  1. I think it also points to the way of christianity and the way of inclusion. To include and to love the entire world with a wide spread arms, what does it mean? It means death. That's what cruxifiction means. It's symbolic. Once you accept everything, you'll die and become one with god and go acension. Also the pain of cruxifiction is when somebody takes the role of a messiah or a savior or a guru. A christian savior's role is to go into the world with wide open arms and full christ love and basicly absorb all the toxins of the people, to carry their burdens even if it kills your body. To include all the demons into your heart to heal them and to show compassion to them. This act of including a negative energy with love, transforms the negative energy into positive energy and uplifts humanity but it also harms your body. That's why this cross simbolism and the saying "Jesus died for your sins" is so accurate. Amen ✝
  2. The only way to achieve mental balance and health is through meditation, yoga, qiqong and spiritual dicipline. This takes time, it won't happen overnight. Psychedelics, nootropics, anti-depressants, coffee, meds, weed, microdoasing etc. All that stuff will make things worse and more difficult for you. This is a decent video I found in another thread worth watching. Decent mental health takes time to attain to, if you're really struggling, the short-term solution to achieve mental balance is to surround yourself with other people, like friends, family, therapists, coworkers etc. When people gather together everybody become more stable and better for no reason. To be alone and to be mentally stable takes a lot of spiritual maturity. ?
  3. @gettoefl that would imply that he's already a very intense seeker. And the thing is, doing 10 days in a retreat setting has many benefits that you wouldn't get at home setting. There's much more to a retreat like vipassana than meets the eye. The energy is also very supportive for meditation. And the level of dedication and commitment that is in the air is also very helpful. To do a solo 10d retreat is probably 10x times harder than doing it in a retreat setting. There are few people capable to meditate 10d straight at home. But in a vipassana retreat even begginers are able to pull it off. That's the value of these retreats. Plus the collective energy from all the meditators in the atmosphere does 50% of the job for you which is also great.
  4. Good enough, but nothing beats a 10day vippasana course. You'd be blown away with inspiration for meditation ? ?
  5. Well going to the retreat is probably a number 1 thing you could do. They will fuel you with intense seeking and inspiration if you attend like a yoga program or smth like that also works. Another way is to simply find some videos that you like, like I used to do with mooji videos. And just listen and meditate upon it. It kept me going for a very long time. More engaging also. ?
  6. @mandyjw lol, I've never been so confused in my life before ? I'll just say sorry for everything I did and let's just leave it at that, okey? ? Regards ?
  7. Ahh ? I didn't get any of it. But I sensed a lot of sarcasm or smth ? Sorry, if you care, try saying it again, maybe I'll reply something to you ?
  8. Tarot and astrology is pretty lame, you can drop them. Gay fantasies you'll just have you accept, there's nothing you can do about it ? I didn't give much thought into this, so it's better you don't take my advice seriously ??
  9. I'm just telling how it is. Sorry, I didn't mean to insult. ?
  10. Yes, god alone exists. But not every form embodies god to the same degree. Everyone here on this forum is a retard myself included when it comes to embodiment. Only one who embodies god fully can be called a liberated being and awake. Having temporary peak experiences get you nowhere unless they are embodied. There's a point I'm trying to make here that you need to continue working on yourself further to embody higher levels of consciouness. Only then will somebody will recognize you as awake. Otherwise you say you're god but all I see is a retard, so what's the point of such a achievement? Understanding you're god means nothing existencially. It's just in your head. Regards ?
  11. +1 Everybody is a god. Stop making such a fuss about it. The important thing is not to realize that, but to embody that. How many people here have embodies god consciouness into their daily lives? Zero. Might as well keep quiet and go work on rising your consciouness. ?
  12. Yeah, so what. I don't care whether he existed or not. What I sayed was: we're all retarded and stupid to different degrees, those who overcome their ignorance fully are buddhas. I didn't mean Gautama the historical entity, I meant a liberated being. Buddha is just another name for someone who is not a retard. ? Sorry I don't know why this conversation is happening it seems kinda going in circles about nothing ? Regards, ?
  13. Well I don't know any stories about buddha. I just know that people say there was a guy without a single spot of ignorance. And they gave him a name "Buddha" because of that. So, what's your point? I'm having a hard time following what are we talking about ? ?
  14. Is this a trick question? ? Idk, maybe. ?
  15. Another way of saying this: we are all retarded to different degrees. One who is fully not retarded is a Buddha ?
  16. I can speak for myself that if you do an authentic high quality practice like isha yoga and not some youtube cowdung, all these things like depression, anxiety, insomnia will go away. I'm saying this, because I used to be depressed and suicidal 24/7 some years ago. And today I can't even remember when I had a bad day or a bad sleep. Life is easy, your problem is you're looking for solutions in the wrong place, you do some stupid nonsence and then expect results to come. No, unless you do the right things, rights thinga won't happen to you. I recommend people if they're serious about their own wellbeing to find a high quality tools for their transformation instead of listening to false teachers and teachings that are roaming the entire internet space today. Regards ❤?
  17. Realizing how untasty and boring healthy food can be ? It took me a lot of time to learn how to make delicious healthy meals, I still struggle with it tho.
  18. My hunch, your diet and lifestyle is bad. You probably overeat and then sit with full stomach. Classic thing people do that is not good for the stomach. Either you have to go walking for 1h or sit in vajrasana, vajrasana is the only posture you can sit on full stomach.
  19. Probably true because of how consistently various spiritual traditions talk about the same thing. And you can actually experience it if you reach those levels of awareness, like I heard in long 30-45days vipassana people might enter those lower or higher realms. It's there in every spiritual practice actually if you go deep enough into it. ❤
  20. I don't know. I really struggle to find appropriate words for it right now. ?
  21. The more developed you are, the better basicly. Your ability to draw benefit from psychedelics will depend on how developed and spiritually evolved you are in general. If you’re not properly developed, psychedelics will only make your life worse. Mental balance and ability to observe your mind with detachment and equanimity could save you from a bad trip. If your mind starts resisting, things could turn ugly. For this sufficient development in awareness is needed. Meditation practice is good for this. Age thing is a smart thing to do. Don't get impatient and compulsive about psychedelics. That hastiness and desperatness will make you make many stupid desicions in your life. Do some hatha yoga. Hatha yoga espesially can prepare your system to take higher levels of energy. This will minimize the damage caused from psychedelics to your system. And will ensure you don't get fused out from too much intense energy. But try to learn high quality yoga like isha yoga, not some white american lulu pants yoga. Only then it will be useful. Do plant psychedelics rather than lab chemicals, they're less damaging to the system. Clean your mind, don't watch any horror movies obviously, or squid games lol. You can do a vipassana retreat, you'd be surpriser how much bullshit is there in your unconscious mind. Stabalize yourself on some kind of spiritual path before you do psychedelics so that they don't become more important than daily spiritual practice of yours. I see that happening to people which is a sad thing to watch. Practice awareness of awareness meditation because that's where nondual self-realization insight resides. Make your energies in the agna dominant. Otherwise you'll just be fooling around with beautiful colors and shapes in your trips. And lastly, ask yourself why do you want to do psychedelics? Is it because of exitement and cool experience or do you want to improve your life? If improvement of life is what you're after, I think you'd find many other much better, safer, systematic ways of doing it than psychedelics. Regards
  22. Lol, that's a sad story bro... sorry to hear this. Perhaps doing so many trips has damaged your system is such a way that you're unable to benefit much from meditation anymore. For me, I've done 6years of spiritual practice and meditation and I live in permenant primordial awareness or what some teachers would call it effortless present moment state. Self-realization is a normal daily phenomena for me, tho it's not mind blowing or eyes-bulging-out-of-the-skull thing but it's getting stronger and stronger everyday. My awareness deepens everyday without me doing much, mind gets purer, clarity and wisodm grows naturally, sensitivity, joy and love is increasing more and more. No issues with mental health whatsoever. Life is getting better, better and better and I see it will continue this way endlessly . So yeah, that's my story. Having the best time of my life right now, each day is better then the previous one, that's how normal spiritual path should look like if you're doing the right things with yourself. That's why I discourage people from using psychedelics since there's no way they will work. You can’t rise your energy by constantly draining your energy with chemicals. Same way you can't achieve happyness or high aliveness by drinking coffee or popping anti-depressants. It only appears that coffee gives you energy but in fact it drains energy and makes you weaker. It's the same trick with psychedelics. They will only make things worse and difficult in the long run. But that's almost impossible to explain to people... Regards
