it means you age slower so potentially you might be living longer , thats a good thing. Embrace what you have and learn to accept things you cannot change. It could be that your pituitary is not producing enough growth hormone, testicles not producing enough testosterone or thyroid subfunctioning slightly or simply genetics....Nowadays we are all about faster metabolism, faster growth, more muscle, more hair faster faster faster... But you want to slow these things down. Everything that happens too fast ages you af. Instead of focusing on what you lack focus on what you can improve, work on your skills, on your personal development and in 10 years time you will jump ahead of all the pretty neat boys who get all the pussy. As a successful masculine man who is capable confident and well develped you will not have a problem attracting a lot of high quality women in your life.

As someone from Eastern Europe also living in UK, I can kinda understand your struggle. Our countries are yet to climb on the spiral ladder, although I see a lot of Orange influx already. The thing with family is that sometimes for generations we have been fed the same culture, same values. From parent to child and to their child. These value systems are so deeply engraved that a threat such as one of them "turning yellow" and coming with completely foreign values is incredibly terrifying. Blue people also have a tendency for emotional manipulation such as becomming depressed and sad as you described in the email. I see this as very selfish reaction although in their case it is unconcious and masked as love. I get this from my family a lot. You can decide to love and accept them as they are, they are very unlikely to change. Eventually they will learn to do the same for you no matter how blue-minded they are. It has been the same for my family. They don't agree with many of my decisions but learned to accept them. You can tell them something like: "I love you all but it would make me very happy if you could support my decisions, whatever they are." And than, I guess spare them of as much detail as possible in terms of your meditation practice, self help, veganism, atheism..whatever it is that you are doing that compromises their values.

Once you stop comparing yourself to others, there is no room for inferiority or superiority. Its just you on your "playground" and nobody can ruin that for you. Easier said than done of course. Perhaps there is a looming shadow of your past that's causing this that needs to be addressed or a bully that needs to be forgiven?

One of the greatest benefit of school, especially once you get a bit specialised is receiving a core framework of the study material otherwise you will easily get overwhelmed. Think about it like receiving a bare skeleton on the top of which you now have to add all meat and organs and tissues in your own time. This makes the additional investment worthy in my opinion. Knowing "what" to study, makes it easier than just going out there and buying random books on physics & astronomy because you want to be a NASA engineer. The dark side is being sucked into academia with all its bureaucracy, egotism and closemindedness, in a stage blue/orange and having your creative spirit shackled, beaten, raped and thrown into the corner. You can of course, decide to "play along" without getting indoctrinated but that is more difficult than you'd imagine.

As an alternative, you can simply put it out every morning and for 5 minutes keep looking at it and just feel the energy kicking in. You can also do that in the middle of the day and at the end. Take it as your prayer haha, just be very mindful and focused, don't make this a mechanical routine. rather observe what happens in your body. Btw, the girl looks like an angel, is she someone you know?

Open a giant herbal clinic somewhere in tropics and educate/heal people from all over the world for free.

no recommendations in particular, just make sure they are organically sourced although the pesticides may not necessarily penetrate all the way to the core so sprouted should be quite safe - btw broccoli sprouts are a bomb! They made a study in China, in a very polluted region and noticed that people sipping pure broccoli sprout juice had significantly less pollutants in their blood. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4125483/

My sister is currently heavily stuck in stage red. --> Massive rebellion against family and anyone trying to offer an advice, talking shit, hating people, hanging out with dysfunctional people, avoiding duties and responsibilities, constantly blaming everybody for her problems..when trying to find a job, she would get discouraged and give up after first failure calling everybody "fucking c***s in ties and suits." My question is: Is there any point trying to talk sense to her and potentially opening her eyes towards more BLUE or does every stage need to awaken on its own otherwise I'll only face a lot of ego-backlash. And before you say that I am judgemental and not loving, believe me that I am trying to be loving and understanding but any effort for meaningful conversation ends up in being called "gay treehugger and loser"

You don't need your doctor to diagnose this. I was suggesting adrenal weakness because this is what millions of people struggle with. Adrenal glands produce steroid hormones and neurotransmitters that are supposed to keep you vital and lively (adrenaline, noradrenaline, cortisol etc...) if you feel like this is missing than often the case is them not functioning optimally. By the way, boxing trainings may as well contribute to the condition. I have burned out my adrenals through years of kick boxing and very heavy circuits. If you have any of the following symptoms, this may as well be it: being too shy and feeling often inferior having cold extremities having difficulty getting of bed in the morning feeling heaviness on your chest sometimes (having difficulty taking a big breath) insomnia nervous legs or tremors tinitus ADD ongoing inflammations in body that don;t go away poor sugar metabolism (feeling sleepy after every meal) But maybe its none of it I'd still suggest you check your blood pressure, that alone would indicate a lot. If your upper is below 110, your adrenals are weak, if below 100, they are very weak. Also what @Space suggested, having your blood checked for signs of anaemia may as well be it.

@EmeraldShe is 23, recently finished the uni. I was considering Orange but to me it seems there is way too much aggresive selfishnes in there, especially the unhealthy selfishness, I'd say. The use of foul words, the rebellion, being rude to parents and the people she hangs out with. Also a massively selfish behaviour and tendency to manipulate people towards serving her needs. @Solace, thanks. Yeah, perhaps I should stop trying to remedy and simply let go. @Serotoninluv, @Key Elements thanks guys. I like the idea of increasing responsibility starting from 1%. You are right once the resistance shell has been cracked, the person probably won't notice a small gradual increase in the responsibility.

Do you know your blood pressure? I'd suspect an adrenal weakness.

I'd suggest you look into a work of professor Bredesen if you are interested. He has made some groundbreaking progress in Alzheimer's reversal mostly through optimised nutrition and lifestyle modifications. Attended a lecture of one of his followers ,couple weeks back and they do seem to have a lot of success with the treatment. Not progressive state though, once you are there, there is no way back ( at least not for now).

Perhaps that's what you should be doing then. Go and have sex with 50 girls, then come back and update us on whether you feel any different. The first-hand experience is the best answer you can ever get.

Our society has evolved since times of slavery, these days we give ourselves fancy names (executives, directors, managers...), dress in fancy clothes and get some cash for the work we do. You are free to walk away but unless you have other means of making money or have supreme hunting skills, you will end up on streets which is equal to being exiled 2000 years ago. |For many people (low wage workers especialy), "walking away" is literally equal to becoming homeless and dying of hunger. In some countries the state will not take care of you and you will freeze, starve or die of disease. So in a sense, those people are slaves. For other who earn a lot, it would take much more but remember that not all homeless people started as poor alcoholic bums or gambles, many of them are progressed HIV or syphilis patients who may have once been success butt could not get a work anymore and have been rejected by the family.

"becoming old" is not something you can do much about so acceptance is the key here. Becoming "senile" in terms of progressive Dementia such as Alzheimer's , there is a LOT you can do about. If you are interested, research this topic in more depth but there is a massive impact of diet an lifestyle such as heavy metal exposure and lack of proper nutrition.

For the purposes of healing the body, I believe frutarian is the way to go. For people with chronic inflammatory conditions, degenerative and autoimmune diseases, this may be the answer they have been looking for. I've massively improved my allergies on a fruit cleanse (+ some herbal tinctures) Have to agree with @Solace though that in the long term, it may not be the best diet as you could be missing out on some nutrients but i am open to being wrong about this.

Even if this was true, it is definitely something you can work on. Both physically on the outside and spiritually on the inside in terms of self acceptance. This is not a disease or a handicap just a lack of experience and social exposure. Ca easily be fixed.

Not necessarily true if one wants to avoid renal and digestive issues. Sites aimed on muscle gain rarely consider health aspects of their recommended protocols @MarkusSweden regarding the creatine, while there are some benefits for sure, your body creates creatine phosphate from the food you eat and uses it to produce the ATP (available cellular energy) in mitochondria by adding an ADP group. This only works for 10-15 seconds of the strenuous exercise (this is the time between starting the exercise until feeling first hint of discomfort or pain) after which the aerobic (jogging/swimming) or anaerobic (sprinting, HIIT) respiration kicks in depending on the activity type. Unless you are a professional athlete needing to get an edge during the initial 10-15 secs and potentially adding 2-3 seconds to it, supplementing creatine will only result in excess creatinine (byproduct of muscle metabolism) accumulation which puts stress on your renal filtration. P.S. the chart below explains the utilisation of creatine phosphate during exercise nicely.

Way to go !!

There is no definite answer to that but here are some useful tips for you adding a bit of fat (olive oil, ground seeds, nuts, tahini...) on the top ensures that fat-soluable vitamins (A,D,E,K) are properly digested and stored by the liver. add herbs such as oregano, basil, corriandet, thyme or one of those mixed herbs spices to boost flavout and antioxidant properties you can stir-fry the veggies for a little while to help break down the cellular wall, although this may kill a little bit of enzymes and vitamins play around with sauces. Blend couple ingredients together and see what you come up with, make sure to combine sweet, salty, sour and something to "carry the taste" like tahini or mustard. popular ingredients (figs, dates, vinegar, lemon, tahini, miso, mustard, olive oil, salt, red peppers, garlic, onion) squeeze a bit of lemon on top to protect from oxidation while stored in fridge and to help with Iron absorbtion avoid adding fast-digested fruits like mangos or mellons with your veggies because these require little time to digest and will have to "sit and wait" in your stomach till the veggies are mixed&churned up leading to bloating and fermentation. Same reason one sould never eat high source of protein with a fruit or high source of carb. Cool tip When eating broccoli, pre-chop it first and let it the pieces sit together for 30 minutes before steaming or cooking. The damage to the plant will ensure that an enzyme myrosinase will combine with glucosinolates in the plant to create Sulphorophane, a powerful compound that has anticancer properties and is the main reason why broccoli is considered a superfood. This stuff actually helps prevent a toxic damage from a polluted environment. Once this is created, it will not be destroyed by cooking. Cooking the broccoli as a whole will kill the myrosinase so the reaction cannot take place.

good point ! they still turn acidic AF though

it can be, depends on how it is grown. That's why I advocated Sun Chlorella because it is one of the most pristine on the planet. I would never buy chlorella or spirulina from an unchecked source, way too much shit going on in that business.

Nothing wrong with playing every once in a while. Once the new Elder Scrolls comes out , I know that my old addiction I burried with Skyrim will kick in for a week after which I'll get sick of it and probably never come back again.

yeah, many of us could relate to this. But know that it doesn't have to be like that forever. Accept where you are now and do so by using up all your available time to transition to something else. Do a weekend school, use mornings and evenings and your lunch breaks, do an online study, read ....whatever it takes. You need to start building up your skills to do the thing you really want to do. If you haven't already, create a vision board and post it to multiple places around your house, make sure that it is a powerful one to give you goosebumps every time you look at it. There is not much you can do about being in your current situation besides getting into another, similar one but by spending time working on your real dream carrier, you will receive a boost of positive energy and much better hope for your future self. Useful next steps for you in summary: Break down your daily schedule into 20 minute blocks and see how much are you able to dedicate to self education. Remove as many "wasted blocks" as possible and replace them with productive ones. Identify 3 things this year that you will start doing that will move you forward and do these in your dedicated blocks of time (see above) Create a powerful vision board (you probably have one from the LP course) and stick it everywhere, put a small copy in your purse as well. start doing a 5 min daily visualisation practice of your future self that has escaped this life and lives her dream career Read at least 2 books a month. exercise regularly - this will be especially helpful when you depressed. 10 minutes of rope skipping or 20 minutes of jogging will work wonders to your mood.
