haha fair enough Some data yes, I would say heart rate, steps and the simple mechanical data can be tracked easier but some of those function, I dunno sounds too simplistic to be very accurate. But check some reviews and see for yourself

@EntheogenTruthSeeker How is your digestive system. Is it healthy? Do you have a history of antibiotics or any digestive problems? There is a huge connection between the digestive tract and mental health. How about the rest of your body? Any inflammation conditions, diabetes, blood sugar problems, hypertension etc? What about your personal health history? Any past trauma, bereavement, long stressful period? C-section birth or vaginal birth? Was it traumatic with any damage to your body? How was your health as a kid? Were you sick often? Did you use to take a lot of medication? Any heavy vaxing period? Sorry or long questions, I found with some people I worked with the mental health may go decades into the erliest childhood even to pre-natal period for example if mother was experiencing a traumatic pregnancy. What sort of antipsychotic are you taking and how long? How you been put on benzos or diazepam for a long period of time?

Most of them are overrated, overpriced and provide you with unreliable data often lacking evidence in interpretation. For example, the new apple watch evidently tracks your oxygen uptake? How on earth are you gonna do that without being locked into a metabolic chamber and having a respirator hose covering your mouth and nose. That being said, you can probably find fairly accurate heartbeat trackers, that sort of technology has advanced well just make sure to use the chest belt s that seems to be more effective than the wrist tracker. The sleep tracking is also a bit funny, again t do that accurately you need to hook people on the cardiometabolic thingy and monitor their breathing, their co2 output, it's not just the heartbeat that is important. However I've sen aura ring recommended widely even by people I have high regard for and whose opinion I respect. It is not cheap but unlike Fitbit, it does not get in the way the moment you try to do something like a pushup. Oh man, you're the dream of every marketer Make the toy fancy but no need to make it too accurate.

I think anybody deserves a second chance. But the boss @Leo Gura needs to decide on the outcome here as you did call him XYZ back then

@Preety_India how exciting Putting yourself out there takes a lot of courage, kudos to you! What will be your main content/topic? Sounds like a combination of relationship advice and mental health?

I think the natural transition would be for the government to redirect the current investments and tax from the cattle & dairy into things such as organic farming of fruits, vegetables, legumes etc, that would be cheaper and more widely available as an alternative for these farmers. The meat is not leaving human plates anytime soon but as a form of slow transition, it could work so that farmers are not out of job. It would have to be financially beneficial for them to start making the switch but that would mean releasing the tentacles of meat, dairy & egg industry and ultra lobby which I don't really know how could be done in a country such as US. The most realistic form is consumer education and helping people transit from super high meat diet into semi-high meat diet for a start.

Definitely helped me identify some areas in my life where I was doing things that were not serving my emotional and mental health. It taught me to slow down and savour the process. I think thanks to Covid I was able to set up my clinic earlier than I would have if I was bound to the office environment for 9 hours a day, very grateful for that. Also saved up hundreds of pounds by not having to take overpriced London transport so that's nice

I was about to say "whooo Mandy how could you say that and then I saw the other comment

not an ND unfortunatelly , in UK that title does not exist yet. So far naturopathic doctors are only in States where there are few selected Universities that offer this sort of education, everyone else who calls themselves naturopaths or Naturopathic "something" have extensive training in alternative medicine but have not gone through the medical part of training (e.g. diagnosis and prescription). @Yahya I think it depends on what your vision for your life is. As a medical doctor expect to go through extensive and really really hard training and at the same time be prepared to be a part of rigid and bureaucratical system (unless you go private). being an MD can be extremely rewarding but also extremely frustrating because your hands are usually tied behind your back and you have to apply many procedures that may not always be the best thing for the person in the long term. You will see patients over and over and they won't necessarily be getting better, especially if you end up treating chronic disease like diabetes, hypertension, asthma etc. If I was to become MD, I'd either go into emergency medicine, general surgery or obstetrics. That's where you have the highest amount of satisfaction when you're actually saving people's lives or helping moms bring new lives into the world. Most of the medicine unfortunately has become a crisis management and symptom suppression, even at the highest levels of speciality such as being a cardiologist or endocrinologist. Also in countries like US, medicine has become a nasty business.

@Strangeloop performance anxiety. It is completely normal to be anxious especially with a girl with whom you are not sexually familiar. Don't make much of it, seriously. If you are a more introverted and caring individual this will happen to you more often than not. If you are -type of guy that sex means to you more than just busting your load than it is very likely that one night stands won't work for you. FInding a partner with whom you can have regular sex will completely remove all these mental barriers and over time the sex is only more and more enjoyable.

I'm probably gonna say "no". I studied marketing in Uni and actually graduated in it and yet I am as clueless about marketing as the next man. Creating a small business now I'm having to re-learn everything. The tips @herghly mentione can give you more insights than 5 years at business uni because so much of the stuff they teach is a useless nonsense, ideology, theories and outdated stuff. Now I don't know about your uni, could be that they are well caught up with the real world but when I studied (7 years ago) nothing we learned was practical in real world unless you want to do the typical shady marketing which is just selling more crap.

While its none of my business to comment on your life at all, what I would say that doing this may mess up your circadian clock and it will take your a long time to fix a broken biorhythm. Unless the reason is really significant, I would never sacrifice a night sleep. Some good ways to keep your energy up start your day with proper breakfast. try to avoid fasting and meal skipping Consider a cool shower in the morning get your eyes exposed to daylight or going for a short walk make sure your iron and your B-vitamins are in check as well as vitamin D green tea or Yerba matte are good non-toxic stimulants. I got a short ebook to help ppl gain more energy, you can download it from free, got it in the signature. There is some helpful stuff in there. Good luck

@Leo Gura Leo, I'd be curious what sort of stuff have you tried with SIBO? No problem if you don't wanna talk about it. Was it Rifaximine or Erthromycin, the expensive antibiotics? Things like Goldenseal in high doses (up to 6 capsules per day in 3 divided doses) combined with psylium husk (up to 4 grams in 3 divided doses) (to remove dead bacteria before they start to wreak havoc as LPS) and combined with high strain probiotics (to help you repopulate) and something to help you restore gut permeability (most ppl with SIBO have a degree of leaky gut) such as 1 litre of cabbage juice for 1 week/ day or 2-4 grams of glutamine combined with zinc and liquorice tincture to restore the integrity. And all during low-fodmap diet for up to 8 weeks. But you've probably tried that already. I know you don't want people to nose-in so I'll shut up from now on

And there are tablets that can increase your penis size in 2 weeks by 20%. Ever heard of scam products?

@Elsiedottie Yes and no. I would say having a higher IQ does not predispose the person to higher EQ but a person with higher IQ is likely to catch up more on the subtle language of Emotional intelligence should they decide to study it rather than somebody with naturally low IQ levels. But it doesn't always have to be like that and you can have a person with very high EQ levels while the other is fairly low.

yeah feel free, I'm not a dermatologist or anything like that but maybe it will be similar to that what I've seen before. Could be a combination of things and may be other than just the histamine per se. When I was suffering from my allergies, the histamine release was just the symptom but the real cause was an imbalance in my adaptive immune system which I managed to recalibrate with a blend of medicinal mushrooms and high-fibre diet with some echinacea. But to this day, I think it was the mushrooms that made the most difference. Maybe in your case the vaccines have also tipped your immune system to one side (this is a bit too complex to explain but I can try if you want to do some research) and because of that these reactions have started to come up. I think, as a part of the experiment, you could try experimenting with a short blend of medicinal mushrooms. Reishi has the best evidence for antiallergenic effects as far as I know and I think they made a difference for me as well. Either that or a mix with others such as Maitake, Lion's Mane etc. Lot of research is showing that mushrooms are like Immuno calibrators and sometimes can rebalance and overactive immune system that was triggered by something (maybe an excessive reaction to vaccination) Just theories form my side, but could be worth your time Feel free to DM me if you'd like to discuss this further. Other than that the topic of heavy metal detox may be worth exploring for sure if nothing else helps. That topic has been discussed here heavily.

I wonder if this could be driven by either an allergic or an intolerance reaction to something. I was working with someone who had asthma, allergies and a skin condition. He said whenever his allergies flared up, his asthma flared up and his skin reaction got the worst. He would get huge red spots all over his back. Just wondering, have you seen any potential connection to anything that this could be immunological? Do you get any other allergic symptoms? How did you react antihistamines? did they make any difference ?

@Snader have you ruled out things such as basic deficiencies (vitamin A, E, D,, zinc, magnesium, folate) essential fatty acid deficiency, hypothyroidism, gut problems, stress etc? Also, I'm curious has that thing on your skin got a formal diagnosis of some sort? What tests have your doctors run so far? May be down to heavy metals but may not. More often heavy metal toxicity will be apparent from changes in cognitive health (bad focus, worsening memory, a gradual increase in brain fog) as well as liver problems (being hyper sensitive to smells, having problems with things like coffee, alcohol and medication) or elimination problems with kidneys (e.g. being puffy, retaining water and feeling like water is building up inside)

and this...ladies and gentlemen....is how to stay single forever It is not about being offended or not. The signal you are sending is "I am in desperate need of a vagina so I'll skip through the formalities and ask if you are up for a shag" tune it down bro, actually learn to be gentle, caring and a bit romantic, show some emotional stability, empathy and some non-toxic masculinity first.

Good post @Preety_India I'd add an amazing immunomodulating function through their beta-glucan content. Because of this some of them may even be used during treatment of autoimmunity, asthma and allergies. Also a nice hack to increase their vitamin D content is to chop them up and let them sit on a direct sun for half a day. It is just D2 so not as biologically active as D3 but still better than nothing
