  1. You just don't notice it when you feel like a man because that's your baseline feeling. It's like a fish that never knew what it feels like to be dry because water is the only thing the fish ever knew. And then you got small moments of dryness (feminine nature) and you thought: "wow, what is this new feeling, I feel like a woman, wow!". That one moment of dryness will be more memorable than 20years of sea wetness because it's so different than anything you've experienced before. It can feel like freedom even because you've allowed an expansion of your being, you've allowed what has been suppressed for a long time because of social conditioning aswell. And then your mind wants to make a big deal of what is not a big deal at all. Really you don't give yourself enough credit of how masculine you truly are because it's just your baseline feeling that gets unregistered.
  2. I wonder if this self-hatred and the feelings of shame and inadequacy had something to do with the shaping of your philosophy.
  3. Sounds like something sadhguru would say. Nice. That's a good observation imo.
  4. I think you'd have more more success trying to heal your HPG axis issues, than trying to change your chromosomes. If you can put your soul into oven and transform it into an entirely different animal, than apply that same philosophy into becoming a healthy male that you were born to be. Afterall you can't escape your masculine nature. We all have the masculine and the feminine inside. Might aswell own it. Embrace your feminine nature but not at the cost of suppressing and mutilating your masculine nature. Let them both shine. Then you'll be a complete human being.
  5. I believe embracing both your masculine and feminine nature is a huge upgrade. And also honoring the body for the function it was designed for. It's not your role to perform functions of a biological woman if you're born a biological male and vice versa. Embrace the role nature has given you.
  6. Higher conciousness is the fruit of many practices, yes. But there is a unique element with Isha where the grace of a Guru comes alive in your life. And the practice is there to maintain the connection with that grace. And that grace is cleaning your house from within and transforming you. That's why a simple practice can have way bigger results than you'd normally expect. But to have that access and relationship with that grace one needs to participate in a program. His most advanced programs are more like a wedding than a teaching of instructions really. It's a very different way of growing spiritually that is not suitable for everyone. It fits only specific type of people. Others are best if they are filtered out. I know from experience
  7. I think sadhguru's reply would be that what he has to share doesn't fit into a book. And I would probably agree with that. When it comes to Isha's system, there's an element of inviting a new intelligence into your life that you can't get through normal techniques. That new intelligence shifts everything about you, what you eat, how you think, people you hang out with, how you dress, your direction in life etc. It's not the practice he is offering that you can do and improve your life. He's offering you a completely new life. And it's not for everyone and sadhguru knows it, that's why he puts filters around it, so that only those who are meant to part of this movement would be there. At advanced programs they will even interview you to really make sure you belong there before they allow you to attend. They are very selective over who they initiate. That would be my take on it.
  8. A proper IE program should've been like 4days long with 5-7hours each day. If you do the introduction at home, then the program is 2days long.
  9. It's possible that you were just repressing the feminine energy inside. Many men have a subtle fear of being feminine actually, perhaps they see it as weakness maybe. As the collective consciousness is rising, suddenly you find yourself accepting parts of you that you have held closed. Suddenly you feel like a woman and your mind will try to interpret that experience and say: "oh you must be in a wrong body". But that's a wrong interpretation of experience imo. I'd say you're still the same you that you've always been. You're just adding a new color to your beingness. You're adding new qualities to yourself. You're becoming richer and that's beautiful. You're neither male nor female, you're just you that has the qualities of both. And there is literally no need for you mutilate yourself or try to kill your masculine nature with chemicals. Own your masculine nature. That way you'll be a much more complete human being.
  10. I have no problem believing this. That's probably bs. We are all codependent. If you don't give something in return with money, then you give something in return with your service to them. Otherwise you have a slave-master relationship, not love relationship.
  11. Exactly. It wasn't for free, they just wanted you to descide how much you want to give as a thanks giving. If you were to abuse their generosity and use them as slaves to do you massages, they would discontinue helping you. And you'd feel it deeply in your conscience that it's wrong not to give something back in return. Especially if you can afford it. If you're broke then it's a different story. But even then you'll give something in return, even if it's just a fig, even if it's your last bowl of rice. That's just the natural Order of things that honors Love. And if you don't honor love, love will not come in your life.
  12. Lol, as if Osho never charged for anything. L. M. A. O.
  13. What sadhguru offers is not just a practice. He's offering you an entire new life. Only you can know if it's something you want. It's not a question of whether or not it's worth it, it's whether or not it's your cup of tea. Although the first program is universally good for everyone imo.
  14. Agni yoga is about alining yourself with the universal principles. Developing deeper intuition. Learning to turn to the heart for every decision and allowing it to lead the way for you. It's an entire Way of living based on the heart. Agni yoga also comes with a practice of invoking and receiving Great Rays of light. The descending fire that befalls on those who make themselves available through sincere connection to the masters or a lineage and have purified their act sufficiently through the first phase of the practice. Once you're able to receive this decending heavenly light into your system, now you can work with this energy. Just bathing in that energy of glory and love alone is transformational and complete. But it also leads to many possibilities aswell. You can learn to direct that energy to others to serve in various ways. You can work on developing psychic abilities. You can use that energy to open various channels. You can become a medium, etc. The realm of possibilities is big here. This decending light is also an important ingredient, among many, in developing the light body and a sacred embryo (that's the daoist alchemy part) It grows as it feeds on the energy you absorb by bathing in the fire and rays of devine love. Conserving sexual energy is important for this part aswell. That's the gist of it I guess.
  15. Haha, my practice is more like a combination of daoist alchemy, kabbalah and agni yoga than kriya yoga. Love the picture. Gets me hyped up every time, lol.
  16. Well I would fit into this category probably. I've done energy work with semen retention for 5+ years. That's kinda the main reason I feel confident to speak about this subject. I don't know many people outside of me who would fit that category on a personal level. Maybe one yogi I know who practices hatha yoga and kriya for 12+ years. I never bothered asking him but I'm confident he's on semen retention aswell. Basically if you encounter anyone who follows a good system (such as Isha or Adam Mizner's HME) for 3-5 years, it's 90% chance they're on semen retention imo. It's just inevitable. The practice just takes you there.
  17. I know from experience that it's true and there are many others who do aswell. But you're free to believe what you want in the end. @TheSelf I know...
  18. In Egyptian lore, the very first god of existence is said to be Atum. (A u m) When Jesus was giving Lord's prayer, the name he used for God was Abhûn. And it's the very first thing you utter in that prayer. If you say Abhûn slowly you'll get the same A u m sound. Om could still be a valid sound tho. But as a seperate thing maybe, idk.
  19. Naruto. Its a classic, you should definitely watch it. It's a masterpiece. But it will cost you your life. Very time consuming. May not be the best use of your time. But who knows. I'm personally wary of addictive content.
  20. That could happen if someone was to to do it without the necessary foundation. But with sufficient awareness that energy can be integrated and transformed into spiritual growth and greater peace and presence. Like Naruto taming his 9tale beast inside him.
  21. Nice. I like the idea an endless potential.
  22. Beautiful. Haha, can relate. All that crazy shit is real.
