The solution to mental illness is in everything that he does with the environment, education, social events, policies, infrastructure, spirituality etc. The world is run on money. There's no way around it. All that matters is that it is being used for good purposes.

No, you infuse the image with your life energies, only then it manifests. Listen to sadhguru's words more carefully. And you can say your thoughts and emotions costs you energy aswell. You're going to need insane insane insane amounts of energy to manifest something from thin air.

What it sounds like is irrelevant when you can just look at the facts.

Something will have to be given in exchange of it manifest still. To make something materialize from thin air, you pay for it with your life energies.

So far as I'm aware he's been spending the money on various very successful environmental projects, building schools and providing healthcare, creating schools and providing education for children, taking care of rural communities and giving away free food to the starving, building infrastructure for people to have a special place to do sadhana and grow in conciousness. I'm personally glad he has money to do all those things. People need for someone to do such things.

"you manifest what you exude" should be a correct answer. Or in other words "you reap what you sow" is what sadhguru is more likely to say I believe. You have to double check that quote of his, I doubt you're representing his position accurately.

There's no such thing as "for free" in life. The Law of exchange is universal. Spiritual teachings have never been free in history. In the past you'd have to srub the floor for 12 years before a teacher would deem you worthy of attention. People are spoiled now. To give dakshina for spiritual teachings have existed for thousands of years in Indian culture btw. It's common sense for tham to give something back whenever they receive something valuable. It's just a natural order of things.

It's all just a story. Drop all stories and just be the presence.

Really the talking that sadhguru does is just a smokescreen. He's not interested in chit-chating, he just burns like a flame. The only thing you can do in his presence is dissolve in it. The talking is just to get people's attention who would otherwise not be able to recognize the presence that he is. Something to hold on to as a stepping stone that would eventually take them into more subtle realities.

It shows the level of mastery that he has. Regardless of who he's talking to (and I mean literally anyone) the result is always the same. The intelligence needed to play with the audience and the environment like that is awe inspiring.

3:55 he basicly says: "everyone is experiencing their own version of reality" That message is more neauced than solipsism.

What is the location of isness? Maybe that's a more appropriate question.

What I appreciate about him is difficult to put into words. It's a bit like trying to explain why a sunset looks beautiful to you. You just have to be subtle enough to experience it imo. But I will try anyways. The depth of his phylosophical inquiry. His ability to entertain many different. contradictory views at once. Intellectual honesty. Genuine curiosity and willingness to listen to opposing view. Moatly bias free. He's not emotionally reactive to other people's provocative attacks on his ideas when debating. Really high EQ. And his responses are so sharp and fast and straight to the point... His mental CPU is off the chart, meaning that his ability to process information, synthesize ideas, find loopholes in another person's view and responding thoughtfully and creatively in real-time is just incredible and awe inspiring. And there is more about him that I just can't put into words. His vibe is so pure. Such a beautiful soul idk. He's just oozing with intelligence of the mind. Everything he says sounds like a poetry somehow. I'm confident that if you allow yourself to be more open, you'll experience a guy who is much more than just a a guy with a good memory. 🙏

What if people are praising him for more than just his memory? Do you have a curiosity to see what others see in him, or do you prefer to reduce him into a grifter label and hold him there?

Indeed. Not everything is a defense mechanism tho. Expressions of joy and appreciation for example are not survival based.

What you feel depends on your relationship with the subject matter. And the meaning you've ascribed to the subject matter will shape your relationship with it. And your relationship with something is what produces the feeling. They all go together. Short answer: yes.
