What are the benefits of supreme fire? What does the book say? Is another name for it is Bhasthrika Kriya? Or breath of fire? -

I did my kriya practice during the eclipse and I think I experienced a different quality of meditation. Quality of nothingness. But this could've been psychological, I'm not sure. Usually the quality of my kriya is joy and grace but today was emptiness very dominant quality. -

When I started meditating I started with a goal to come out of social anxiety. So every time I experiened a stressful situation I knew I will be meditating today hardcore because I hate anxiety more then anything. That kept me going all my life without missing a single day. Literally without a single day break in over 3years. So what you need is a goal. You need to know what is it that you want to achieve and that will drive you. Just doing some ritual everyday without having a slightest idea what or why you doing it is almost impossible. -
What people generally calling as intuition is just a feeling that they can't explain. My theory is that there's no such thing as intuition. There're only subtler and subtler feelings. And if a feeling is very subtler it gets labeled as intuition. When in reality it's just the same as normal feeling. So can the feelings misslead you in life? I think you know the answer.

@N8N Inner engineering program. Very highly focused kriya on dealing with social anxiety and deppresion. Increases your normal capabilities, reduces stress and brings balance. From personal experience I can say it is doing wonders for me. Loving that practice a lot. Never missed a single sit. I think as an alternative method all meditations will help you except advanced super kriya yoga like kundalini or smth. That stuff will only mess you up even more. Before you go for such strong kriyas balance is needed on all levels. Sadhguru says even if the most wonderful thing happens to you, like, for example, you open your third eye or you activate kundalini, if you're not ready for it, it will be a disaster. -
Bow down to everyone in your mind.

@VikingEven if he's a cerial killer it doesn't matter. All it matters is how can you make use of him. If he offers you blissfulness, take it, who cares who he is. Ps. I'm not saying that he's bad just making a point that what he is have zero relevence -

Becouse you stuck in this critics mentality. You either enjoy life. Or create joy. I only see someone who has no joy in his life. Nor are you spreading any joy. All you do is creating these silly anger and frustration provocative videos and critozise someone who's comtributing and gives enormous joy to thousands of people including me. Everyone reporting so much gratfulness to what his doing. And you haven't done anything significant to human consciousness. Only criticising. That sounds to me like a prarasite with no life. And also. Someone who has life never bothers critozising anyone. Everyone with a life are enjoying the beauty of life. For someone who's happy criticising is a waste of time. Only misrerable people become critics -
The minute you genuinely say Yes to Truth inside your Heart, a subtle vibration is felt. Don’t overlook it. If you are open, it will guide you in subtle ways. Day by day, you become increasingly aware of it. Sometimes, it may just whisper. Why whisper? You bend down to listen. In the beginning you have to make an effort to listen, because other voices are also talking inside your head. You must engage your discerning power to identify which is the true voice. The less of ‘you’, the person, there is in your life, the more Truth shows itself. You begin to see things in a much lighter way. However, the more one identifies with the ego self, the more heavy life becomes. There is a message in this: Relax. Trust. Walk like this—observant. Move like this—empty. Don’t wait for It to come. Recognise: It is already here. ~ Mooji

The reason you go for these things like masturbation, movies, food, etc. Is because you want bigger experience. You want to experience something new. Some kind of excitement. You life is probably stagnant. Maybe same situations. Same people. Same school. Same everything everyday makes you dull and then you seek for something that gives you some kind of buzz. Like weed, for example, video games, porn, unhealthy food etc. Now the solution is of course simple but also difficult. You need something like a life purpose. Some excitement. Traveling is very good - refreshing These are quite life changing solutions. Usually people want to never leave their house and lie in their bed because traveling and exploring the world seems to crazy for them. But desire for excitement is still there, so they choose alchohol or other buzzs. That's way everyone has so many addictions. What's happening to you is happening to 99% of the world. The real solution is this....... IT'S YOGA. And I'm specifically talking about Isha Yoga. Just look at those people how they live how they feel and smile. Their lives are full of advetures. Since I started doing Isha Yoga 8months ago. I traveled 5 times. I met guru's. I slept in a forest. I was exploring so many places. It's like life became so instense. Now I live in a totally different country just to make money and then travel to India. Everyday is different now for me. And it's all because of Yoga. Because Yoga enables you to have enourmos balance. You can do whatever in life and be okey. I experiened more Life in these 8months then ever before. Like sadhguru likes to say "Life on full throttle" Now I understand what it means and still it's just a beginning for me. It gets more and more fun as you go. Here's an example of someone who practices yoga for 7years. Take a look what kind of life he lives. And I know many like him who do the same practices -
@Sockrattes Ammmm.... Look. Sadhguru says, yes, democracy is broken. But he says there's nothing better then it right now. And if you don't bow down to people's will the consiquences will be disastrous. We would move back to the terrible way of changing power by blood shed. Now, like never before, we can change power without blood shed. That's why we bow down to democratic proccess and that includes respecting and supporting what people have chosen. I don't see a single mistake in what sadhguru talks about. It just takes same brain to see it. If you don't agree with sadhguru then it means you not smart enough to understand him. He has no opinions he only has crystal clear perseption of Life. Whether it's spirituality or politics. He sees things the way they are. With such perseption you can't be wrong ever. It would be a very arrogant mistake to think that you know better then sadhguru.
