I am sorry but this is completely anecdotal evidence. First of all lets presume that all of those are indeed you. None of these pictures tell us anything about your health and about the type of vegan diets you had. Oreo and mentos are vegan as well as well as fried mockmeat and dairy free icecream. Having s six pack does NOT equal to being healthy. A slightly chubby person may actually be healthier than an athlete who lives of high protein diet and has an undiagnosed kidney impairment. By saying things like limit your vegetables, I am getting a lot of red flags. What is he going to eat? If vegetables are toxic it means all plants are because most of the crops is sprayed. Should he be eating organic cows steak 3 times a day and end up with iron toxicity and bowel cancer? Thymus decreases in size in all humans in teens and gets replaced by fat tissue. This has nothing to do with being vegan. Vegetables DO NOT create iron overload. Non-Heme iron does not accumulate in the same way a heme iron does. Body can actually regulate it naturally unlike heme-iron that can cause toxicity. Please show me a systemic overview or meta analysis that shows that vegetables cause chronic disease and tissue calcification, this all stinks of scaremongering and hidden agenda. If anything largest epidemiological studies suggest vegetable and fruit being protective against all-cause mortality. According to Global Burden of DIsease (2006 or 2016 not sure right now) fruit is one of the key dietary factors for prevention of unnecessary premature death from all causes.

@RasheedI think you need to educate yourself on different foods, nutrients and some basic biochemistry. You seem to have very uncertain opinions on lots of things and asking here will create even more confusion. Go to a large book store and grab a generic unbiased book on human nutrition. Nothing to do with paleao, vegan, raw or any other agenda. Pure basic dry academic textbook and start reading.

This is more often than not a sign of candida overgrowth. All of us have it laying dormant being in check by the adaptive immune system however perhaps in your case, your immunity took hit after you've had the reaction to cheese after which your microbiome has been damaged by several cycles of antibiotics -> these are perfect tools to unleash candida. To confirm you need a stool testing. Either from your doctor or through a functional testing Also there are ways to confirm SIBO, they shouldn't be putting you on Rifaximin unles it has been confirmed. Again there is a private testing (quite cheap) called Hydrogen/Methane breath testing that is very reliable diagnosis of SIBO. FYI - dont go chugging down probiotics before you have worked on the pathogen removal, you may give yourself trouble. * For SIBO - you need to go on low fodmap diet followed by herbal (or pharmaceutical) antibiotics and then the repopulation starts with powerful probiotics * For Candida - that's a bit more taugh to handle and you'd need to work with a nutritional therapist. So if you are not sure what to do, google places that do: hydrogen/methane testing and stool testing and call them if they could test you and for how much Good luck.

I feel like to word "nootropics" is now starting to get thrown around too much. Nootropics is the new kid on the block where" superfood" is falling into decadence. Pretty much any substance stimulating brain activity is a nootropic by definition, it just sounds more cool than "cerebral blood vessel dilating substance". Many of them have exotic names and come in expensive bottles but believe or not a beet can give you same effects that a gingko can if you take the right amount of it. A lot of brain fog is caused by diet, sluggish digestion and impaired elimination and can often be fixed by food and exercise. At the same time, some of the substances such as Lion's Mane indeed have an incredible potential if used right so just make sure you are not overspending your money on something that can maybe be fixed by high quality foods

@Scholar if your idea of health is eating the ocean garbage disposals called "mussels" by all means go for it. Talking about the ethics, mussels and small sea creatures that not only clean the waters but they also provide food to larger animals. Is it right to eat them? Don't you go demonising when you have your own devilry to purify. I am not criticising veganism from below as I have been part of it for 4 years, attended demonstrations and debated people endlessly until I realised how dogmatic and ideological I have become, full of hate and judgement. My criticism was towards the blindness and horizontal thinking of many people who are part of this movement. It has become us and them rather than us humans. Us good vegans and them evil meat eaters. Believe it or not but not everyone can stop eating animals. Saying that is an ignorance and lack of knowledge of human physiology, genetics and constitution.

Absolutely! I am pro as much plants in diet as possible. Just by increasing an intake of fibre to 50 grams and drinking 2.5 liters of water a lot of people's problems will go away in a week. I just have the issue of absolutizing for the sake of being special, unique or to have a label. Lots of vegans are deeply suffering because they are traumatised what will happen if they ever touch an animal product. Your surrounding will crucify you if you have demonisted them for eating meat but what if the vegan ends up being the one falling apart? It takes an enormous amount of emotional pain and courage to drop that ideology. Not to mention it prevents one from rising on the spiral beyond green as long as the ideology is deeply rooted in unconsciousness. If one cannot appreciate the variety of perspectives, it will always create suffering and neediness to defend. We have just become so lost listening to experts. doctors and healers that we don't have a sense of our own intuition anymore.

This is one of the most controversial topics in nutrition today. Even the most educated people in nutritional science, the PHD academics who have all been through decades of education vastly differ with opinions on plant-based diets. The usual listener with no nutritional training is completely and absolutely confused. You can be a 90% plant based dieter who will enjoy an occasional egg and fish and you can be a militants snappy 100% vegan activist who will not talk to others when they wear leather belt. Now guess which of the two is happier? And what if you vouch never to eat animal in your life and your gums start receding, your libido goes, your hair start thinning and you become bloated like baby seal. All very common on bad vegan diet. If every time you eat, your cortisol goes through the roof because you have turned yourself into orthorectic food hater, you are going to have a terrible life and will probably die a decade before the guy who eats at mcdonald's every sunday. I think everybody needs to find what works for them to provide optimal: digestion & elimination, skin health, energy levels, sex health and overall vigour and enthusiasm. We need to stop labelling ourselves (vegan, carnivore, keto guy keto girl, raw foodie) and start listening to our bodies and observe reactions to food. For example some people have a genetic single nuclear polymorphism (snip) in enzyme called BC01 that reduces their conversion from Beta carotene to Retinol by 80%. This means if this person becomes a bad vegan they can start losing their eyesight due to severe retinol (vitamin A) deficiency. Would you risk it or would you be opened to eating 5 eggs a week to ensure sufficient retinol intake? Should this person be called selfish asshole who is hurting animals?

slightly biased and one-sided same as Game Changers but the message is clear and very supportive to the general public

Same here. I feel that it's the right thing to do in my life but at the same time cannot really comprehend most of the nonduality videos. Maybe I'm just pursuing it because Leo whom I respect talks about it all the time but deep inside I am not ready and won't be for many years to come because I haven't fulfilled my purpose and material needs yet. -
if we are talking about the milk in boxes that has very little coconut, that's perfectly fine. Coconut oil and coconut milk in cans (high fat one) are very rich in saturated fats which have been shown to increase risk of cardiovascular disease. They are all great additions to foods like curries and thai just don't go crazy with them Coconut is also not the most ecological food as it has to be transported from tropical countries....but that's an issue with many commonly consumed plants these days.

He is an excellent bridge for people stuck in stage Orange bringing them to higher stages. The risk I see here is that a lot of them will try to skip green and yellowand then won't be able to acknowledge what he really is saying because their perspective hasn't widened enough yet. Same reason Eckhart Tolle is largely misunderstood and demonized in many circles as fake guru and woo woo sharlatan who talks bunch of nonsense. -
Buy it ! Best investment I've made in self-development.

Is it possible that all this melancholy has basis in your basic biochemistry going wrong? You may have some serious hormonal / neurotransmitter imbalances that take away your enthusiasm and motivation for life. Just some of the examples are low testosterone, low serotonin, low dopamine, lack of calories, lack of carbohydrates, high cortisol, slow methylation, low thyroid function, low iron, IBS, gut inflammation, dysbiosis, lacking B-vitamins, magnesium, zinc, folate...etc... Not saying this is definitely it, just a possibility. I wouldn't know where to start without speaking to you for 2 hours about the entire health history but there are functional doctors who can help you pinpoint what is going on. Perhaps you could consider setting up a call with one. But all of this may come down to completely other things such as chakras being blocked or energetic circulation stagnating, lack of purpose and vision for one's life and so on..

It is true that polyunsaturated fats (Omega 6 and Omega 3) in nut butters are beneficial but like guys already mentioned you will be getting too much Omega 6 over Omega 3. Secondly grinding nuts into butter dramatically speeds up their oxidation which creates a cocktail of free radicals that tax your antioxidant defences. Most of them time there are not synthetic antioxidants included in nut butters so there is no protection against this. And in many cases you don't know how long they've been sitting on the shelf, under direct light in transparent jars. And if you notice most peanut butters are made of roasted nut, not raw. So you are already heating up and grinding nuts that have already been highly processed, most likely roasted in cheap oils oxidised full of potential carcinogens. Not a best food imo.

Don't let the opinions of unconscious and weak minded influence you. Dare to be the one who says "fuck this " and reject the shot if it doesn't the right thing to be doing. There is the rationale of providing your body with the antigens of weakened pathogens so that is starts producing its own antibodies. I totally get this. But the fact that babies, kids of all ages and all people are getting injected without knowing anything about their genetics, intolerances, preferences, metabolic capacities and immune state frightens me. There are many many cases of severe reactions but you will mostly not hear about this. And then my main argument is that the human adaptive immunity (the T-cells and B-cells) once having created the antibodies have an immune memory that lasts several lifetimes. Why would we need to inject the same crap every year? The FLU viruses don't change every year and neither do the vaccines. This stinks of pure propaganda that earns trillions of dollars worldwide. Yet people still develop flu symptoms lol. There is a lot you can do to support your immune system with food, medicinal mushrooms and herbs, don't fall for the herd mentality but rather mock them getting ill while you the "untreated one" remains healthy

You are better of eating them in their natural state. The think with rice cake is that they are compressed under huge temperature to kinda glue the rice together. We know that when you heat carbohydrates to temperatures above 130 degrees you start producing acrylamides, suspected carcinogens and neurotoxins. Additionally, the high heat disrupts the molecular integrity making the rice even more easily digestible which spikes your blood sugar very rapidly. My second argument against rice cakes (or any grain cakes actually) is that they are what is classified as "diet food" a food that is extremely low in calories. Because of this people binge on them for hours. This means your pancreas constantly has to pump out digestive enzymes throughout the day. Your blood sugar is riding a rollercoaster so the pancreas also has to pump out insulin constantly. This puts a lot of unnecessary strain on your digestion and this is my main argument against the idea of eating many small portions per day. I'd just make nice huge buckwheat meals with vegetables, beans/ lentils, add some tofu to it and eat it in a single meal. Take in more calories in single go but then give your digestion break for couple hours. Ideally you want to spike your insulin 3-4 times a day not 20

https://metro.co.uk/2019/10/17/angry-commuters-drag-xr-protesters-off-tube-try-glue-10933003/ Extinction Rebellion has received a merciless backlash across London especially in the east. Protesting in East London where mostly low-income , Eastern european & African communities of shift workers and builders commute from, the naive Green boys did not expect the beating they received. These people have mostly zero concern for the environment, they struggle to make ends meet, have to send money overseas to their poor families, they wake up periodically at 5 am to get on their 12 hour shifts. This is how you kill the revolution.

There are always better and worse options when filling your daily caloric bucket. The above is better than having scrambled eggs but does not compare with having quinoa with salad and tofu for example. It's not about "bad" or "good" food. It's always a question of "what do we compare it to?" all great stuff

Buckwheat - exceptional food! High content of copper, magnesium and B-vitamins as well as fibre and decent protein. Millet - takes time getting used to and longer to cook but it is a decent meal. A goitrogen thou so make sure to cook it properly. Cuscus - not really. It is a processed grain, rapidly absorbed with high GI. I'd go for other types of wholegrains like brown and wild rice, quinoa or oats.

I think this is actually a person I would put on antipsychotic drugs...at least few of them. He is a potential danger to the neighbourhood and from what you say may as well be beyond help in his current state of mind. He needs help but for that to happen he needs to be grounded....may be in this case means being turned a little bit more into vegetable for some time.

This video should explain everything very clearly https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-qaVGR68FKY Indeed it does, thanks a lot!

@JonasVE12 thanks for tips! So do you kinda bend over your tongue backwards trying to go as far as you can back inside the throat while touching the upper hard palate?
