There is no how. It's unfathomable, yet undeniable at the same time. It needs no mental or intellectual conviction. You know it's true via intuition of the heart. It's the intelligence of God recognizing itself. Conciousness recognizing it is concious. -

Every time someone laughs they experience a universal self for a moment. Every time someone smiles even. So yea, it's pretty common. It's just a question of intensity and degree. A full brakethrough is significantly more profound but fundamentally the same thing. -
A practical list of things you can do to open your heart: 1. Sun salutations (Surya namaskar). A beautiful practice to open the heart. If done daily for about 6 months, the results will definitely be visible. 2. Prayer. That's my number one advice. It's very direct when it comes to heart opening. 3. Dancing. This one can be done by yourself at home. It helps to get out of your head into spontaneity of self expression. To shake off the constipation and rigidness that is blocking your flow and playfulness. Dancing and relationships have many things in common. 4. And lastly meditation. A large part of communication is just expressing what you feel. Or commenting on what you feel. However most people don't have much self-awareness. Usually people don't even know how disconnected they are from their feelings. Especially men. That's a big problem. How are you going to express yourself, when you're not in touch with your feelings? It's like trying to improvize on a guitar while being tone deaf. You'll simply have no ability to translate anything inside to outside. So this one is fundamental. But without opening the heart meditation is insufficient. Opening the heart is even more important in that sense.

You're asking the wrong question. Ask instead how to be easy-going, wholesome and confident. I'll give you a clue. It's about how open your heart is. When the heart is open, playfulness becomes your natural quality. Your ability to connect with people increases dramaticly and communication flows effortlessly without any technique. If you want to master communication, you have to master communion and there's no communion unless your heart is open.

Can relate -
A small taste of when a north pole flips over. That will be fun.

Yoo, that was sick.

There are other ways to look funny while also being charming. This one is the opposite of charming. I say no. 👎

Jealousy is a belief that there's something that you're missing while sitting on the throne of God. Worry pretends to be necessary but serves no useful purpose. Anxiety is like revving the gas pedal while the gear is still in neutral. Playing a victim is an effort to manipulate the outcome while giving away your true power. Insecurity is the fear of being nothing. Judgement is an attempt to kill what you believe has no right to exist. Fear is a ghost. You reach towards it and it dissappears. Holding a grudge is like carrying a rotten fish as a badge of justice. Boredom is the ultimate smugness.

If you have bias towards one race more than another, I think that falls under the catagory of racism. But then you have to admit that the whole world without exception is racists lol. Racism is just a dumb topic tbh.

What do you hope to achieve through that experience? Nondual experiences won't replace the need for the daily, balanced, concious, wise lifestyle, if your goal is to have a gracefilled, smooth, enjoyable life. Really those experiences are of no consequence whatsoever. "Total bs" is what I like to call them. -
Thank you for sharing your story. I feel like I really needed to hear this. ❤️

I probably couldn't do it either. But shamans were killing buffalos to eat. Maybe that will help. -
That's one example but it goes way deeper. There are engrafters, familiar spirits, fetals, drujas, vampires, ashars, loo'is, your family ancestry, elementals, angelic legions, devas and deities of different ranking, both positive and negative, etc. It's a mess of things really. We are just a tiny life in a middle of nowhere. Maybe this will help to paint the picture: "Many mortals there are, who have their spirits so bound to the flesh that after death they linger in the places where they lived, knowing not that they are dead, obsessing their former homes, seeking to fulfill their unholy desires through the still living." (Oahspe, Book of Es, Chapter XVII) "The angels of darkness, being gross, seek the delights of the corporeal senses, and they fasten upon mortals who indulge in the same; and through them, they feed themselves, even as a vampire feedeth on blood."(Oahspe, Book of Judgment, Chapter IV) "Wherever mortals congregate for indulgence in lust, drunkenness, gluttony or gaming, there come spirits of darkness, taking delight in such scenes, inspiring the mortals to greater excesses."(Oahspe, Book of Judgement, Chapter VIII) "In time of war, the spirits of the battlefield gather in great numbers, becoming wild and crazed with the love of carnage; and they inspire mortals to deeds of horror and cruelty."(Oahspe, Book of Wars Against Jehovih, Chapter XXII) "And the spirits of the slain, being bound to the scene of the battle, know not that they are dead; and they inspire mortals who are yet alive to greater deeds of bloodshed, thinking thereby to regain their own corporeal bodies."(Oahspe, Book of Es, Chapter XVII) "The generals and captains of armies are obsessed with hosts of spirits who whisper to them plans of battle, strategies of death, and the boasts of conquest, until they are drunk with the madness of war." (Oahspe, Book of Wars Against Jehovih, Chapter XVIII) "And it came to pass that Sudga, a false God, whose kingdom was great in heaven, sent his hosts of dark spirits to possess the kings of the earth. And they stirred up wars and famine, and swarmed upon the people, causing them to worship idols and to sacrifice to false gods. The kings were made mad with pride, and their people were deluded to go to war, believing their god was with them." (Oahspe, Book of Wars Against Jehovih, Chapter XX) "In the time of Te-In, the land was filled with temples, and priests and priestesses went about calling the people to worship. But these temples were not built to the true God; they were built to the false Gods who inspired mortals to fight and destroy one another. The people were possessed with zeal, but it was the zeal of drujas, who whispered in their ears, saying: 'You fight for the glory of your God!' And the cities were filled with bloodshed."(Oahspe, Book of Lika, Chapter VI) "The false Gods sent their legions of spirits down to mortals, commanding them to build temples to their names, and to make sacrifices of flesh and blood. And the mortals were obsessed in great numbers, so that they could not resist, but built idol-houses and altars, and slew their fellow-men by tens of thousands, crying out: 'Thus saith the Lord!'" (Oahspe, Book of Wars Against Jehovih, Chapter XVI)

I approve of all religions aswell. Many of them played a big role in my development even. But at the end of the day there is something that I feel more connected to than anything else. And it's not so much of a choice but a recognition. It means nobody ever accomplishes anything alone and there is no such thing as being alone to begin with. We are always in some kind of company even if it's an invisible one. And this company exists on many layers of existence. Each of them have their own impact of who you are and what you do. Sometimes the company can be suppressing, sometimes uplifting. Whenever I look back at my life it always feels like His company was with me all the time. "Peace be unto you always. And never once let yourself think that you are alone. It is what they call — what is this word you have — “haberdash.” Hmm. What is this haberdash? That is an interesting term. It is nonsense for you to think that I’m not with you. You have asked. I picked up the phone. We are in communication. That is the way it is. That is the way it will be until the end of all illusion. (p51) Amen."

The lineage chooses you, not the other way around I believe. Before I realized what's happening, He was already hovering over me day and night. It's some kind of karmic connection I figure. Everyone has their own lineage where they belong to is what I was told, and honestly it makes sense to me. No path is for everyone. Your lineage is likely christianity aswell. It's quite easy to smell your own people.

^_ ^ It's an ancient christian connection I figure. She's deeper into Jesus even than I am, lol. (Which I thought was impossible.) It's nice to meet someone like that once in a while. God bless her.

I mean it takes a lot to go through life. People should be proud of themselves just because they have made it this far and are still alive. -
"Help others to help yourself" kind of thing. Makes no sense until you try it. Somehow it always comes back to you.

I think simply living life alone is enough to grow. It's just an inevitable part of life. Just focus on not dying is enough, haha.
