Ayn Rand's philosophy of Objectivism heavily influenced many people. It appears to possess many valid points. In fact, I once considered myself an Objectivist. Of course, I now see some flaws in her theories on psychology. Also her followers seem quite dogmatic. In addition, do you think her 'integrated" philosophy of life can help people discover their life purpose?

It's been often said that “Practice makes the Master.” No matter how difficult or how time consuming meditation seems, it's best to stick with it—every single day with no exceptions. Morning is the best time to meditate. I now look forward to getting out of bed, just to meditate. Any difficulties with the process such as feeling fidgety, suffering from discomfort or experiencing unwanted or painful thoughts indicate that important issues are escaping from the subconscious. Let em' flow. Become the witness. You will receive great benefits. Also realize that with enough practice you will be able to sit quietly and completely enjoy the process. What's humorous is that I never forego my meditation time. Does that mean I'm attached to it? Doesn't meditation mean you give up attachments? -
I purchased the Life Purpose Course and believe it's one of the best investments I've ever made. My last gainful employment had fallen apart. My romantic relationship was in disarray. My latest project failed miserably, although now it seems a blessing in disguise. I felt like I hit rock bottom. In fact I became somewhat depressed. Happily, I discovered one Leo's videos on YouTube. That convinced me to go to his website. There I discovered his Life Purpose course. At first I was hesitant to spend the money. After sleeping on it, I ordered it the next day in early April. Now I am focused because I discovered my real Life Purpose. I wake up with renewed energy. I am once again confident and excited about life. A real plus is that I gave up useless, self-defeating activities. I live in conscious awareness. I have a ways to go, however this is a marvelous way to live.

I bought the Quantum Jumping course and practiced it for several months. I visualized that I walked down a flight of steps into a room that led to an alternate future portal. I jump through and visited an alternate self who seemed to have mastered areas of life I wanted to improve. Although I've meditated for years, I could never get over the feeling that I was making it all up. I received limited value from it. Other people might receive great benefits during their explorations, so I wouldn't discount the process.
