  4. Naps I always feel sleepy and tired after lunch, it affects my work when I try to push through it. I think I'm going to take a nap or just lay in my bed for 10 - 15 minutes after lunch in order to recover.

  10. @SamC The question is voluntary broad so that I can get a huge list and then pick some concepts that I would find interesting. I'm assuming that the goal of psychology is to understand human behavior in order to improve happiness of everyone and that any concept will be linked. This is about understanding me, but also about understanding all human behaviors.
