scaffolding has fallen over. What did you start to do and focus on strategically in the following days weeks months after the experience.
  2. Yup mooji is good at explaining that stuff
  3. There's really no use for anything Concepts, beliefs, family, friends, models of reality, memories. it's all what you want to attribute meaning to. Awareness doesn't give a shit about any of that stuff and all this concept of enlightenment is, is getting experienctial knowledge that you are the awareness not the human being, thoughts, feelings, emotions, senses or meaning you expeirence everyday that's all attention inside awareness not awareness and of course that's why you don't know this yet.
  4. The point is to see things in a way that takes the survival instinct out of them. To stop this automatic labeling, judgemental what use is it to my survival thinking that your brain does and see things for extactly the way they are. This gets useful as you get deeper because you can see your instincts kick in and show up in being cognition instead of decognition
  5. @Leo Gura even after that expeirence I went back and looked at some of the old content you were right you look at some of the stuff and it's like what is this kindergarten bullshit? What did you do next? a lot of the content is for people who didn't partake, it's like to the point I can see why you would get a strong intuition to move on but it's really like what now everyday life feels like meditation just being the observer, just this empty vessel in which it does me. What were those following days weeks months concentrated on for you?
  6. I would say prioritize what you want to do because to get things that pay off in the end for your time and energy you can only master a select few things in life even though we wanna do all the things we like, somethings need to be just let go of. however you would be suprised on what the human body is capable of i was running combat mission 19-21 hours a days getting shitty 3-4 hours of sleep a night for 9 months straight and the body attunes to the load you put on it and after the initial shock it starts to adapt you are a mechanism for survival the only thing holding you back is your mind because it wants to continue doing what is comfortable and what has kept you alive up to this point.
  7. you didnt account for all the shit that takes time but you dont actively think about. So you wake up at 5:30am probably take an hour to take a shower get dressed and eat breakfast puts you at 6:30-6:45 ish and then your commute to school, which starts at probably 7:30? then the commute back home by 4:30 ? then you probably dont go straight to the activities listed you might text, talk to your family, eat dinner, take a night time shower, sometimes they may take longer too because you probably have interruptions from various sources all that stuff is taking your time away 6 hours is not really a long time and thats all you have if you account for 4pm to 10pm. TIme management is key
  8. lol i fell into this trap after i got fustrated from doing self inquiry I went out and bought a $1,000 laptop to play WOW legion on took a vacation and spent 14 days 13 hours a day playing wow and at the end I was like that was a waste of time and then started back on track meditating and that gave me so much more joy then any of those hours could have. you just have to work through these things its a part of the journey... whether you do or dont thats how its suppose to be... but know falling into those distractions arent going to fix any of the issues why you fundamentally want to do those behaviors anyway your Ego wants you in those distractions but it doesnt feel that way, it feels like i just want to play a video game no problem right? but why do you want to do that? always wanting to do not be thats the modus operandi youve been living and have been giving you all the things in life you dont like.
  9. just casually talk to people about their habits and how they live their life ask questions most people will tell you anything its always a one sided conversation, people just want to talk about their self. but when you find someone who dose yoga or meditation thats where it gets interesting ask them if they have found the truth yet... that starts a fun conversation and you will be suprised actually how many people know but carry on normally
  10. ultimately depends on what your trying to do. I was trying to find the purpose of life watching tedx videos then stumbled upon leos videos I watched a couple then bought his life purpose course and through that one of my top 5 goals was "enlightenment" started working toward that then quickly that climbed to the top of the priority list. I dont know what your life situation is, but I would first find out for your self if your actually serious about wanting the kind of life he talks about its not at all what you may think. I would watch "Lifestyle minimalism renouncing your busy stupid life" then "your not happy because you really dont want to be" then if those vibe with you not as a concept but something you would be willing to take action on and give up some comforts for make the investment do the life purpose course then watch all of them and take notes and add to your vision board. Even if you have to save up for it , its all worth the invested time, money best thing ive ever done and I have brought people into this work close friends and they have had nothing but positive results but "you" have to want to invest in the time, the emotional labor and actually actively manage your life and habits.
  11. so in meditating I had a samadhi experience of a cat and upon reflecting on that the only way samadhi expeirence could work is if we all are on unified whole and that is truth i get that. But the Kicker comes in why does it happen when it happens. Because we all know there is no enlightenment to attain it has to be already present in us to be possible, we do self inquiry we can see that our true self is always present and when you get a experiential first hand look at this, what makes the difference in permanent non dual states and and not permanent? You take a psychedelic and meditate instantly you can be thrusted into the non dual state, you can feel it your home your one. but then you meditate day after day you deal with the hardships but you rarely get to that level of consciousness and if you do its very random and sporadic, Its like you opened the door you return, then you lost the key again... but how is it possible if you have seen and experienced that not to have it permanently, we can clearly see it always present in everything. I mean all spiritual teachers play this trick on you if you let them, There is nothing to attain we are the same as them and operate under the same principals of the universe and you see them you can see yourself and within introspection you shine the mirror of awareness and get a look at whats really going on, so WTF Leo why cant we all just stay home? lol "
  12. Touché however the experience of everyday life is not even close to the lucidity of mind in a flow state and the question is why not , it's been experienced and seen it's always present, why isn't every conscious second of the human experience like that where is the disconnect.
  13. whether you do or you dont thats what your suppose to do Just flow with it. Dont get wrapped up in shoulds and shouldnts if you have the drive to pick it up and read it do it, and from that experience you will find out.
  14. everyone following this work how is it impacting your normal work day, relationships and life? and to those who have permanent non-dual reality what is it like going to work, interacting with family and people? Can you actually be one with reality and actually stand to work in the western work-force and culture? or is it rather a freedom of release and now you do what you authentically choose to?
  15. how is everyone doing this morning? As we go forward into this self actualizing journey I am finding more and more there is alot of resistance. As i integrate more and more principals, meditation and mindfulness im seeing things in a different light and things that were once enjoyable are no longer enjoyable. I know I am not the only one facing these challenges, how is one working with these internal battles and still making good sound choices when the very mechanism that weve been using is getting challenged. Job choices, relationship choices overall what now?
  16. Over the next couple days I will be uploading personal notes from Leo's Videos, I use these notes to keep up on a flow board or at this point a flow wall with all the concepts and golden nuggets from his videos and then review the wall every morning so you keep these in mind and arent falling asleep. If anyone else has notes Feel free to share I always like to see other perspectives from viewing the same material. After all Perspective is everything right? Paradox of developing self-trust.docx
  17. so as we dig deeper into each one of our journeys, You come to the realization that the means to the end is enlightenment, hands down what you've always wanted but never knew permanent state of non dual awareness and absolute truth. So how do you actually employ a strategy for this? i want everyone to tell me their struggles and strategic moves they made to actually live a life that supports these things. specifically enlightened people what is it like after finding truth, what is it like to do things like work? As, i try to figure out personally how to make the strategic shifts, I wonder how people who actually live this work, pay bills and overall their daily interactions with neurotic people and society. is it even possible to find the truth and still do things like work that isnt entrepreneural related. thoughts?
  18. Leo, I hope this finds you. SWIM has had some similar experiences you outlined on both mushrooms and Lsd. Swim also has a daily meditation habit has taken your life purpose course and has been on the actualized path for awhile now. So Leo touched on permanent state of on dual awareness. Why is it that we can easily zone in on that state on psychedelics but in daily meditation we don’t even come close. The truth has been tangibly seen, the illusion dissolved what is holding one from being able to do that all the time? what is holding us back from jumping right back in? in meditation yes mind relaxes and there is a energy buzz but not a full blown immersion into truth, why is this? any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.
  19. the best part is there really is nothing to realize we already have it inside of all of us, and we know this is all a concept not truth why is it so difficult to actually experience?
  20. take your limiting beliefs and throw them out the window then watch these two videos in order all the way through and enjoy the truth. Its only the beginning though its what you choose to do with it accept it or don't at least the choice is yours. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HWSu_EewZZI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l1NrSvY2lz4
