read David Deida's book to learn about this. -
My girlfriend likes to listen to a video here and there. She is under transition from orange to green so its mostly the older videos but otherwise I don't know anybody else. Most people I know see this as either" too much effort" or "too far-fetched" especially if they would start with the latest videos.

Mucous is actually alkaline, it is an immunological defence response to something else that is irritating you. There are lots of reasons why you would get congested. excessive metabolic acidity (from foods, environment etc...). Your body migt be producing mucous to protect your respiratory mucosal lining. allergies - excessive mucous is often result of these intolerances to certain foods (e.g. histamine, salicylates, some proteins, eggs, dairy etc...) ongoing inflammation in the upper respiratory tract environmental pollution smoking / alcohol / other nasty habit I would probably start to observe if there is any connection to particular foods, spices or something that you do. Watch for any gastrointestinal symptoms such as bloating, burping, gas, abdominal pain (uper = stomach, lower = small/large intestine) Try to increase intake of alkaline foods such as fruits and vegetables Get checked for signs of systemic inflammation in the body Good luck !

well, in the end glucose is glucose but what differs is the glycemic load of a meal that is rapidly absorbed against a meal with low glycemic load that is gradually absorbed, feeds microbiota and prevents a CV incident through vascular damage.

This is kinda anecdotal story and not-evidence based but......My grandparents back in my country in eastern Europe live around 5 kilometers from the largest Nuclear power plant in the country. People in this village are extremely ill, many of them have goiters (including my grandma) and old people waste away incredibly fast. The mortality of people above 70 is very rapid....as I said an anecdotal evidence but perhaps the nuclear is not as clean as we think. There is a lot of push towards nuclear energy now but something about it rubs me the wrong way. It takes hundreds of yours for the radioactive isotopes to stop emiting particles... People are visiting Chernobyl these days as if it was safe where there is clear demonstration that some of these places will fry your thyroid and testicles in 15 minutes. Their Geiger is clicking like a teenage girl's dildo while they are happily recording their instagram stories. On the top of that global installation of 5G and more push towards pharmacology then ever? Boy we are getting our arses in some serious trouble! -
sucrose? nonononono sucrose is a white processed sugar, when did I say that? I agree with the wholefood sources but stay away from sucrose as far as you can.

^ or something of that sense. I loved the conscious politics series and although ecology was mentioned many times I feel it deserves its own topic maybe?

We often don't appreciate the beauty of a particular moment until its completely gone. We spent it arguing, looking at phones and judging everything where all the perfection was just there in the moment. I often feel regret for such moments not because they passed but due to lack of participation from my side. I sometimes like returning to those moments in my meditations and re-living them again. Often that helps to deal with the regret a bit

As an Eastern European living in UK, I can tell that public healthcare system has massive flaws, inadequacies and substantial bureaucracy but.....once you get really sick, the medical treatment will be superior. You will be sent from one expert to another and if your financial situation is weak, you will receive some medication without payment. This is if you are really sick though (cancer, heart failure etc...) If you are just "kinda" ill you'll be sent home with paracetamol. So there are lots of very very undiagnosed cases because the General Practitioners do not have time to assess everyone and work on medical textbook symptomology recognition and once these people do get diagnose its often too late. That being said, if your father has a heart attack, he will be treated exceptionally well by paramedics, transported to hospital, put on IVs and monitored for couple days at no additional costs. The system is still overburdened by hypochondriacs, schemes and manipulators exploiting the free healthcare but overal it kinda does the work for those who are investing zero effort in their own health and for those with acute accidents and conditions. -
A great chunk of every business is a "negotiation". Trying to settle on cost, delivery, terms of business, rent...what have you. There is a globally accepted consensus that negotiation is about lying and trying to get one-up on the other one. Best negotiators are the greatest liars, manipulators and those who can bullshit the best. So my question is, what would a conscious negotiation look like and how do you go around it without looking like a fool or a hippie that people would just mock you?

Because your mind needs proof. It does not believe empty promises, it believes in what it can see and what worked in the past. This is like establishing a new habit that is not comfortable. The first couple of weeks you may need to push it until your subconscious mind accepts it and it becomes an effortless habit. So whether that is meditation or any other practice, just start doing it and with time, it will get more acceptable.

You can exercise to achieve longevity and overall health balance. To stay agile, flexible and dynamic. Exercise promotes oxygenation of your brain cells and production of some important neurotransmitters. It promotes tissue regeneration and organ health and makes sure that every single cell in your body is well nourished. It also moves your lympathic system which is a waste dumb of your body..once that becomes stagnant, your health will go down the hole. At the same time whether you do it for ego or not, there are many benefits to lifting weights for prevention of osteoporosis and retaining a muscle mass....both being important for your vigour and mobility in your later life. So don't do it for the pride, to look good and show off but do it so that even in your 70s-80s your body will still serve you because once your health starts to go, your consciousness work will be the first to suffer. In terms of practical tips: stretching exercises every single day for 10-15 minutes lifting weights 1-2 a week. No need to do isolated, just few of the big lifts to keep your bones strong. Focus on squads, bar rows, lifting above head, front squads, lunges and deadlifts. No need to go too heavy either. Bodyweight exercises every day - pushups, squads and pullups can do miracles when done every day even with own weight. Add to this handstands and headstands, movements on all 4, frog jumps, duck walks and all sorts of primal movement (look it up on youtube, its actually a lot of fun) Walking daily to keep the lymphatic system running and to avoid constant sitting. jogging occasionally preferably on grass and preferably no onger than 30-40 minutes as that taxes your antioxidant defences too much. Avoid excessively rigorous exercises such as crossfit or don't do them too often, they are very destructive to your body and create a lot of free radicals. Taking a short walk around for every 60 minute sitting.

Interesting post indeed. Most faces when you split them are not 100% symetrical, my nose is also slightly bend to right. An injury on right leg only makes sense since you (unconciously) put more weight on these joints receive more impact. One of my eyes is also slightly more opened than the other one and I've got a wisdom tooth on right and not left. Go get that checked ! varicose veins can appear on single leg, that's very common. I think a lot of that comes down to coincidence or perhaps you just focus too much on the right sided imbalances, bet there is a lot of that on the left but you just don't pay attention to it. But at the same time it would seem that your left brain hemisphere of the cerebral cortex could be more active. Would you say you are more logically/analytically minded ? Also, being dominantly right-handed could lead to some physiological adaptations over the time. >>Oh and ....that thing in your breast. Seriously go get that checked. Seriously !!

To live up to my highest values and to be able to make a contribution to the world, no matter how small. In the end I want to improve because I am a neurotic who cannot accept his current situation

Maybe you need different friends who do not need to drink alcohol to have a good time. Or less socialising general and spending more quality time alone? Alcohol is often more of a social "obligation" because people don't want to become the odd one abstaining so genuinely contemplating on your current social circles and assessing how well do these really serve you could be a good start rather than looking for AA group. An alcoholic, in my vocabulary, is someone who needs drink to be on ground zero which means emotionally and physiologically stable. If that's not you, then you don't have this problem....yet. If you need alcohol to feel "normal" you have a problem.

I think there is a tolerance for multiple IPs. I often login from work pc, from phone and my home laptop. So far haven't been blocked

Exercise is only 30% of the success. 70% is diet and stress avoidance. There is also a component of digestive health, balance of microbiota, insulin resistance etc.

Don't jump blindly into this before exploring a bit deeper. No Functional Medicine doctor does not cost 3,000. They may need to do some testings that are done by private companies but its usually couple hundred max and these tests can show you A LOT. I am not saying that this is the root of your issue but considering you probably do a lot of other things well and that you've had some help with neutropics which are pretty much just playing around with different neurotransmitters, I think there is no harm in exploring this area as well. Most of these FM practitioners will offer exploratory free call that you can book and talk to them to see if this is something you can work on. These people don't do it for the money...you go to Wall Street for that, they genuinely want to help however you still need to expect to pay something...for their education and the testing done by private companies. All the best regardless of what you do dude !
