90% of what was being said here in the comments is wrong. Ego is distording your reality now. Take away the ego and you will see things just the way they are. That will be the truth. Now you see things the way it's good for your survival only. Now what you like you will exaggerate, what you dislike you will belittle. Actually physics tells you that your eyes see everything upside down but your mind turns it around for your convenience. You can achieve this level of perception that your mind is so clear like a mirror. That you start seeing everything upside down. If you’re in any doubt as to the truth of this, try gently pressing the bottom right side of your eyeball through your bottom eyelid—you should see a black spot appear at the top left side of your vision, proving the image has been flipped. The mind is like a mirror. A concave mirror exaggerates. A convex mirror depreciates. A plain mirror shows you life the way it is. #SadhguruQuotes Sadhguru on seeing things in truth. https://isha.sadhguru.org/us/en/wisdom/article/mysticism-going-beyond-logic -
Wtf happened to me. Suddenly I started to resonate with this guru so much. It's scary. I didn't like him before. Somehow suspicious he was to me. Not anymore now.

I think choose a teacher like, Mooji, echart tolle, sadhguru, rupert spira, osho, s.n. goenka (vipassana teacher), Leo maybe. And see with witch one do you resonate, who do you like the most and follow their teachings. They all have different meditation techneques. That would be my advise. Who inspired you to meditate in the first place?@Pouya -

I like him anyways. I listened to him and he haven't said a single thing that would be illogical or stupid. And his followers look very advanced. Look at this 10year old girl. How mature she is. A solid turquoise stage. I'm honestly impressed that's all. -

Well done@Viking I see you had some breakthrough on what you want in life good work About being in the present moment. It just means live consciously, be awere. It's moving from compulsions to consciousness. There're many reasons one should move towards conscious living and being in the moment but I'm not gonna go into it now. This confusion is part of the growing proccess. Keep going, you're going in the right direction. -
I don't even know how old I am. kidding

I feel like that, like how you described, everyday. Somehow.. days are passing and you just flow with it. In the end - if you're still alive and growing inward, then things are going well

Well I assumed that book of yours offers a range of practices with different benefits. There's so many things that you can explore with kriya. Reaching samadhi is just one of meny. And it will take time ofcourse, as expected. Simplest use of kriya yoga would be to create wellbeing or health or balance and stuff. Those things are easily achievable if you know the right practice. Well I'm aware now only of one such kriya called shambhavi mahamudra designed by sadhguru witch I practice for 4months now and it worked for me from day one. But I'm sure there are many practices you can find that create pleasentness for yourself. From different gurus or books. Well shambhavi is designed in such a way that it alters your basic chemistry into pleasent, happy state. According to sadhguru you can take blood test after a few weeks of practice and see the changes in blood. So ultimalty every experience that you have has a chemical basis to it. If you feel depression there's one kind of chemistry in the blood. If you feel angry there's another kind of chemistry, happy again another kind of chemistry. So shambhavi is a kriya to create chemistry of blissfulness. I'm not telling you to do shambhavi. But you can look for something like that. I heard many people on this forum find all kinds of weird guru's who initiatiate them into from I heard powerful processes. -

It's possible that you're doing kriya witch is highly focused on enlightenment. In that case, it will take a bit longer then 2months to see the results. It can definitely feel like nothing is happening but one day something will burst open. That would be nice. But if you want quick results try to look for kriya that is designed for happiness ir smth. -

What kind of kriya do you do? When I started doing kriya I saw results after first time of doing it. -

Maybe start chewing food? Lol. Just kidding -
I know what would help you. There are some chants, each with a specific purpose, that when you listen to them or utter them create reverberations throughout the system. Thus gives wonderful benefits. Even can take you to enlightenment or open some new dimension. You don't need to utter them, just listening is okey, but you can chant also. These chants have incredible impact on your psychological structure, your emotional structure, your energy structure, and in the atmosphere around you. After some time of listening to one of these chants you will start reverberating like that chant. That mantra can become your basic quality. These mantras are selected by sadhguru to match different people. More information here https://isha.sadhguru.org/in/en/blog/article/making-use-of-the-mystic-chants

Volunteering doesn't mean working in big organization to save starving kids. It simply means, do something for others. Like plant a tree, feed some birds, clean somebody else's dishes. All these things will be hard to do because there's a voice inside of us that says "what is it for Me?" We want to take this self-importence out because it gives birth to all the arrogance and vanity. Also you can start bowing down to people, at least in your mind. Try to hold something higher then yourself. A dog, a person, someone you hate, try to bow down to it in your imagination. This also helps to take away the arrogance and make you humble and carring.

You're too full of yourself. Do something for others. Clean the kitchen. It will make you stop thinking about yourself that much Also it feels like this post was another way to get attention. Also I sense some kind of victim mentality here. And arrogance. In general, you're a mess I'm telling you. Volunteering would do wonders for you. You seen like a smart guy to understand that.
