I think if a person is dishonest, devious person then he tend to think that everyone is like that. When you're kind and honest and loving person you tend to assume that everyone is like that. Idk but i think there's some truth in this. Maybe it applies to you in same way. You're not someone to be trusted not someone who would do an act of selfless offering of goodness so why would you trust others of the same thing? maybe like this.. You mean common anxiety that people have? It's just that you're too mindful. Meaning you're too cautious, too alert, too wary, always mindful of every little thing. You don't know how to be in total abandonment. Empty, free from concern. In that condition making a conversation with anybody is not even a thing. You're free from worring and anxiety about what people may think about because you yourself no longer think about yourself. So naturally you stop worring and if you need to talk with somebody you talk. It's not even a thing anymore. This is also one reason why you may feel insecure if you're not physically fit. To feel superior maybe? -

You're doing the same thing right now. Either it is valuing or devaluing it's a form of judging others. You're judging devaluers as bad guys and inferior to you. That makes you a devaluer yourself. -

Just to make it clear I have nothing against nudity. I was talking about what is feminine in general. I don't like when people use concepts like sacred or devine just to decorate their compulsive animal tendencies. That's why i said it could be used as symbolism at most. But in reality to be naked you only need to be cauragious and strong to ignore outside opinions. This kind of caurage and strenght and revolutional behavior is more of a masculine quality then feminine. Vulnurability comes only when you are willing to include the whole universe. Not when you stand in snow naked freezing your balls. That's just idiocy -

True. I agree with this. I'd say just be honest with yourself and why you do this and why you like this form of expression. Mind is very deceptive. It can make you believe all kinds of things, but it's mostly just your harmones talking. P.S. naked body has nothing to do with vulnurability, it's just your mental projection. For someone else naked body would associate with dirt or smth it's just mental conditioning. True vulnurability is when you offer yourself totally to everything and not expect anything in return. It's when you're willing to include the whole universe as a part of yourself, this is when you're trully vulnurable because you may include a devil also, anyone may missuse you. There's no sefety for you at all because you're not concerned about yourself, you're total offering to everything. Offering to everything around you. It takes great strenght to do that. Being naked dosn't really require much strenght thus it's not true vulnurability. Tho it can be shown as symbolism i guess. -

Haha..good one No I wouldn't. But being naked doesn't amount to being feminine. Feminine is about asthetics, art, love, inclusiveness etc. What you wear is of little difference. The activity that you do is not important. It's the quality of devotion and inclusiveness and a sense of offering that makes feminine quality. You can cook to make money and display masculinity or you can cook with love and care with a sense of doing something for others. That's what creates feminine quality. How much clothes do you wear when you cook makes no difference There's really nothing special about the naked body. If you remove the sexual arousal it's just a piece of meat and bones. Would you find a corpse beutiful? No, because the beauty is not in the body but what is inside a body Haha no that's not the reason i sayed it's weird. I'm not against being naked. I'm just saying putting labels of devine feminine on a body doesnt smell right to me. Of course it's one way of expressing feminine but it's hugely overrated. It's coming from somekind of repressed feelings or conditioning or smth. If everybody was walking naked, being naked would lose its value but now it's like a forbidden fruit or smth. It's just a piece of meat and bones. Feminine is much much more then just a body. Feminine has nothing to do at all with the body in fact. It's a quality not a sex organ A man can display much more feminine then a women if he wants to. 19.45 boys displaying the feminine in it's totality. P.S. just to make it clear, I didn't say your art is weird, I'm just saying your definition of "feminine" is weird. -
What is the ultimate purpose of a flower? To blossom. Or a tree? To blossom. Or a human being? To blossom. Or whatever life form? To blossom. It means to evolve. Evolution and growth is the ultimate purpose of life. Whatever form of life it is, it is always striving to evolve and grow. The purpose of growing and evolving and blossoming is the same. What do you think blossoming means for humans, to become famous? To become the richest person on earth? It means to reach peak levels of consciousness. Body can no longer evolve. Body is at it's limits. It's a scientific fact now that naither body nor brain can evolve any further. You can learn to use them better but they can't evolve futher. The only thing that can evolve is human consciousness. That's what you really are. You need to cultivate yourself, your consciousness untill it blossoms into a wonderful flower, aka, enlightenment. Enlightenment is the peak evolution of human form.

I mean your association with faminine that it's about a femele body, or nakedness or sexual arausal. That's what's weird to me. Tho yes it's also a part of feminine but idk... Something doesn't smell right. Feminine is more about willningness to include, no self-importence, gentelness, care, devotion, offering yourself etc.. Flowers are feminine This is feminine. It really has little to do with what you wear or not wear -

Nice report. But your ideas about feminine are weird to me I like this kind of feminine tho. "The feminine is ultimate willingness. Without willingness, there would be no love, no care, nothing gentle in this world." - Sadhguru It's also weird but very feminine. -
The only thing that makes sense to me is working on your growth, growing and evolving as a being and that's all. If I do a job it's only to make money and pay for my growth like travelling to ashram or paying for programs etc.. If I had a relationship it would be also just for growth. Whatever it is, only thing that matters is blossoming. If a thing has nothing to do with development i have no interest in it. LP and maslow's phyramid makes no sense to me. I have no time for it, just go for what matters in life. Just my 2cent. This video could spark some thoughts into you.

Try to travel without money. Or minimal amount of money. Try solo meditation retreats. Try vippassana retreat, 10days and you'll be free from these cravings. Leave your house for some time, a week or two maybe.

I think you're right. My guess would also be lack of vision and incentive to pursue your goals. Nice vippassana is really good for this kind of thing. To start new things etc. Lol what i meant was yoga that is delivered in a proper way. You will understand what a proper delivery of practice means once you go through vippassana. You'll see it's impossible to do vippassana without attentending the retreat.. It's just not alive in you. You'll see. It will be very obvious after you finish the retreat. With Yoga it's even more important to have a proper delivery because it's much more subtle technology. Sadhguru says only a yogi can deliver yoga. So that what I meant by real yoga. Yoga that you learn from a real yogi, not a book or a video or some studio yoga instructor. Only then will it have the impact on you that I'm talking about. It's very very different. There're some legit yogis who teach proper yoga to people but it's hard to access them unless you live in India or smth. But if you live in Europe or US your best chance is sadhguru probably. He's all over Europe and US and everywhere else. There're many programs happening every month by trained Isha hatha Yoga teachers. ... Yes I do everyday, sometimes twice a day Good thing about Yoga is that all the benefits that you get from doing it are very motivating. The more you do it, the more you want to do it more and more So that's good. You don't have to grind through it every time. Those 2h+ everyday are my favorite part of the day actually. It's a very satisfying proccess of growth and spirituality with many benefits to keep you motivated. It always leaves me with great enthusiasm for life. "Life on full-throttle, that's my blessing for you" #sadhguru He's not lying

Haha no it's not like that. When you self-enquiry the realization at some point comes that you are observing your mind, you're observing your self-image. Then you move into a deeper state of observing and disidentification. As you keep looking like that you move deeper and deeper into deeper states of observing. Time comes when even the intention to observe is seen, time comes where even a slightest effort of doing something is seen, then you're in a state of pure witnessing, you see that you're behind any kind of movement in the mind. There're no fireworks or breakthroughs, if you have fireworks probably you're doing something wrong, tho crazy things can happen, purging can happen, catharsis can happen but it's of little significence to raising your awareness. It's a slow and quiet process of observing. And as you observe your self-image, thoughts, feelings, effort, movement in the mind, then distence between you and the mind increases more and more. This will become clear to you as you continue with self-inquiry. And yes, please watch videos of spiritual masters as a support when you do self-inquiry. For example, when mooji speaks, just the process of listening initiates looking, automatic self-scanning starts to take place just by listening to his words. If i listen to mooji speak i can't help myself, i get sucked into doing self-inquiry that's why it's so important to use them as a support otherwise you'll get lost somewhere and you won't even know it. I did self-inquiry with Mooji's guidence and still i got lost like 200times. If you go on your own it's a hopeless case. -

3.59min. "your ego will shrivel up quicker then a coconat tree on a mountain" Damn it I need to get there Yeah.. future will be nice. The only meaningful job will be left is raising consciousness: like therapists, vippassana instructors, Yoga instructors, etc. That's what I'm aiming for definitely, building spiritual physical and human infrastructure Hard to comment on this. I don't know much about Yuval Harari and his work. -
Salvijus replied to Dlenger1's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Yes. Turn a video of mooji or rupert spira or whatever you resonate with who shows you how to do self-enquiry, listen to them over and over, untill you get it, that self-inquiry is not a thinking pocess, it's a process of looking. Having someone to listen to is essential for begginers or even advanced ones. Because i assure you, you will not go far without guidence. You'll end up intelectualizing and deluding yourself for a lifetime. -
That mess and unorganized things are just a manifestation of your inner situation. If you make yourself very organized and harmonious and balanced inside you'll become very clean everywhere outside naturally. For this i recommend Yoga. (real yoga of course) When i used to be depressed and suicidal i was extremely messy. My room was a mess. My relationships were a mess, I wouldn't shower for days or weeks. Once I started working on it with Yoga my inner situation became harmonious, i became very clean, cold showers twice a day, rooms are always clean, i even clean other people's or my family members mess now. Not by any force or intention. Simply out of your own inner situation. My diet became very clean, i stopped eating meat and all the junk food etc. That's one benefit that I found in Yoga that other techneques don't have. Other techneques like self-enquiry and vippassana have great benefits as well but they didn't give that harmony inside for me. They are great things for raising consciousness and dissolving karma and i think eventually it leads to harmony at some point. But Yoga has very direct effect on this. (Real Yoga of course) Kriya works as well. Idk about the kriya that people do from books but sadhguru's kriya works well for this. That's why they call it Inner Engineering, to engineer your inner situation into harmony.

Haha classic stuff. Every work that i did it's basicly 80% pretending that you do something 20% you actually do something Sorry i don't have any tips for you, play it by ear would be my advise

Sounds good. "I feel like I can recognise an emotion or thing that is happening although I still feel like I have not mastered emotions." This one is very very good benefit. The more you raise your awareness like that the more insights you will get. This kind of meditation can make you very smart. Not book smart but perception smart. It's when you see a situation or a person and you see exacly why he acts the way he acts, or why he feels the way he feels etc. This meditation that you do produces great mental clarity and wisdom about life. I heard one master called this "knowing without studying" simply a clear perception of what is what. That's my favorite benefit of meditation -
Your definition of enlightenmemt is too shabby. You underestimate what it's like to be a devine being. Literally god. Not just being in the present moment.
-
That's true for everyone. "World is not the way you think it is, world becomes exacly by the way you think" - Mooji. There's enourmos enourmos amount of memory in you which is shaping your present experience. It would be true to say that you never experienced a single moment the way it is. What you experience is always distorted by your emotions, thoughts, ideas, prejudices, likes and dislikes, cravings and aversions etc.. all of that is what is called data or memory or karma. This data that is in you descides everything about you. How you walk, talk, breathe, think, feel, what you want, how you persceive life everything is descided by this data or memory aka karma in you. Thats right, this karma is affecting every single moment in you, you never experience reality as it actually is, your experience is shaped and distorted by lifetimes of memory or karma "I have no idea how to conquer this." There are methods to become self-realized and there're methods to dissolve karma. It means you're dissolving everything that is influincing your perception, you're starting to see things just the way they are. you're going from untruth to truth. For example vippassana meditation has nothing to do with nondual mystical experiences, god like consciousness etc. The aim is to purely dissolve karma or cyclical memory in you. Even in nondual states of consciousness there're enourmos distortions happening in your experience. You're still not seeing the way things really are. That's why this question, "how do I know that what I experience is the ultimate truth?" Well the answer is nondual experiences are still not the ultimate truth, until there's a single like or dislike in your mind, even if it's somewhere in a subconcious mind, even if a slightest craving is there that means your experience is distorted experience. It's not the truth. That's why in Bhuddhism in vippassana they dissmiss any kinds of samadhi experience as useless, they are only concerned about dissolving karma. Which is actually a very smart attitude towards life and spirituallity. Unfortunatelly many spiritual seekers don't know about this and they can't even compute what I'm talking about here. Hmm.. actually sadhguru's surya kriya hatha yoga practice has an element of dissolving karma. So you would get both, health, mental benefits, getting in tauch with your body and also dissolving karma which is the whole point of spirituality.

@Lister I would consider putting the chakra practices on hold for a while in case that's the cause of your problem. Energy work is no joke.
