First day on these boards.
So I have been trying to change my brain by always noticing when I get angry, anxious, or depressed and trying to change those feelings. I have been thinking; if every time these feelings happen if I could reduce these feelings by a tiny minuscule amount that eventually I will be cured.
So now I listened to Leo's video that tells us just keep paying attention and be very aware of the feelings and do not try to change them and I am totally confused. I don't think I can do that. It is completely unnatural to me now.
