It is actually true what @Username said. The difference is exponential as you go from tiny sardines to large tuna. It's not like twice as much, more like 500time as much. This is because tuna actually eats other fish while sardines only eat plants, maybe some tiny shrimps (not sure about that). Over the life of the fish, the large fish accumulate much more heavy metal in their tissue so gram for gram the difference of contamination is very significant. Tuna also lives much longer than sardine so when you compare 100g of sardine and 100g of tuna you may be comparing 8 months of life vs 3 years of life, imagine how much more tuna eats in that time. And most people would not eat more than 50-100g of sardines per session because they are bony, oily and quite frankly not that super tasty. Were you can eat 200g of tuna no problem because it has no specific taste, no bones and goes nicely with everything. It is also super cheap Only Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA) though, you need to convert that down to EPA & DHA which is extremely inefficient especially in men. The benefit of fish is that it also contains EPA & DHA however it has to be balanced with mercury which is why small fish like sardines are actually helpful. Or you can take algae oil. It is always helpful to break down what Omega 3 actually man that it is not just one thing but actually 6 different fatty acids. if you base that on Mediterranean diet & environment, don't forget that these people are less stressed, get more sunshine, eat more fresh fruits & vegetables, socialise, move and drink less. The sea is also a source of natural antioxidants which have an effect as well. The fish are just a cherry on the cake.

Your body is ALWAYS detoxing. You'd be dead by now if it wasn't. If you have excessive occupational toxin exposure, that's another story such as if you are a blacksmith, smelter, car painter who doesn't use a respirator, work in ammunition factory etc. Most people who assume they are toxic are not, they just need to fix the diet and start moving around more. The brain fog can often be lifted by doing just that. In extreme cases where toxicity is relevant and tested, it is good so look up for professional support to prevent harming yourself. Also, you should always always always start with optimising your gut & kidney function if you are going to be sending a shitstorm through otherwise you are asking for a lot of trouble.

it's not something I've ever tried or probably will anytime soon but thanks for warning I don't know how much I believe this thou, your testicles only produce about 10% of the ejaculate, the sperma, the rest is made of other liquids and of prostatic secretions, you can't just have a retrograde flow from edging. Any pre-cum is mostly just a lubricant. The semen either comes out or it doesn't. Blue balls sounds like either infection or testicular torsion but I might be wrong on everything I just said so take it with pinch of salt

Found the article. It continues as follows: " As the man keeps edging and thus keeps experiencing intense pleasure, he enters a state of trance where his mind intimately merges with his cock : the gooning state, where he and his dick become one."

anything from Rangan Chaterjee is brilliant and fairly unbiased.

love it! Great post

won't argue with that

that's true but this is mainly because statistically speaking we have eradicated or learned how to deal with the majority of infectious diseases (e.g. tuberculosis or pneumonia) that would have been decimating hundreds of thousands of people 100 years ago. Also, newborn mortality has never been lower due to development in obstetric care and emergency medicine during labour. This will skew your overall mortality data. We may not necessarily be living longer than our grandparents and we are definitely not living better or healthie. Every disease imaginable is on the rise. Ask your grandma or grandpa how many girls in their classes suffered from hypothyroidism or MS or have a case of cancer in the family, The answer would have been 1 or 2. Now? third of the class will have thyroid disease of some sort and another 20% be undiagnosed or borderline. Is this caused by mostly food and lifestyle? Yes probably but could there be an impact of other things, like the fact that at any moment you are bombarded by 20 wifis? maybe but I don't know, guess we'll see in years to come as data accumulate.

You know I'm just not sure if that is convincing enough. Yes, absolutely ionising radiation nukes your cells but how about exposures to small levels of other types of radiation for decades 24 hours a day? That's gotta leave an impact. I wonder if this plays any role in the increase of thinks like fibromyalgia, headaches etc when people's mitochondria are progressively more impacted and degenerated. We all have a limited amount of cellular replications, once telomeres reach their smallest length, that's it, no more repairs -> you lose tissue structural integrity, scar tissue is formed and shitload of oxidative damage created. With cells now being unable to produce substrates for glutathione, your cellular damage exceeds body's capability to self-repair and over years you are getting more and more f-ed and health declines. Hopefully one day there'll be long-term studies monitoring this. Maybe we just don't have the data that would tell us otherwise yet.

@outlandish you know your stuff! I am so unclear on this topic. How about Bluetooth headphones and Wifis?

We should ban you for spreading conspiracies !!! Down with the ruler!! -
you know when in lord of the rings two towers, the Ents ripped apart the dam on the Isen River so that it could wash away all the stuff Uruk-Hai created? That's what we are talking about. It took some time before Isen was clean again but eventually it happened. Same way by opening up to these you can let the emotions run their course and flow through you. Cry if you feel like it, whatever comes through is what is meant to be In case you never saw, LOTR, forgive my nerdy analogy

Forget about AAA, it is a mass market. In your situation (forgive me if this sounds rude) you have neither the time nor the resources to compete on AAA market. This market is full. Instead, think about smallest viable market you can serve. Create a concept of game that does not require 1,200$ PC to run but that actually carries a message and grabs the user with the content and the story rather than graphics, gore and ultra-realistic ragdoll. Never try to serve everyone because you'll end up serving no one and your game will be pissed & shat over by likes of Besthesda, Ubisoft and EA. Who is your "ideal player"? What are they looking for in game? Why are they disgusted with the current gaming industry? Can you serve them something simple but beautiful, creative and with a story worth an oscar? You don't need to spend 20 millions to create that sort of game. Consider reading Seth Godin's - This is Marketing to understand what the smallest viable market is and how to get there.

@Superfluo to a degree Supplemental phytochemicals are mostly just big ass doses of synthetic antioxidants and their main use is what he said. What I'd add is that natural phytochemicals and polyphenols have so many effects that we don't even know how to observe most of them yet. For me personally the immunomodulatory effects of polyphenols on the level of gut microbiome is absolutely fascinating.

@KaRzual awesome! btw about that itching, let me just changewhat I said and tell you to go see your doc. Just to be sure that pancreas is not inflamed or anything like that. Better be safe than sorry

Definitely cut down on protein and fats, especially those of animal origin in favour of some good sources of carbs: like brown rice, quinoa, buckwheat amaranth, beans, lentils, sweet potatoes. More vegetables (half of every plate) and more fruits (at least 4 per day + some berries ) and the constipation will sort itself out, I can pretty much guarantee that. The bowels need a lot of fibre to move the stuff through. Lot of hydration as well. In terms of itching, it is fairly unspecific symptom but liver could be involved, I would say it is related to the gut but it may fix itself once you start getting more plants in At the same time no harm in getting some blood work including liver enzymes, kidney filtration etc. Your doc will know. All the best"

Mostly safe although sometimes there is the risk of heat bubbles forming and as you mix the stuff up a boiling sauce can splash into your face. A the same time I wouldn't put my testis near the thing when it is on.

good stuff!

That's over 350g of protein if my calculation is right provided that 1g of protein has around 4kcal. That's a LOT! You are asking for some serious trouble with that amount of aminos pooling down your gut and kidneys and no fibre to help move them through. Without any fibre you are at massive risk of protein putrefaction in the distal part of colon and potential formation of polyps even worse in the future, some serious consequences could come out of that. Definitely up your fibre as @mandyjw suggested if you want to see your children grow up. No jokes here

B-Vitamins mostly aren't dangerous as they are water-soluble and you'll pee any excess out. Niacin (B3) can make you a bit flushy in the face and turn your pee into golden rain (literally) but otherwise they are safe although I don't know about long-term. Not sure if we have data on such gigantic doses of Bs taken over years. What is Mark's reasoning for you requiring these doses? Is he recommending you buy something of his brand?

@neutralempty yes, failed psychiatric therapy will often create a walking gummy bear, a hollow existence looking like a human being but not really being one anymore
