Do you have any other symptoms? Such as breathlessness, lack of energy, pale skin, low libido etc....

I am starting to think that you come up with all this pseudoscience and going against rational mind for the pure pleasure of pissing people off. Are you a troll?

It takes 4 hours to digest a protein of a caliber such as an egg. Protein digestion occurs in stomach with the help of Pepsin along with hydrochlorid acid which stops all fat and carbohydrate digestion. Afterwards you need a squirt of pancreatic juices along with the bile released by the liver to digest the remaining carbohydrates and fat in the egg. You are looking at the full scale all organ involvement digestion. Whereas with apple, the digestion starts with your mouth , compliments of salivary amylase and since it is mostly carbohydrate, your stomach cannot really digest it so it goes on into small intestine, pretty much absorbed by the time it reaches the colon. Being rich in fiber the apple is a nice yum yum for your colon bacteria unlike the egg.

It reacts to a stimulation of pressure sensor. If you put your finger in there, it would have snapped it. It is a simple reaction to stimulus, nothing to do with nervous system.

Make sure to get a good insurance friend. H-Pylori is an expensive one to get rid of.

This could also abe linked to you living kind of life or working a job that clashes with your core values. Do you like what you do for living?

I am going to assume that by Vegan you mean wholefood plant based because Vegan can be terrible junk diet filed with Coke, oreos, bread and dairy free cookies. Downsides of being Plant Based very little dietary B12, absolutely need to supplement (every single vegetarian or vegan) could become Omega 3 deficient (easily preventable) could become anaemic or very skinny if careless and deficient on B12, Iron, B9 and calories generally and need to lift weights) not all places are Vegan Friendly Need to do more cooking at home will face mockery and emotional manipulation will be asked same questions all the time will have a tendency to judge meateaters family and friends usually unsupportive could become more expensive Benefits Higher prevention from top killer diseases of humans world wide. Shorter recovery time from flu, cold etc ... Vitality increased Consciousness increased and mind fog lifted Libido increased along with sexual health Digestive improvement Easy weightloss for obese people no more dieting, no more food restrictions, discovering new foods, spices, herbs... contribution to health of the planet not more participation on un-humane slaughter and animal holocaust reduction of medical bills later on in life. (potentially) for ladies less painful periods I have been on plant based diet for around a year and never felt better in my life, gained some muscle mass without problem and got rid of asthma, indigestion and few extra kilos along with brain fog and occasional depressions.

@Max_V kale, rocket (rucolla), watercress, broccoli, red/green, cabbage, bok choi are quite common. I wouldn't say "replace" just mix them up a little bit Arugula is also great !

While spinach is great, it does miss out on many nutrients. It would definitely be worthy introducing more variety to your diet to get a whole balance

@pluto amen to that brother!

@WildeChilde Japan is absolutely amazing country, definitely do that if you can. Other than that Thailand ( avoid Krabi and Phuket), Borneo ( Malaysian part) and Philippines as well ( Cebu, Palawan) have been beautiful places

@Charlotte I'd say yes but haven't calculated the difference but definitely free of chemicals and preservatives. You don't have to buy organic almonds as long as you soak them for few hours before. I used this online company to get 5kg of almonds for very decent price. https://www.buywholefoodsonline.co.uk/ They are great to buy many other things if you struggle with budget on a plant based diet.

absolutely agree. But...do you drink it? In many US states it has been banned due to severe contamination. Same for many European countries I believe ( but not sure if that's still the case). So most of us would remain dependant on packaged pasteurised junk filled with IGF1 and riddled with leukocytes from the poor cow suffering from mastitis. that's because vitamins A,D,E,K are not hydrophobic by lipophilic meaning your liver needs fat to be able to metabolise them and that's why you can actually overdose and turn orange from excess Beta-carotene. So if someone eats a carrot on empty stomach in the morning, not a good thing but having it along with avocado, olive oil or few nuts, you'll digest it easily. It also helps to cook it slightly to break down the cellular wall and chew a bit more

@Charlotte I assume you bought Alpro? Yes, it is not the best and it contains Phosphates that are best left alone. Depending on your budget, there are some other good brands here: (2 - 3£ per box/bottle) https://www.waitrose.com/ecom/products/plenish-organic-almond-mlk/793096-513076-513077 https://www.califiafarms.com/uk Yes, you can absolutely make your own and it is really easy. I'd suggest look up Simnet Nutrition on youtube and his Almond Milk video. Very well explained. All you need is a milk bag and a good blender. BTW I still find coconut to be much better, maybe try that?

Not based on cronometer.com. 10 cups of whole grassfed cow milk has 0 vitamin C. There is very little vitamin C in meat as well. You guys are seriously going to mess up your health beyond repair with with all that cholesterol and fat good luck and have fun

@Charlotte excellent decision. There is never too late to go back. I have made a similar decision to go back to school and study my LP and haven't regretted it ever since. I think you mentioned somewhere that you are in UK. There are several websites that we have here with relatively fast delivery. https://www.saveonlaptops.co.uk I found very reliable one and they have a lot of sale products. laptopsdirect.co.uk are also very good. I would avoid general large stores such as Currys or CarponeWarehouse as they tend to be overpriced but they are good to test various devices. I'd let someone more tech knowledgeable comment on particular models. However generally if you intend to use it for basic work and studies there is no need to invest in high end models with powerful graphic cards. You could probably go to up to 500£ but no more. Make sure to have a good (up to 6 h) battery and screen size probably no larger than 15". Other things you may need: photo for school ID Ring Notebook with replaceable pages to organise your notes (unless you plan to keep everything in the laptop) Highlighters, sticky papers, several colour pens Decent backpack able to carry your laptop, books and notes. Diary to mark exams and important dates A lot of patience !

As a powerlifter you might be interested in Patrik Baboumian who thrives on a concious plant based diet. You are making the right choice and you can have all the nutrients you need. In facts, plant based diet eaters have generally higher intake of all micro nutrients than omnivores. At least those who are at least slightly interested in what they eat. To keep motivated and educated here are some people you may want to check out: Powerlifting - Patrik Baboumian Fitness, Diet, Bodybybuilding - Simnet Nutrition , Jon Venus, Compassion - Earthling Ed, James Aspey, Gary Yourofsky Science - Dr Michael Greger (nutritionfacts.org), Dr Neal Barnard, Dr Joel Fuhrman, Dr Brenda Davis, Mic The Vegan Drama and fun - Vegan Gains From a personal experience of someone who has been in fitness for 15 years (plant based for past 12 months only), I can say you can only gain, once you rid yourself of all the animal food you will discover a true beauty of plant based meals and your energy levels will skyrocket. Good book sto get you started: How Not to Die and How Not to Die: Coockbook from Dr Greger.
