  1. Game & research are techniques used purely for manipulation. Anything coming from PUA community will keep you stuck in shallow levels of consciousness that only the dumbest girls will fall for. It may give you some sex but the more you get the more unhappy you will become and each and every shallow one night stand will "steal" a little bit of your vigour and deprive you of a bit of your life force & potency to grow spiritually. Envision abundance and learn to see women for who they really are, the divine being charged with infinite radiance and energy. A beautiful woman will re-charge you for a whole day. Let that energy circulate around your spine (instead of keeping it in your genitals like most men do). Learn to accept the infinite energy and you will feel like you've just had sex each time you let yourself be energetically seduced by a beautiful woman. To receive sexual abundance, stop seeking sexual abundance and you will attract it. Find your life purpose and grow your spiritual & personal side of yourself to attract the feminine. Women want a men embodying his highest values and his highest purpose not a boy running around looking for sex. You have the advantage of youth and (I assume) relative sexual immaturity. Use it towards your benefits and if you play your cards right, you will outgrow most of your peers by 20 years in next 10. Not an answer you were looking for perhaps
  2. that doesn't change the fact that excessive BPA indulgence fucks up with your endocrine secretions by docking on Oestrogen receptors most of all. Agreed Bisphenol-A is only one of a large category of contaminants.
  3. @Charlotte Cheers Charlotte! Hope you are keeping well!

  5. @Rilles most of the ones you suggested, it already has. Mercury and microplastics would be awesome but testing for that would mean testing each individual unit such as no 2 tunas will have same amount of mercury or microplastics. We can only get average values from samples that have been studied in a lab. It is an extremely lenghtening process. It would however be helpful to push for advertisment such as "This fish may contain traces of mercury which have been shown to damage central nervous system" Also we should be completely banning all non-BPA plastic bottles, I suspect a lot of female reproductive issues are behind that.
  6. Perhaps you need to train yourself to let go of all that simply by telling yourself "I am letting this go" every time you catch yourself overanalyzisng. Maybe adopting more Yin (soothing) and less Yang (stimulating) diet would help. That means more raw plant foods especially fruits and less animal foods that are stimulating. But since this is not what your practitioner advised first try what you paid for Ayurveda is a fascinating healing modality.
  7. I don't know much about Ayurveda but would be curious what "being too high in and air space" means. What issues are you dealing with? Paleo can be useful for things like weight loss and some autoimmune conditions but generally the heavy protein /acidic nature of this diet makes it quite unsustainable and potentially damaging to kidneys.
  8. just a suggestion, if you are going to go down that road, some of the botanical tinctures they make could prhaps come useful. It is hard to say which one though. I see you live in Germany. This article talks about where they can be ordered in Europe. https://drrobertmorseeurope.wordpress.com/2016/02/18/how-to-buy-dr-robert-morses-herb-in-europe/ I am in the UK and we do have a small company who sell them who also ship all over Europe. They may be able to advise which ones to try if you contact them. http://thejuiceretreat.co.uk/drmorseherbs/ The company is run by a lady named Helen, she is a Detox Specialist category II, trained with Robert Morse. Ofcourse none of this may be needed but could help
  9. @Elisabeth @Ketrumi hey folks I'm Slovak too, nice to know there are others
  10. Not particularly harmful however it does drain your own vitality by calling up on surges of adrenaline and cortisol. This stimulation is rapid, drains a lot of nutrients and may backfire on you by weakening your adrenal glands after years of abuse which may lead to chronic depression, fibromyalgia, lack of mood and a lot of systemic inflammation that won't go away because your adrenals won't be able to pump out sufficient cortisol to couteract the inflammation. But taken couple times a week without dairy milk from an organic source is probably alright Although matcha tea would be a better go to.
  11. You can be a Yellow toll taker on Golden-gate bridge and know nothing about statistics. Consciousness not education determines the growth in the spiral.
  12. E-X-E-R-C-I-S-E The benefits go beyond staying slim.
  13. Maybe you should look for a specialist. I am in UK as well and there is a good presence of naturopaths and herbalists in here. Find someone who is reasonably priced and work with them. These people see these conditions all the time.
  14. Sorry you are having one of the flareups, psoriasis can be nasty and the cure is not easy however from what I've researched on the topic there seem to be some things that exacerbate the flare-ups: Stress - in case of psoriasis it is often a cause of flarups and a consequence of living with it so it kinda creates a vicious cycle. Stress seems to activate something called HPS Axis (Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Sympathetic Axis) which triggers the release of local inflammatory mediators such as NGFin the skin. Diet - A decent amount of evidence suggests towards more wholefood plant-based vegetarian/vegan diet as being very helpful here. Mediterranean diet would be a good start. (link) Gluten-free might help or testing for gluten sensitivity as well and then keeping at a slightly hypocaloric state or implementing a bit of intermittent fasting. Sufficient intake of Omega 3 fatty acid while reducing Omega 6 intake is a good idea. On the top of all that I'd up your fruit intake to 10+ servings a day as a fruit is generally cleansing and anti-inflammatory. Vitamin D - because in psoriasis there is an uncontrolled proliferation of skin cells, some theories suggest that this may have to do with vitamin D deficiency. Btw many autoimmune diseases such as MS has also been linked to vitamin D deficiency as it is a significant immune regulator. Weight reduction - in case that is an issue, might help. I assume this is not your problem thou Good luck with any protocol you go for!
  15. There is some concern that long term fasting starves and kills large portion of your gut microbiome, which is not a wise thing to do. It might be better alternative to fast on monofruits, or vegetable juices to ensure there is no damage there as recolonizing of a destructed microbiome takes years of systemic refeeding ...not few yogurts as some advocates of fasting think. So caution advised
  16. I think you should work with a specialist on this one. Dr Morse often says that in a cleansing/detoxification protocol you have to go very deep when faced with chronic progressive condition to get rid of the cause on the systemic level. That often means becoming very skinny and then rebuilding the tissue by starting to add sources of protein. But this is really difficult to do on your own so I'd probably look to get a support from a naturopath or detox specialist. Medicine will be useless on this as they are with everything that is not A&E or accident management.
  17. There was a thyroid health topic opened recently, have a look at the history, few tips shared in there. Most importantly you want to have your selenium and iodine levels in spot (not supplementally if possible as you may overdose).
  18. Powerful tool or bunch of nonsense? Modern medicine does not support it and it is vastly considered quakery. Has anyone had any experience or any insights to share?
  19. When I came to UK in 2015 my first job, although being an internship earned me £12,000 a year, the UKI minimum wage. I accepted that as being the gateway into the country for an Eastern European immigrant. My boss was an arrogant French dickhead who treated me like an easily disposable piece of shit but I knew if I wanted to survive in this country as a foreigner with little experience, it had to be endured. However after the end of internship, I managed to find an actual full-time position in a large corpo where the salary went rapidly up in line with UK standards comparable to what natives earned.........the fact that studying business and entering global finance sector was a terrible decision that I later on came to regret is a different story but I did not know any better then. What I'm trying to say is that when you start, you are gaining valuable experience but most importantly you are building your CV. Being just 19, you have your whole career ahead of you. So as harsh as it sounds you just gotta suck it up and carry on with what you do. Take it as investment in your skill portfolio. Take on as much new work as possible and learn all the aspects you can. After a year you are free to leave that place and find better employer but if you start haggling about pay rise now, you may end up being made redundant with no experience and back to ground zero,.
  20. I came here clickbaited by TES reference....read an inspiring story of a young artist....was not disappointed.
  21. John is probably the only WWE superstar who ever made it past stage Orange. Dwayne Johnson might have a hint as well although the guy is still dominated by success and fame most of all. Although it is hard how to say these people behave their real-life since the entire WWE is one fake chimp theatre.
  22. sorry,i misread the question. Yes the area your thumb covers times two ...
  23. Haven't read all the comments so forgive me if this was asked but I think we need a new video (I know there was one in the past) on divine masuline vs divine feminine. From a highly conscious perspective. Let's cut into the red pill, alpha, macho and diva dogmas once and for all.
  24. Bags under the eyes could be signs of kidney filtration problems (but also genetic or chronic fatigue/insomnia). Dark colour could be sign of iron-deficiency anemia or a fluid congestion/stagnation. Try to up your nutrition, drink plenty and stay away from coffee for some time. If none of those get better, consider getting tested. Testing You may need to exaggerate a bit to your doc so they take it seriously. 1. If you say that you feel very tired during the day and, they could do ferritin (iron) testing. (for the dark circles) 2. As per the bags, well I don't know how likely you are to get kidney filtration testing. A GFR and creatinine testing would give a clue. You could say you are experiencing lower back pains and that you think you saw blood in urine? They may do some urine/kidney testing which could give some idea Other then that private testing is the only option to know for sure.
