  7. Teacher and in the process of becoming a professional life coach
  8. @Martin123 I love it. Seems that this piece of music was made from a no self perspective yet said music seems to reflect and also a way to express your inner emotions and feelings at that moment as you were playing it.
  9. Count on me: 19:00 pm Uk time Could you please remind me of exactly what you guys will be meditating on in terms of resting as awareness or other methods.
  10. @Leo Gura Do we create our own physical pain by allowing an identification with said pain to happen? Or how is so?
  11. @Leo Gura could you please elaborate on that?
  12. How would an enlightened person deal with death? someone with a family, with kids etc How that process in the mind of an enlightened person would be? the lost of the lovers one, people close to them. Would they be able to be in the present moment from the moment they know their lovers ones are not longer with them? would they be able to carry on, keep doing all the things they were doing, with their business, their friendships etc. How would they deal with all the memories from the past etc How would they deal with all sort of emotions, feelings, sensations, thoughts, that would arise in their minds? Would they react as a not "enlightened person" when they realize that they wouldn´t be able to see them again, to touch them, to be with them etc Thanks for your time
  13. @Markus Could you please send the links to watch those clips
  14. I was wondering this questions the other day and I thought of posting these questions and see what people would answer. Thanks in advance for your time. Why does awareness even exist? How does it exist? Infinite? ever presence? it had no beginning? How is that even possible? even knowing that time is a illusion, even if we think we know that awareness itself is not a "thing" how can it be ever presence... "You are that in which all this experience is happening" The universe itself resides in pure consciousness, awareness ( whichever term you want to give it). it is an ondulation of it. Nothing can pop out into existence because that would mean, that "thing, objetc etc" will cause consciousness itself to stop being infinite. as everthing resides in consciousness, from the atoms of "your" body to the universe itself. is the universe really a percepction, an ondulation of pure consciousness? how is that possible? the possibility of infinite universes wouldn´t be such a silly thing after all. A universe could "pop out into existence" literally every single second. is matter a perception aswell? all this universe is composed mostly of empty space. Because there is no perceiver, does that mean that we are in fact a perception? how crazy is to even grasp it in a intellectual way... How can all this be possible? How can our finite mind know all that. how is it possible that we have access to that information? looking forward to know what you have to say about all this
  15. @vizual I resonate more with what you say
  16. @Natasha I see. I will stay tuned. Thanks for your time!
  17. @Natasha Sorry may I know which video are you refering to? Thanks, I´m going to check that thread
  18. @Natasha yes indeed, I had an aha moment. I´ve had several aha moments but this time was special, I literally couldn´t stop smiling when I had that aha moment. It was amazing, very profound. It didn´t last too long as I was listening to a motivational speech as I was walking so it kind of distracted me in somehow. My mind went back to focus on the meaning of the words I was listening to. Thanks, I will check that thread.
  19. @JustinS Yes, it is freaky and awesome. This path of self-development and enlightenment work is very paradoxical. Much love to you too brother!. Take care and thank you again for your help
  20. @Khin @Cuzzo @vizual @Galyna Thanks for your time and answers
  21. @JustinS thank you very much for your reply. Even though I thought I knew all you have said, knew that there isn´t anything to find, that there is no answer, that we already are that which we are seeking... some part of me didn´t truly resonate with that, it was just an intellectual knowledge that I thought I knew and that I had to undestand it. But as I was walking on my way home and reading the part of "At the end, you have to fully give up on finding the answers, and Be it instead" . When I read it, my mind stopped, I smiled, I couldn´t stop smiling, I´m even still smiling as I´m writing this. Thank you again for your answer. I do appreciate.
  22. @JustinS yes, I have watched that video. I will watch it again, I found it very usefull. Thanks for your answer, It helps to get things in a more clear way I still wonder, at what point does that silence as a form of answer become a realization, an insight? At what point the identification with the body/mind goes? .Is it a matter of keep doing self inquiry, to keep meditating...
  23. Yes, I agree with you. It does matter
  24. @JustinS thanks, much clear now. These past days I've been asking myself a lot through out the day such questions like " who is aware" "who is getting Hurt" "Who is percieving " etc And silence always follows as a form of answer as I ask myself from a place of genuine curiosity, like really really truly!! who I am... And the answer is always the same, just silence...nothing appears in my mind. And when that happens I remain with that silence for as long as I can until a thought arises. Even though dead is an illusion, is a very real one that is why I was wondering how a self- realized person would deal with dead. Thanks everyone for your answers :-)
  25. @Natasha thanks for your answer!
