If you haven't tried it already, I highly recommend the waking up app! I've had such a good experience with it. It's definitely the most advanced meditation app I've come across. It doesn't go as deep as many of Leos videos but if like me you're still an intermediate meditator then definitely give it a go. It also has some good courses and interviews with various meditation teachers If you've tried it, what has your experience been like?

@Raze I'll have to check it out thanks!

For as long as I can remember I've felt both curious about and incredibly perplexed by reality and consciousness. I used to ask my parents a lot of questions about life when I was very young and they said I would grow out of it. I'm now 24, I've been watching Leo's videos for about 6 years and I'm more curious than ever. Whenever I talk to anyone about it, they act like I'm insane and they say that it's never even crossed their mind and it's not worth thinking about. How can you possibly think about anything else? Do people really go through their whole lives never wondering what's actually going on?

@ZenSwift That's so funny I used to do the same thing when I was really little! My parents would say that after you die you go to heaven. But I always wanted to know where you would go after that. When I was told that I'd be there forever it scared me so much. I couldn't wrap my mind around the idea of infinity. My mum would just tell me not to think about it. Now I've realised that we're there already. There's no-where to go but here, for infinity. But it doesn't have to be scary - the mind finds infinity so intimidating.

@The Lucid Dreamer @UnbornTao I suspected the reasons might be something like this. I think it does seem pretty scary or just irrelevant to some people. @Matthew85 @Tyler Durden I think what you say is an interesting way to look at it. There's nothing good or bad about it. Everyone is here to live a different experience of reality. @Leo Gura Sounds like you understand how I feel haha!

My brother got some tickets for around £50 each, but he says that was within the first hour of them being for sale, and the price has gone up to about £300 since then.

I think it's about £50 for a cheaper seat. (In the UK)

Has anyone got any advise for cutting out the unhealthy food that Leo recommends not eating like wheat, dairy ect. Obviously the best way to think about it is to just do it. However, I only manage to go for a few days before I end up breaking the rules and eating something because of cravings. Leo's video about overcoming addiction is helpful for this but I wondered if anyone has any more tips for getting through the first few weeks of adapting and managing to feel satisfied while eating healthy food? Should I just keep trying until it sticks? I really want to clean up my diet for so many reasons so I'm not lacking a good reason for changing but sometimes that isn't enough.

@Space @Slade @Charlotte Thanks for all the helpful advise, I'll definitely try these.

@InfinitePotential Thanks for your advice that's a really helpful way to look at it. I think sugar is probably my biggest problem so I might try the supplement and see if it helps.

@Soulbass Thanks that's a good idea. I eventually want to cut out wheat, dairy, sugar, and processed foods (like Leo suggested in his videos). I think at the moment wheat is my priority because I react pretty badly to it.

Thank you!

Had this for about 2 years now and it always reminds me to stay on the right track. 100% commitment!

In Leo's video of advice for high school and College students he says that an important thing to do is to build a good study ethic. I am Finding this really difficult because I find my self procrastinating a lot or being lazy when it comes to doing my schoolwork. I really love the subjects that I'm taking and I am good at them but I just find it so hard to get stuff done. I get distracted and end up taking lots of unnecessary breaks because there are other things that I would rather be doing at the time. My work is really important to me and education is one of my main values so I don't understand why I am struggling to study so much. Does anyone else have this problem? Any advice would be really great

@bazera - I have tried doing this a few times and it really helps! I just forget about it when I feel like I have too much to do so I think making it into a good daily habit would be a really good idea

I have just moved to a new high school and I have made some new friends but they are so boring and I feel like any time that I spend with them is just a waste and there are other things I would much rather be doing. I have found that most people I meet are very petty and nobody cares about anything that actually matters, just what's going on in their own lives. I would actually call most of them "toxic" people. I have always been very introverted. I can socialize easily and I can get along with pretty much anyone but sometimes I just really like being by myself. As Leo says, there is nothing that another person can give me that I can not give myself. Since I will be going to university next year and I probably won't see any of these girls again, I sometimes wonder if there is any point worrying about making really good friends when I will just have to move again anyway. I would rather just focus on other things. However, I worry that there might be negative consequences to this? Is it important to fit in and create a friendship group, even when I don't really get much happiness out of it?

@Dhana Choko @Sarper @Santiago Thank you for your advice! It's reassuring to know that I'm not the only one who feels like this sometimes.

I am also in Uk, in Wiltshire

Yes that's just like me! All my friends do is gossip and get drunk but that's really not what I like to do. Thanks for the advice and the video, it was really helpful.
