  1. phew...I think you should definitely work with a qualified practitioner mate, there is quite a bit going on. It is hard to assess the full scope without spending 3 hours talking about everything, past illnesses, past medical treatments etc. What I see from above: * High TSH indicates irresponsive thyroid - depends on who you talk to it may not be enough to diagnose hypothyroidism but enough to look into treatment options. They only tested TSH and T4 though which does not tell whether there are antibodies and potential Hashimoto's * Your lipid profile is all over the place - Omega 3s are extremely low and Arachidonic Acid the lowest metabolite of Omega 6 is very high. The ratio of Arachidonic Acid to EPA is not good either. I think alongside other you will need to megadose Omega 3s for some time. Again, work with someone on this to get the correct dosing. * nutritional deficiencies - surprisingly iodine is good but lot of the other ones are very low. * Homocysteine - if this was UK it would be ok, still it is not awful and getting in enough B12, Folate and B6 may help push it down * Dopamine - I'm a bit confused about the levels on the report. But according to them it is low, this could easily be due to lack of nutrients because you need quite a few cofactors to convert Phenylalanine all the the way to Dopamine * Adrenaline - this one is very low. I don't know how accurate test are for adrenaline. It is a shame they did not measure cortisol. But we could suspect some adrenal exhaustion or just lack of cofactors. Adrenaline is made from the same pathway as dopamine and if yiou struggle with building blocks, either pathway will be stopped. *antibodies - towards the end, I see IGg antibodies to "Tarwe" (gluten?) seems like you are reacting but IgG testing is not 100% reliable. I think you should find someone you trust. A functional doctor or nutritionist and work with them. It may take a couple months to fix some of these things such as the lipid profile and thyroid but better start earlier than later. Also I think you need further testing for thyroid antibodies, organic acids and maybe adrenal profile but this should be supervised by someone who knows what they are doing. Good luck and let us know in some time how it went
  2. that's the core of prevention right there All good stuff in culinary doses. Not fan of megadosing through capsules.
  3. Do you remember your homocysteine levels? This is a tricky indicator because some people have genetic snips that make it more difficult for them to convert homocysteine to methionine in a metabolic cycle called methylation. If you are going to supplement, there are some specific supplement, B12, B6 and folate are absolutely necessary although some trials showed that once homocysteine is too high, these alone are not enough to drop it. The ideal ways to get these is B12 as methylcobalamin, folate as 5-methylfolate and B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate. At the same time if you eat a lot of animal protein (especially muscle meat), I would look to reduce as these contain a lot of methionine and also not go too crazy on protein overall as a lot of ammonia is being produced from that which taxes methylation. The hypothyroidism will naturally make you more sluggish and brain-fogged and it is very possible that this is due to nutritional deficiencies especially selenium, zinc, vitamin A and vitamin D. Btw did they test thyroid antibodies for Hashimoto's? Do you know what thyroid values they looked at? Did they test iodine? I think it might be worth taking those tests and working with a nutritionist or naturopath to help you create a good dietary and supplemental regime. Don't go buying cheap supplements as I think you may need more specific, preformed doses that can be hard to get right just figuring on your own. Good luck!!
  4. Let that boredom and the desire to run out purge you and unleash your inner demons. Embrace the boredom and learn to love it. Maybe this is what humanity needs to retrospect and to consider the consequences of our daily choices. Most of all don't be stupid and if told to stay home, do so (within reason) this reduces the load on hospitals and the need for acute medical treatment.
  5. Please be careful with sungazing. Just because the early sun does not irritate your eyes as much does not mean your retina is not being exposed to overwhelming amounts of UVa and UVb. I agree that we need a little bit of exposure to eyes but you are likely to get that just walking around. Gazing straight at the sun is very foolish and dangerous. The tiny vascular supply in the retina and your optic nerve are extremely sensitive to free radical damage which is what sun exposure creates. Unless you want to end up with progressive blindness or cataracts, I'd suggest you thread carefully and do a proper research before undergoing such an endeavour. Please stay safe and don't believe everything you see on the internet. Here is a case of a woman experiencing something called "solar retinopathy" She was exposed for 2 minutes only. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3604317/ Another case of severe damage after prolonged exposure https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1209815-the-human-fovea-after-sungazing/ this person had a development of necrotic (dead) tissue in the fovea, which is the area with highest concentration of retinal cells.
  6. not at all mate, just really allergic to that kind of bullshit. Saying the virus is just a creation of one's mind and thus it is harmless is very naive and shows you have not reached the level of consciousness you think you have.
  7. I don't think most raw vegans pursue physical perfection or muscularity. Most fruitarians I've seen appear mostly fairly thin, the bad ones malnourished. They are usually more into consciousness work, light yoga and often aerobic training such as long-distance running. You won't build much muscle on raw diet although it is certainly possible if you add lots of sprouts, seeds and nuts. Otherwise those roughly 30-40g of protein a day won't be enough.
  8. Large fridge can be delivered next day in most countries and it does not cost that much, don't let that be an obstacle
  9. remind that to yourself when you are hooked on CPAP after respiratory failure
  10. Not sure how healthy red can be but maybe looking from their perspective a ruler or dictator who did not mercilessly kill his subjects but still gioverned with iron fist could be considered a stage red I think Fidel Castro's regime could be a healthier stage Red. Maybe also Gaddafi in Lybia before being killed by the US army as the country seemed to thrive during his dictatorship but I don't know a lot of details into his politics. When we look at Roman Empire, most of the 14 emperors were somewhere between red and blue. You could say Augustus was an evolved stage red, as well as Tiberius where Nero was more aggressive form, the suspicious and malevolent type. Marcus Aurelius would be an evolved stage blue. Julius Cesar was a red dictator who exploited poor tribes of Galia although under his thyrany, the empire seemed to profit, one could say he was a "healthy" dictator. Ancient Sparta seems like a healthy red where Athens was already quite blue in that time. Healthy purple, you could look into Egyptian pharaohs, Native Americans (Sitting Bull, Geronimo etc...), Mayans, Aztecs who were slaughtered by unhealthy red group of Spanish mercenaries under Hernan Cortez. Nowadays the inuit (escimo) people seem fairly purple
  11. I would be surprised if that was so. These days it is the most obvious thing and I think Leo's diet from what he mentioned in some videos is fairly well balanced to recieve those daily 150mcg of iodine needed. More likely this issue is deeper and maybe even stemming from something in very early childhood such as viral infection or mitochondrial dysfunction especially when there is also the fatigue present. But we can only speculate.
  12. It is possible the fungal infection is opportunistic after your immunity has been weakened by STD protocol. Have you been tested for candida albicans? Herbal protocol can be powerful for fungal overgrowth as long as you can find a good practitioner. Dietary adjustments would be needed as well and a supplemental regime to improve your immunity should you decide to go down more holistic route. I agree with @Derek White, get a second opinion, that seems like a massive dose of pharmaceuticals likely to weaken your immune system further. If you are prescribed antibiotics for fungal infection, that is a mark of bad doctor because antibiotics don't do shit for fungal overgrowth (unless they don't know and are throwing everything at you), at the same time it is necessary to consider consequences of untreated pathogen overgrowth. What testing have they done and what is your formal diagnosis? Do you an have option to receive treatment in a western country? What other drugs have you been given? By the way, medrol is not an antibiotic, it is a steroid used to suppress inflammation and autoimmune disease. Do you have any ongoing autoimmune condition? Otherwise prescribing immunosuppresant for fungal infection is like shooting members of firebrigade who came save your burning house.
  13. Do you mean like muscle pain? Has it ever been checked?
  14. Good stuff for chronic problems. Not a fan of daily therapeutic doses for healthy person thou. Sometimes, body will purposely induce an inflammatory response to repair tissues or fight a pathogen so dosing large anti-inflammatory doses all the time may lead to delayed wound healing and proliferation of invasive species. Also, turmeric alters certain parts of liver detoxification pathways so in longer terms they may become compromised. Small doses such as a 1/2 teaspoon into your curry pot are great but megadosing can cause problems. But it all depends on the amount you take and the content of curcumin in there
  15. for a lot of people it was also "pushed under their nose" by parents and often by luck (or higher power). Like if your parents were doctors you would be brought up with a sense of caring and responsibility for others, as such becoming doctor would be your life purpose and the path would be clealry cut for you from early age. Same if you dad was, say a pastor in church or a teacher. On the other hand, Cal Newport says that the "passion hypothesis", the theory that there is one special career out there for everyone is not correct. He says the "passion is made not found. " Means you start doing something and you become so good at it that it becomes your purpose. This is also how many got into it. Believe it or not, lot of people are happy in mundane corporate jobs and think they have found their life's purpose.
  16. I've been suffering from this for as long I can remember. Alternated nostril congestion. Usually both are between 65-70% open. Sometimes one completely blocked. It used to be worse when I had bad allergies but even since getting rid of those, this hasn't really got away. I suspect I might have developed nasal polyps from years of allergies that causes me constant chronic inflammation in upper nose. Maybe that's your case as well and those need to be surgically removed. Tried everything from cleansing diets, herbs, mushrooms, netti-pods, alternated breathing, acupressure. Never had any luck. Let me know if you find anything
  17. @Arcangelo great stuff mate. Good luck in the race!
  18. Photography works for me, I'll occasionally take my Nicon and head out looking for specific shots in nature or on streets. Stargazing (where possible) with binoculars is pretty amazing. I like to look up constellations with the astronomy app or just look deep into the night sky...gets my imagination running. Orion Nebula is pretty facinating and I've recently found Andromeda galaxy for the first time. Also pretty cool during full moon. Any sort of reading or audible especially good story books. If you are a bit nerdy than Metro 2033 is sick on audible. Another of my favourite is in the evening, light few candles, start a slow music on youtube, than I perform yoga movements for 20 minutes followed by laying down on back with arms outstretched, dropping few drops of levander essential oils on my forehead, behind years and on sides of neck and lay down for 20 minutes...this is the most powerful relaxation method I've found Hot bath with 300g of epsom salt, contains magnesium sulphate and helps relax muscles. (not relax but quite entertaining) Outdoor exercise can be turned into fun if you make it kinda obstacle run with a lot of jumping, running etc..
  19. I have recieved a lot of compliments when I was younger (around 16-25) for being well-built. Once girls get slightly older, they are not that attracted to muscle that much any more ,confidence and sense of purpose in life and humour seem to be more interesting to them. That being said, if you are muscular, most ladies will react positively to it as long as it is accompanied by other things. Also I found that girls who are not very much into fitness, don't care about this where those who exercise more frequently put more attention to it.
  20. you know I am a bit on the fence with Soya Milk. One thing are soya isolates and concentrates like to Soy-derived drinks and Soy proteins. That stuff will mess you up. But the typical Soy Milk like Alpro in UK has sooo little actual soy that it is in my opinion harmless. But I haven't researched this to be able to tell for sure.
  21. "Radioactive technetium-99m is combined with DMSA and injected into a patient, followed by imaging with a gamma camera after 2-3 hours." Sounds appealing Why do you think you have heavy metal toxicity?
  22. The oestrogen-theory is not supported in research. Soy contains something called phytoestrogens, plant chamicals that resembles a molecular structure of oestradiol and can dock onto a certain type of oestrogen receptors. They, however, do not have the same affinity and same strength, phytoestrogens potency at the oestrogen receptor is one-thousandth the amount of actual biological oestrogens. In females, soy is protective against oestrogen dominant diseases such as endometriosis, fibroids, potentially PCOS and breast cancer and ovarian cancer as well as bone loss and complications of menopause in older women. In men, the effects is extremely weak and unlikely to produce any effects. The manboobs you see are from other animal products, from lack of physical activity, sedentary lifestyle, sugar and excessive aromatisation (androgenic hormone production) in the fat cells You need to be hundred times more affraid of the crap you get in dairy which is a bovine oestradiol, several times stronger than biological one in humans accompanied by growth factor IGF-1. Everybody is afraid of soy yet we continue happily drinking milk and eating dairy and cheap meats. When going for soy, go for organic where possible though because it has been heavily sprayed and modified....so that kinda suck but the health benefits have been proven.
  23. I would look into Joe Dispenza's work on Alzheimer's as well. A lot of people who worked on energetic healing seemed to have got incredible results repairing their brain cells. You could also consider getting tested for gene called ApoE4, many companies can do this nowadays, it increases a risk of Alzheimer's 11*fold. Whether you have this or not, many of these testing companiees can than offer therapeutic support. There is a company in UK called Lifecode GX who do this and so does Genova I think. A naturopathic protocol combining nutrition, herbal therapy with some energetic healing could work really well for you
  24. There are some eye exercises. A lot of looking at screens and proximal objects weakens some of the optic muscles behind eyes. I don't have any particular resource but there are some "eye -gymnastics" online. Maybe look into those and do few minutes a day. There is also the Bate's method that a lot of people have benefited from. But as others have pointed out a visiting to ophthalmologist would be advised just to get some examination done and see what's up. No need to wear glasses or anything just have it checked.
