  1. No it is not a belief. What I say can be tested. Each time you chose fear(ego) you will suffer. Each time you chose love(truth) you will feel glory and peace. Sufficient self-awareness can prove this to anyone. What happens after death I'm not qualified to talk about. It's reasonable to think the same Law applies even after death. There is good reason to believe ancient mystics knew what they were talking about.
  2. There are ego inspired actions and there are love inspired actions. Love wants to live, it wants to expand and sing. Ego wants to contract, it is fear, it doesn't want to embrace, it does not want to take responsibility it wants to escape. We are free to choose our master. One leads to Heaven another to hell.
  3. Everything neo advaita says crumbles like house of cards once you introduce the concept of a witness awareness. Their entire logic and teaching is deeply deeply flawed. For some reason people get really stuck in there. Kinda sad.
  4. The problem of suicide is that it is a choice you would never make out of love. And that should tell you the validity of such actions. All actions that are not of love are of ego. And such actions lead only to more suffering not less. Only love inspired actions can lead to kingdom you're so looking for in all the wrong places.
  5. I watched a bit of that podcast. It's was half enjoyable. His ideas are not that uncommon actually it's just that he puts it out there in a very blunt way without much effort to go into detail. But what he sayed about evolution is true if you have the stomach to digest that sort of information and are willing to do a little research. If you want a detailed debunk of Darwin's evolution theory. The video below is an eye opener by the theosophical society. As for Joe Rogan, you can definitely sense he's not on the same page. But he allows people to have their own understanding of things without needing to convert them. Which is quite a mature and intelligent characteristic of him. It was very tasteful the way he managed the convo imo.
  6. Spirt development is all that matters anyway. So what is there to cry about. It's not like all the hardship will be gone, everything will become free and everything will lose meaning. Spiritual development is the hard work. And no ai can take that pain of walking a spiritual path from you. What a joy eh?
  7. No actually the energy healer I was talking about was using these himself. So i assumed he did his research and these must be good. And if you read about the company indeed it says many beautiful things how good they are in a very convincing way.
  8. Intuition. Lol. But ask Michael. I'm confident he will agree with me.
  9. I thought I would share what quality Ginseng looks like just for fun. https://www.ilhwa-usa.com/shop
  10. I'm interested in this aswell. I think there are some brands that put only herb ingredients and the vegan capsule without anything extra. Those are good enough. But then there are other things like the potency of the ingredients itself and how these ingredients got cultivated etc.
  11. I do. Experts are nice. I always take into account what experts have to say. And then I make my decisions after that. Hehe
  12. Haha, that's more like it I totally agree that there is wisdom in seeking professional advice. I'm not that stupid. It's just this vibe I keep witnessing of fearmongering + judgement if you go against their understanding of what is the best thing to do. Like they get mad and angry on some level. I see this often everywhere. Recommendations are good but if it becomes imposed it becomes suffocating. That's not love. That's not wisdom. There should be space for a recipient to apply the given knowledge and recommendations as they see fit for themselves and trek their own path because everyone is unique. Offering knowledge rather than converting people into a particular thought system. That is the way.
  13. What is this fearmongering lol. I got this guys. I'm pro. Seeking medical advice is good wisdom tho. I agree. But that's not the only valid way to make decisions. We all make decisions based on our level of intelligence and understanding. We can't impose our way of living on others. That is suffocating. Sharing our perspective and recommendations are fine. But condemning those whose intelligence lead them to a different approach to life is not healthy. Leave them decide what they want to do with that information for themselves. Love patiently waits and gives its gifts to those who are receptive. And allows everyone to trek their path whatever it may be without judgement. This message is somewhat cryptic but I think you can crack the code.
  14. In my experience debates are almost never about discussing who's more logically correct but rather it's an ego battle And the only way debates bear good fruit is if when the heat boils up and you remain present and aware and you respond from that silent presence rather than the ego. That response will grow you both. That response is magic. It's gems of growth for everyone. Even if you don't win the debate, that response from presence rather than ego still does miracles in ways we can't understand. When you become good at it, you become a teacher of God. And that presence actually guides you, and tells you what and when to say. There are many levels to it and the more egoless you are, the better you become. It's like mental jujitsu basicly. Having black belt would be equivalent to being pure presence and zero ego talking.
  15. I can relate to this. Filtering out so much crap in the market is the hardest part. Especially for someone with the untrained eye like me. And indeed it is super important to get the right quality to get the benefits. Sigh...
  16. The only way to justify a statement like that is if we understand hate to be a corrupt form of love. A desire that was given in every living organism to serve The Whole got hijacked by the egoic illusiory perseption of seperation and gave rise to all the ego serving energies. Hate, fear, greed etc. In that sense hate is a form of love indeed, a selfish form of love. Love's energy being made corrupt by the ego to serve itself. It would be appropriate to make a distinction here then that love is the only reality, and everything else is like fear, hate, greed is not the product of truth. But the product of illusion. So even tho hate gets its energy from the same source(love), it is ultimately not the truth. It is ignorance. To call ignorance the truth would be quite a stretch.
  17. I'm not focused on the seasons. I'm focused rather on what my body needs. There's currently lots of internal heat inside me that I try to balance it out with cooling herbs. Liver stagnation is a problem for me and it's big source of excess heat for me. So I've decided to try Xiao Yao San tcm formula which deals with that and is very popular and safe liver tonic. Other than that, Huang qi, Ginseng, Curcumin, Haritaki, to name a few are all very highly praised for longevity and purity and health in general. So I enjoy the consumption of these just for the fun of it. Because why not. Extra health and well-being is nice. There are some much more complicated and sophisticated formulas available in tcm that are geared for overall wellbeing and good for long-term use. I'm still new in all this tho.
  18. I'm obsessed with herbalism lately. There's endless well of wisdom in there. I especially enjoy the energetics of it. And the esoteric side of it. Ayurveda and Chinese medicine are really good at exploring that aspect. For example, I was reading how one energy healer was talking about panax Ginseng (Korean Ginseng) is known in Chinese medicine to be a "cure all" medicine. Interesting thing about it he says is if observed clairvoyantly and scanning the patients energy body after consuming Ginseng. The influence on the energetic body is such that immediately flashes of while light begin to happen tho the consumer may not feel anything. The gray depressed energy is being cleared out. The chakras become brighter, bigger, denser, the navel is filled with "synthetic ki" (whatever that means). Etc. Basically each herb also has an energetic influence on the subtle bodies that can't be measured with science (as of yet at least). And there're these energy freaks who have figured out such interesting intricasies and where able to make formulas, that do very specific things on the level of energy body. I just think that's really cool. Anyhow, herbs rule. Curcumin + peppering, Haritaki, He Shou Wu, Huang qi are kings aswell.
  19. Ashwagandha would help with stress snd other symptoms related.
  20. True true. Very true.
  21. Haha. That I can relate better.
  22. That's a funny image. lol I just realized something, it is this sort of special treatment of pretty women that puts them on pedestal. Then those who lack in appearance start to feel inadequate and unworthy. Then they lash it out on pretty women. They are to blame so to speak. And they of course going to need to be fixated of every little imperfection about pretty women so that they could hate them. And by hating them they protect themselves from feelings of inadequacy and unworthyness. By putting others down, you can boost your sense of worth in a way. Damn...
  23. I would agree that to observe ourselves without self-judgement is very good. But I don't see the paradox. Because I believe non-judgemental self-observation gives a person a big picture understanding of what actions no longer serve him and are unhealthy. And a natural choice for healthy life would be inevitable. As opposed to accepting all the destructive patterns and endorsing them even stronger with the idea that everything is okay even being toxic is okay. And it is okay. It's just a question of. Do you want or enjoy being toxic? And I believe any genuine introspection without guilt or self-judgment would lead to the conclusion: no, being toxic doesn't serve me, and actually it's quite stupid and brings me misery. In short what I was trying to say, non judgemental self observation does not lead to endorsement of unhealthy destructive patterns but rather facilitates and empowers a person to see with the new eyes the foolishness of it all and relinquish everything that is not healthy.
  24. @bebotalk you're free to do whatever you want. But why would you want to be toxic? When you have a choice not to be toxic? This attachment you have to defend your toxic tendencies is a bit silly... As if being toxic will benefit you somehow. I think not being being toxic is a healthier, better choice. It's just common sense. Unless you disagree. That's fine too.
