What is your current weight and height and activity level? How much protein do you consume? DO you assume that you don't eat enough or do you feel tired a lot? If you are athletic and cause a lot of micro damage to your muscles your protein requirement is much higher than someone's who is mostly sedentary. Body weight is a crucial factor as well. Eggs are not that high in protein and in order to get 20g you need to consume 3 of them which a lot of saturated fats and cholesterol as well so that's not worth it imo.

That's definitely not going to fix that. Paracetamol primary acts on the pathways that trigger inflammation in the cell. It just blocks some enzymes for few hours. Kinda like when people switch off carbon monoxide detector because the beping is annoying and then their home burns down. There is no healing whatsoever with paracetamol although it is pretty damn effective in masking symptoms. It is a highly addictive and toxic drug that can cause gastric and duodenal ulcers.....horrible way to treat anything. It is also highly toxic to your liver and causes a shitstorm of problems when taken long term. If you suffer from insomnia, I'd encourage you to find a naturopath or a functional doctor or someone in that area to help you fix the root cause. Few possible causes of insomnia are: adrenal imbalance blood sugar problem neurotransmitter imbalance thyroid disorder Stimulant use too late in the day late eating of high carb meals some drugs Lack of sunlight exposure during the day Lack of physical activity Anxiety about insomnia (vicious cycle) Certain herbs can be helpful such as valerian, chamomile, Levander or lemon balm. Meditation and Hatha yoga before sleep are amazing. I like to do 30 minutes of slow mindful stretching followed by lying down on my back and doing 15 minutes fill body relaxation while dropping a few drops of Levander essential oil on my forehead and behind temples. That seems to work beautifully especially in days when I feel like I have too much energy late in the evening. Chris Masterjohn Phd had a great video titled 10 ways to sleep better (or something like that) might be worth checking out.

You can always do both and have two separated and unrelated channels

It is a good middle step towards no smoking but the ultimate goal is no smoking at all regardless of what the adverts for e-cigs tell you they are toxic, we just don't have the long term data yet.

You need to spend more time desensitising the glans. This means deliberately touching and rubbing it with fingers. Make sure to put some oil or lube to prevent too much discomfort. After circumcision, the sensitivity should be reduced after some time if it isn't maybe you are just no allowing it to. You have to do this every single day. In the morning and in the evening. Make sure not to chase unicorns and flying castles by trying to reverse an irreversible procedure. -
Some people have built their identity around suffering. It becomes who they are, how they think and how they perceive people. Every conversation gets turned to them and their sickness. It becomes the ultimate excuse, they don't want help but they will leech your positive energy. There is a medical name for people who become healed but don't know how to go on because their life was built around being sick and fragile. You cannot help them and frankly, you shouldn't even try if they are not receptive.

I think narcissism same as most character disorders are just a demonstration of a wounded an insecure child controlling their life. Maybe he needs to make peace with his past and liberate the child inside that never feel like it was enough. Most likely their parent/s are the same and so were their parents and thus the burden has been carried for hundred years. Talk to him about his past and if he is willing to share any past trauma and feel any emotions associated with releasing whatever has been bottled, could help. Maybe he has never really tried to feel deep inside his body and maybe he has and it was so painful and frightening that he has committed to be perfect for the rest of his life to escape from that uncomfort.

That's very individual, depends how long it takes for you to burn through your glycogen stores and how efficiently your body manages sugar. But I wouldn't make it a habit

@Scholar administration is actually not that relevant. Have a look at this. Scroll down to the chart, after 8 weeks there was little difference in routes of administration. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1884303/. Difference between the highest and lowest was only about 38mcg. However they only looked at serum B12 which is the least reliable marker of real B12 status so kind hard to tell. Only holo-transcobalamin is the true relevant marker of B12 everything else is not reliable. I think in your case the 100 fold dose increase was more relevant
-
for some therapeutic purposes, it is better to use methylated form of B12 simply because it is more bioavailable in the methylation cycle. However, cyanocobalamin has better shelf-life stability so it is important the MC is coated in a protective capsule.

Hi, Have you ever had any functional testing? I think A dutch testing could reveal some potential discrepancies in your oestrogen/progesterone or one of the pituitary hormones. Fasting increases cortisol which for female means stealing of progesterone. Basically when you fast your sex hormones can decline and this can put you a bit out of balance in the hormonal world. In all honesty, intermittent fasting is not a good thing for healthy female because it can wreck your hormone and put you too much in stress-dominance. Also, just wondering do you keep an eye on your Omega 3: Omega 6 balance? And finally, do you know your rough daily fibre intake?

Have you considered pegging yourself in more holistic psychiatry? To combine your knowledge of the human psyche with something like spirituality and life purpose adding other elements of holistic health such as diet and lifestyle modification. Despite psychiatry doctor being the leaders in the field, a lot of therapeutic approaches are based on pharmacological intervention that don't always produce long-term results and are predicated on life-long drug therapy. What if you could take the person's life and turn it around completely by tackling their case 365 from all angles. You would be unstoppable. And having a medical degree and calling yourself a doctor would give you more power and authority than anyone else. Just a food for thought

You are not lazy, you just don't have anything that wants you to go out there and make a change in somebody's life. FIND IT !!

I probably wouldn't suggest doing anything if you haven't been tested. Lots of guys frequently assume they are low in testosterone just because there is this push in the west for men to be alpha, have testosterone through the roof and an infinite libido. Make sure this is not coming from a place of insecurity or unacceptance. Btw I wouldn't definitely do anabolic steroids or TRT. The first increases your risk of cancer because it stimulates excessive growth of tissue. The later increases your risk of early heart attack or stroke. There are lots of good bodyweights you can try. Athlean X has program Xero (100% bodyweight without equipment) that is an amazing and challenging 6-week set. I've recently finished it and felt I have become more agile and definitely stronger. Will probably repeat it. You can do it at home or in the park. Sleep was already suggested above and lack thereof will definitely wreck your hormones. Another crucial thing is stress. If you are someone who is chronically stressed, your testosterone will be lost towards cortisol conversion. I assume your weight is optimal but if not, excess body fat can also be aromatising your testosterone to oestrogen.

Very slowly. For a very heavy coffee drinker, 1 cup less every fortnight is a good strategy to prevent severe withdrawal. Start with the one you think is giving you the least kick and replace it with green tea. Then in 2 weeks cut the one that is the latest and replace it with green tea....and so on. Until you end up with 5-6 green teas (depends on coffee amounts) and then cut down the green tea to 2-3. At that levels, it is perfectly fine because the benefits of green tea far outweigh the mild stimulative effect it has.
-
It would depend on how heavy you were caffeinating. If someone came from 5 coffees a day after 15 years of doing that you may have withdrawal for 3 months until your adrenals adjust to the energetic need. This is why sometimes cold turkey is not the best way as it can give you severe depression because you have developed lazy adrenals. Anyways for a regular user on 1-2 occasionally, you are unlikely to suffer more than a week or two.

awesome info by @flowboy @Lyubov what is your age and what was your latest testosterone test value? Have you been told it is low or do you only assume?

exactly!

Have you read the book yet? I have and I think it is a great protocol that you can easily try to follow yourself.

@Dylan Page more often than not a set of unspecified symptoms that don't match any disease could be a sign of digestive upset. Perhaps increased gut permeability or dysbiosis. How is your digestion overall? Do you get constipated/diarrhoea? Bloated? Acne? Rapid mood changes? rashes? Any itching or white tongue? What was your CRP on the testing? Were your leukocytes ok? Did they test Rheumatoid Factor for RA? Any chance you could be coeliac? Do you recall your thyroid levels? Has your Cortisol (HPA-Axis) been checked?

Good sort of monounsaturated fatty acids. But they are not exceptional and personally I don't think they are worth the carbon footprint

No, you are not too old to change your life. If you feel stuck and want to just "explore" your options, consider buying the Life Purpose Course and start doing the exercises. You will get an incredible spike in inspiration and something will definitely start coming up for you I have gone back to school with my Life Purose as I needed to re-educate myself. SOme of my classmates are in their 60s working on changing their careers. Age is not the limit! The only limit to you is YOU. Good luck!

Pretty much what was said above. Make sure not to skip meals and start day with proper breakfast. Eat a source of protein with every meal but don't rely too heavily on animal foods if you consume them. Good sources of fats to support nervous system and neurotransmitter production. Eat them every day and in their natural raw form. Lots of vegetables and fruits to ensure intake of all necessary micronutrients that are used as cofactors for metabolic processes. 50% of your plate should be vegetables, 20% protein and 30% wholegrain carbohydrates. I'd probably avoid white rice white potatoes and white pastries and replace them with wholegrain alternatives. Possible caffeine dependence could be an issue as well. Thyroid could be a bit off if the brain fog is not explained. Iron could be low but that needs to be tested before supplementing. ALso cut all deliveries, sugar, hydrogenated fats, crackers, biscuits, sodas, fizzy drinks, energy drinks and everything that requires chemicals to keep it digestible. If you are someone doing a lot of intermittent fasting, I'd suggest getting back to regular eating.
