Hey guys, I've been procrastinating with creating a journaling habit for almost a year now.
The main reason i didnt started until now is my limiting belief of perfectionism, but I'm finally breaking it. Right now.
So what I wanna know is: do you Journal?
If so, how do you do it? How often? Any tips/advice? I want to keep track of my goals and actions and reflect about myself and the things I've been learning about personal development from books, vídeos and articles.
I found some really interesting articles on Google but I really wanna know your thoughts on it and if it really can be a game changer, as they say.
Also, I watched Leo's vídeo about the essentials of a personal development plan and he said that he wouldt talk too much about it (Journaling) on that video because he already had made vídeos about it in the past, but i couldnt find them, do you know what vídeo(s) was him referring to?
