Is your sugar metabolism in order?

this is another level of ant warfare

I'm not expert in this by any means but for me the combination of lemongrass and grapefruit felt very uplifting and inspiring. At night something like lavender or sandalwood, maybe pine would be nice

Was about to get triggered good response! Yeah true about the intolerance. Unfortunately, most people rather than fixing their damaged gut, avoid fruit and other fibre completely eventually starving their microbiome to the point that the damage is irreversible. Cocoa and dark chocolate are mostly fine although like with anything, you can go overboard

Do you really perceive fruit to be equal to a candy you buy? Like a mars bar?

Consistency - by having a clear plan on what you are doing. How many reps how many exercises, what body groups Caloric surplus - can't make muscle without eating extra so be prepared for that and try not to supplement those calories from junk but from natural whoelfoods. Making gains is not just about proteins, you need carbs, magnesium, b vitamins etc. So think less chicken & broccoli and more natural variety and wholefood diet Sleep - your greatest spike of growth hormone happens at night to make sure you don't cut it down. Junk food, alcohol, tobacco, sugar - all counterproductive, all destructive to your hard efforts. cut them out Nuts & Seeds - been found to have boosting effects for testosterone and male fertility & libido so make sure to add them in

Good share, I've heard about the potential effects of green-tea EGCG. In-vitro is a good start and all the groundbreaking research in nutrition starts in Petri dishes. In any way, one extra reason to drink more green tea

sorry mate, I missed this. Use your best judgement. I would still advise you don't fry them but boil instead and eat them with a lot of fibre to minimise formation of TMAO, cholesterol oxidation or cholesterol absorption. If you are otherwise healthy you can pull it off but if you have a family history of heart disease, prostate cancer or any of that I'd cut it down to 2. Hope that helps

Its not just cholesterol guys. Compounds like TMAO and formation of endotoxins are far greater problem

There are few separate studies actually. This one for example. 462 portugese children were assessed for urinary porphyrins (biochemical precursor of heme synthesis, the key part of red blood cells). They found elevated levels of several different types of porphyrins. This marker has also been measured in children with autistic spectrum (link) as a result of mercury exposure. I wonder if this is why people with high mercury content feel so tired and brain fog. More porphyrins means less heme and less heme means less red blood cells, less iron and less oxygen delivery. It's like driving on a car with 3 wheels. This was also an interesting observation from another study: Post-mortem studies also show this same dose-dependent central theme. Guzzi et al. (2006), for example, found that at autopsy, total Hg levels in all types of tissue were significantly higher in subjects with a greater number of amalgam surfaces compared with those with fewer amalgams -> and now you can take this data that shows you increase of the content of mercury in tissues and go an explore the effects of elevated mercury in tissues and you will find anything from increased risk of multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, alzheimers, dementia, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, autoimmunity and thyroid disease. But I haven't reviewed all studies and this is a single marker so take it with a pinch of salt. Just want to point out that saying "there is no evidence" shows a lot of ignorance as the evidence IS there.

You need to get is assessed. Could be swollen lymph node for some reason such as an infection. Antibiotics may take up to 10 days to start working. If they don't do anything go back to your doctor and request a further assessment. Have they done any tests? Did they share the results?

Nice find! He was a natural leader because he understood other spiral levels. He was comfortable with the hippie green elvish traditions by having been raised in Rivendell. He understood the stubbornness of Blue (Theoden's resentment towards Gondor for abandoning them when the old part of Rohan kingdom fell) and manage to speak their language and persuade them to cooperation towards the greater good by riding for Gondor. He knew how to speak to orange (Boromir) by appealing to what they both valued which was the freedom of men, peace and goodness. He had what it took to deal with toxic red Orcs and was not afraid to face an entire half army by himself knowing he may have been going for his own death. He was quick to regain leadership after Gandalf fell possibly saving the outcome of the mission. He also knew how to care for women and not abuse their affection. He knew he could have banged Eowyn bunch of times and then leave her to her own business. He never desired riches, fame, possessions or achievement which is by despite being the last heir of the ancient kingdom he preferred the life of outcast because he knew how men's hearts get corrupted by such materialistic richness, he knew Isildurs weakness was flowing in his veins. ....god I'm such a nerd

I don't wanna hijack OP's post with a long answer but with eggs, there are is things as too much of a good thing.

If you only knew the amount of impact you've had on people's lives......through the forum, the videos, the course, the book list. I've been around since June 2016 and it has been my fav place to go for years.

I wouldn't worry too much about the particular number but it is a good idea to include a portion of protein source with each of your main meals. On a plant-based diet, this could be something like a cup of cooked beans/lentils.chickpeas, 200g of tofu, tempeh, a bunch of nuts or similar. If you eat eggs, 2 eggs would also count in a portion but I wouldn't consume more than 2 boiled eggs per day. Rather than looking at numbers, check with your body how it feels. If you feel tired, lose hair, have poor overall hair/nails/skin quality and have unstable mood it may be you have protein deficiency. Otherwise, if you feel alright with good quality of hair and strong nails you are likely getting enough. Hope that helps

Have you been diagnosed with insulin resistance? What's your a1c? No, long term fasting is not a good idea if you have blood sugar regulation problem. Diet needs to br adjusted first. Exercise is also brilliant for IS as it forces the cells to open up for glucose through an alternative pathway not dependent on insulin.

Do you have a low blood pressure? Do you get dizzy when you stand up fast? Do you know your blood pressure? And your resting heart rate? That would be one explanation, the other that the thyroid struggles to keep your metabolism ignited enough. I recall you had very low vitamin D that may be contributing perhaps other nutrients like selenium, iodine, iron are low as well. What does your diet look like? For an emergency lay down and raise your legs up to allow better blood flow to brain. Make sure to stay well hydrated

@Preety_India i think most ppl are aware that whatever they post on net stays there even after it is deleted and that these photos can be seen by tens of thousands of people who browse the forum without having accounts. It comes down to: dont want to show - dont post it

I don't know too much about it at the moment but it seems to be more gentle but then we hardly know 1% of what all these things do. If it is pure herbal extract it will definitely better than something that was manufactured in a lab such as aspartame possibly made from petroleum. But then using stevia does not solve the bigger question which is "why do we feel the need to constantly sweeten stuff"? @Eren Eeagerin what form?
-
While it is none of my concern you should be aware that damage of toxic chemicals goes way way beyond just caloric limit. Sweeteners have been found to cause significant metabolic disruptions on the level of glucose metabolism and on the level of microbiome health. Just something to think about as physical appearance is just the cherry on the icing where the cake is the rest of the body's biochemistry.

sometimes I think you are just taking piss and observing how everybody else reacts
