  1. agreed, it was a depiction of the fact that as long as you are not on the top of food chain (and even then not) your survival is never guaranteed.
  2. appeal to nature in a consciousness development debate does not have a lot of power. In the nature, a predator will come and kill your babies. They will steal your infant, rip them to pieces and eat them and if they didn't have enough they will come back and kill you as well. Nature is the most merciless and savage place there is. Nothing is there to protect you, every creature is 100% selfish. If we lived by nature it would be completely normal for your neighbour to murder your entire family, occupy your home, take all your possessions and get away with it with 0 consequences,. To put it into perspective, the nature is a mix of the environment you see in Fallout, Borderlands or Mad Max. Complete and utter ruthless savagery
  3. @Lyubov was there anything else in the test you'd be comfortable sharing? How is your Blood Pressure? Did they measure CRP? Being a 29 year old male you may also consider asking for assessment for: * homocysteine * familial hypercholesterolemia * HbA1C This would help you get a bigger picture which includes: potential genetic inpout, blood sugar & whether there could be something else driving this. But generally as everybody above pretty much sad it, lose the belly and start eating natural whole foods. Perhaps consider reading one of Dr Michael Greger's Books.
  4. @freejoy oh man nice find !!
  5. in some countries this can get you in a lot of trouble. Then what, would you pepper spray the girl who slapped you? Or will you taze her? You know those things can give the victim an instant cardiac arrest especially in people with a preexisting heart condition (many have this but don't know about it). Would you say "but your higness, she slapped me?" as you're being escorted to serve your 30 year sentence?
  6. You can probably use your credit/debit card for payment? You should not need Paypal for that
  7. I got bad vibes about this 2019 post being reopened. Think about raising new topic folks
  8. @OBEler do you think her migraines are coming from a tension within? Kinda like an internal conflict. That would explain the LSD being effective. Otherwise it would be a good idea to look at her overall health as well. Couple of pointers you guys may want to look into: * hydration * stimulant intake * salt intake * additives in food luke sulphates, phosphates, sweeteners - make sure to cut all junk including takeaway meals, fast food, sweets and stuff like that * animal protein intake * chronic stress * drugs - birth control, painkillers, SSRIs, other drugs * exploring her digestive system (does she get constipated often? heavy use of antibiotics in the past?) * depression & other mood issues? * how is her eye health? does she strain her eyes a lot? * could be hypocaloric diet and lack of dietary protein as well * sleep issues * food allergies/sensitivities are also a concern * histamine-rich foods
  9. @mmKay bro Frank Tufano? ?? I'm sorry, im saying this from the place of open mindedness but....Frank Tufano?? No way, this guys is the king of liars, manipulators and dickheads on health YouTube. He constantly makes shit up, he completely ignored facts and known research and frequently attacks other people. I think frank is even worse than Sv3rige
  10. unless this mindset changes you are on your way to becoming an alcoholic yes. Try to experiment with other forms of relaxation and letting go. Alcohol does not relax your body, it just shuts down the brain centre responsible for sensing that stress. The tension is still there. Also observe how you feel next day. The last thing you want to do is to giv3e up your internal coping mechanisms and rely on something external to make you happy. That's a one way door towards mystery and depression
  11. It could be that your cortisol receptors in hypothalamus (executive hormonal centre in brain) & amygdala (emotional region) have downregulated due to prolonged chronic stress and so there is no more cortisol hanging around the body (has nowhere to go). This is a natural adaptation to prolonged stress. It could simply be an indication that your body has been experiencing mild levels of stress for a very long time and it needs to be managed Since this is no a salivary but serum cortisol, this is extremely tightly controlled in the body so I don't think it means that there is too much of it, what is probably happening is simply that the feedback loop in the amygdala -> hypothalamus - adrenals axis is not working 100% and your brain has become slightly cortisol resistant (this can be addressed through stress- reduction) Long story short: you need to start a very regular and rigorous meditative practice and doing some serious relaxation exercises All sources of stress need to be looked into as well
  12. Was the cortisol measured through blood sample or saliva sample? How many samples did they take? At what time of the day? Were you fasted when the sample was taken?
  13. there you go ! All the nootropics anyone really needs
  14. Deliberately cutting down on your sleep destroys your neuroplasticity, slows down metabolism, decreases BDNF, raises inflammatory markers and increases cancer risk later in life. I wouldn't believe any biohacker or youtuber (not even professor) who says they can get away with 5 hours of sleep while they are on cocktail of 50 supplements, adaptogens, nootropics and 300 mg of caffeine per day to prevent them from collapsing. Sleep is something we cannot cheat or shortcut, you just gotta allow yourself to have it. Otherwise your life candle will burn from both ends That being said I do believe that maybe...maybe you can get to a level of spiritual & energetic development that somehow you can get away with less. Maybe Sadguru can but most of us aren't at that level and never will be so best to stick with what is known
  15. sorry but this is a horrible idea. These are 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors preventing conversion of testosterone to DHT and they are interfering with your steroid hormone balance, testosterone balance and will destroy your libido and sex drive. These are medical drugs for men with non-malignant prostate cancer or BPH and should never be taken by healthy men. They have massive side effects including suicidal tendencies
  16. @Raptorsin7 I believe you can slow it down, i've seen that happen. In terms of reversal, it depends on the cause. If all men in your family are bald and you started balding as a teenager that won't be reversible because there will be a powerful genetic drive If the cause os something like excess growth factors, excess DHT, iron deficiency, thyroid, stress I believe those can be reversed or at least stopped.
  17. not if you eat the right carbs, the pathway converting glucose to fat is so freaking complex and energy demanding that you have to either eat just the shitties carbs like white rice and croissants or just have to eat massive excess of food in general. For example you could eat 5000 calories worth of legumes a day and wouldn't get any fatter, you'd just turn into a shitting machine. Same way you could eat 10,000 calories worth a fruit a day and you'd probably lose weight rather than gain any. Otherwise carbs don't make you fat. What makes you fat is high carb and high fat at the same time, e.g. typical western diet.
  18. sight.... https://core.ac.uk/reader/81939153?utm_source=linkout In this current study the authors examined 137 mummies from populations of four disparate geographic regions. Mummies were studied by whole-""bodycomputed tomography scanning and included specimens from AncientEgypt, the Roman Era, Ancient Peru, and five cultures from SouthwestAmerica (ca 1500BCEto 1500CE, five evacuation sites). Finally, there were five ancient Unargan specimens from the Aleutian Islands of modern-day Alaska. Mummies were selected for imaging on the basis of a good state of preservation and the likelihood of being an adult. Random selection was not used. The population examined spanned>4000 years. Atherosclerosis was regarded as definitive if the calcified plaque was seen on the wall of an artery and considered probable if artery calcifications were seen along the expected course of an artery. Of the 137 mummies, 47(34%) demonstrated probable or definitive atherosclerosis: 29 of 76 AncientEgyptians (38%), 13 of 51 Ancient Peruvians (25%), two offive ancestral Puebloans (40%), and three offive Unangan hunter-gatherers (60%;P¼not significant). Atherosclerosis was present in the aorta in 20% ofmummies, the iliac/femoral arteries in 18%, the popliteal/tibial arteries in18%, carotid arteries in 12%. and the coronary arteries in only 4%. Of thefive vascular beds examined, atherosclerosis was present in one to two beds in 25% of mummies, in three to four beds in 8%, and all five vascular beds in only 1%". https://www.arabworldbooks.com/en/e-zine/medicine-in-ancient-egypt-part-2-of-3 A good description of angina pectoris (heart attack) is demonstrated in the Ebers Papyrus: “shouldst though examine a patient with stomach disease suffering from pain in the arms, in the breast, and on one side of the stomach, say: “Death threatens’” and “If thou examinst a man for illness in his cardia, and he has pains in his arm, in his breast, and in side of his cardia, and it is said of him: it is w3d illness, then thou shalt say thereof: it is due to something entering the mouth it is death that threatens him. Thou shalt prepare for him: stimulating herbal remedies …. 19. @Preety_India may also just be a PMS, there are over 500 symptoms women can experience anything from anxiety to anger attacks to swelling joints & ankles to breast tenderness & acne.
  20. You can't be serious bringing this psychopath on here as a serious form of valid data dude. This guy makes shit up on the go. He has poisoned himself couple times eating stuff like roadkill, has been arrested for harassment and is literally encouraging people to eat rotten animal corpses. In a way he is a last resort of people who cannot find a way to fix their digestion and are regressing into these dark corners of youtube. For the firs time ever they feel good having eliminated all fibre and suddenly they think they are cured. Yet sverige himself said many times when he eats fibre he feels terrible. He still watches people like Dr Morse because he knows that this shit will probably kill him but he has built up too much of a following & momentum to stop now. You know sometimes I wonder if guys like Sv3rige, Bobb's Pespective, Frank Tufano, Daphne Reloaded, Primal Edge are stage Orange regressing into stage red as a form of ego backlash because of how viciously they have been assaulted by dogmatic stage orange vegans like Vegan Gains and just the larger vegan community. People like Diana Rogers who actually became dietitians so they can spread their nonsense agendas (she even claimed this herself on Instagram that getting a degree will help her push more cattle products to people) I see an incredible amount of evil viscousness and hatred behind these guys' message. I recall they were trying to get Gojiman kicked out of school when he disputed their nonsense. Sometimes their followers will dox people's channels etc. It is a fascinating dynamics but very dangerous for most of its followers. Whenever you see a person following carni movement what you see is complete and utter lack of empathy, kindness and an incredible amount of vicious arrogance and agressivity which is why I think this is a stage red backlash against green's pressure
  21. @Preety_India have you checked your body temperature? Do you have a fever?
  22. you should be able to spot trolls fairly quickly: 1. usually no photo 2. often silly name 3. low post count 4. using a lot of profanity, exclamation marks and CAPS 5. opening old posts 6. replying to people with comments such as ROFL, LOL, and generally talking shit But make a distinction between someone genuinely trying and just not getting it and someone deliberately taking piss (report the latter)
  23. yes and the consensus is achieved through observing of decades of human data on a lot of real world experience of real people. Granted most of these studies are cohorts, you can't randomize people by giving one group " nice diet" and the other "artery-clogging" diet and see what happens, that would be unethical hence we have no randomized trials on this topic. Regardless of how you feel about it with every 10% rise in LDL and non-HDL cholesterol, people die more, younger and have less chance of reversal. If somebody says these numbers don't mean anything because x, y, z they are being a fool and you can be as sceptical as you want but the majority of population will benefit from keeping their cholesterol low and reducing the intake of saturated fatty acids and animal meat is one of the best ways to achieve that
  24. @JonasVE12 it's been quite fascinating to read on this journey. Does the method have ways to objectively tests once you are done? How would you assess whether the toxin load has decreased besides physical symptoms?
