  1. @Siim Land Thanks for all the information, I can see the benefits here. However, how do you manage to get enough calories with a single meal, or even two and still have a caloric surplus? Kind of hard and unhealthy to get over 2,500 calories in one or two meals no?
  2. @Siim Land How do you gain muscle if you only have this drink to break fast, and don't eat anything until diner? That's far from getting enough calories to grow muscles right?
  3. @Santhiphap If it abruptly stopped, I think it means that you've ejaculated inside. If that's the case, the sperm was evacuated when you went to pee afterwards (I'm not 100% sure). It means you did not keep all the energy you could have kept. However, the process itself creates energy, which means that it still better than if you just ejaculated like usual. If you are really interested in practicing this, you should definitely check this book http://lipn.univ-paris13.fr/~duchamp/Books&more/Neurosciences/Reflexologie/Mantak%20Chia/%5BMantak_Chia%5D_The_Multi-Orgasmic_Man.pdf
  4. @Rares @Natura Sonoris Would it be a mistake to do the whole program on a shorter period than 12 weeks? Thanks!
  5. @actualized1 I liked The richest man in babylon by George Samuel Clason It gave a good perspective over wealth, and how it flows in society.
  6. @Uncover I've also found that what I eat for diner has a tremendous impact on my sleep. Just try different ratios of protein-carbs-fat in your diner, as well as different types of food. That's a long term process but very useful, you'll learn to listen to your body's response to what you eat. Keeping a food log can be useful. Having one of those bracelets that track footsteps and sleep as well. For example, I personally sleep much better if I have more animal proteins and fat (heavy meal), and low carbs (only veggieS) at night. It varies between people. Some people sleep better with a light meal, a salad or a soup, with almost no protein. It is different to everybody, there are so many factors at play. Just find out what works for you. And keep in mind that it changes overtime as well depending on the season, your levels of physical activity, stress etc.
  7. @Siim Land Hey very interesting post, great motivation for fasting! I'd be really interested in doing intermittent fasting as well. What's your meal schedule usually? Thanks!
  8. Hi! I am currently working on improving my my vocal skills. Do you guys know any good vocal flexibility, articulation, warmup or other form of vocal exercises available online? Thanks!
  9. Yeah I found a few vocal training exercises online, but nothing really amazing. What I mostly do these days is just taking a random book, and reading it out loud, trying to be as persuasive and articulate as possible. English is not my first language so it's a good voice workout
  10. Anyone has any experience with this practice? Would love to hear from someone who knows more on the subject. @Leo Gura Have you experimented this yet?
  11. @Tancrede Pouyat Congratulations for all you have done already. I think it would really help you to do ton of research on how to make it on youtube (SEO, ranking, online marketing etc.) and just marketing in general. youtube channels such as video influencers, or Roberto Blake are good starting points. I'm not an expert but I feel that what you need right now is to improve your focus, strategy, marketing and, let's call it business skills. As @Emerald Wilkins mentioned, you seem very influenced by Leo's channel. It's good but you might want to check out many other channel, and get inspired by them as well so you can create your own style. I'm impressed by the fact that you seem not to have hesitated too much in creating your youtube channel - am I right? I'm personally working on starting a youtube channel as well. A big emotional barrier for me was to actually overcome the fear of shooting videos and expressing myself on youtube. I've done a lot of work on planning and strategizing, and less on executing yet. We all have our strengths and weaknesses right? It's all about being conscious of them and working it through! Keep learning and keep going!
  12. @David1 Very interesting. Do you plan on trying them again now that you are meditating and more conscious than then?
  13. @Marc Schinkel Yes that's the way to practice it! @aurum @Murtaza Check out this post http://www.whitelotuseast.com/MultipleOrgasm.htm Otherwise, the book written by Mantak Chia "The Multi-Orgasmic Man" is pretty useful! I just don't know if this is entirely healthy, physically and mentally
  14. @David1 Yeah sorry that was just a way to put it, because Taoists say that when you refrain from ejaculating, you basically send your energy up the spine, to the brain. It's like the a bit like the chakra system when you think about it, drawing the energy from the root, up to the head. As for the orgasm, it actually is possible to separate ejaculation and orgasm. I practiced this for a little while a few months ago, then I stopped because I felt it could be unhealthy. I was able to have a "full body orgasm" as David Deida describes it, it's pretty amazing. When you get used to it, you really don't want to go back to regular ones ahaha I also felt much more energy overall in my life. Just writing this makes me want to go back to practicing it. It's pretty hard, especially at the beginning!
  15. @David1Oh true I remember that now, transmuting sexual energy to creative outlets. However, do you think he literally means practicing getting orgasms without ejaculating, or actually stopping masturbating and having sex at all in order to focus only on the creative task? Thanks for this, I had forgotten it! Once more reason to really work on keeping my sexual energy ahahah
  16. @schmitzy I really find Paul Chek to be amazing concerning nutrition. He basically rejects all kind of diets, as they inherently cannot work on everyone. His belief is that everyone has different physiological needs depending on heredity, the county you live in, the seasons, the amount of physical activity you have etc. He basically recommends building a very strong relation with your own body by learning to understand and analyzed the signals it provides after meals. If you work on this, you can basically manage to understand when you had too much protein, carbs etc. It's a great way to start being mindful of your own body, and thereafter adjusting your diet to your own needs, You should definitely check out this article if you want to learn more http://chekinstitute.com/blog/what-diet-is-right-for-you/ Peace!
  17. @DizIzMikey It makes me think of Ayahuasca. I was reading something that a guy wrote about his experience, and he said he spent like 2 hours puking. It was mainly due to the substance getting out of his body, but he said he felt like he was puking all of his inner demons out ahah The only advice I have is to go and see a doctor !
  18. @Leo Gura Besides your book list, could you give a few examples of high-quality sources of educational information? Thanks!
  19. @Leo Gura When you say you kicked out the internet habit, do you mean that you only use it for work aka Actualized.org ? Don't you watch any other channels on youtube or any other online content? I'm currently trying to stop losing my time online, but I always come up with excuses like "yeah but this channel is really helping me grow". Sometimes I feel like personal development is actually such a huge way to procrastinate, it's hard to differentiate between time well spent and time wasted when it comes to internet. And for your meditation habit, I believe you said you spent one hour meditating each day, is it correct? What about self-inquiry? I currently spend around 30 minutes meditating in the morning, and 30 minutes doing self-inquiry at night, I feel like it's a good way to go about it. What do you think? Any tips? Thanks for everything Leo!
  20. http://www.doyouyoga.com/ is a great website as well!
