  1. Calling it negative is your projection. You could simply see it as an alternative view point that arguably makes sense.
  2. Living in constant worry about your weight is unhealthy in a different kind of way.
  3. Iron steel conviction right there 👍
  4. You'd be healthier without the ring than with it is the whole paradox. Not that checking your parameters is not useful once in a while. But this form of constant monitoring is counter productive, for reasons that are subtle and hard to explain. Or I'm just lazy to go into details of it. But nvm, everything is fine in the end.
  5. I guess I could summerize my philosophy into this. You say this will help you to be healthier. But constantly tracking the parameters of your body is the unhealthy attitude. It's when you forget about the body and you forget about yourself that you find joy and that is when your body functions at its peak.
  6. Idk, can't think of anything right now. It's hard for me personally to justify buying a ring like that when I wouldn't even use a ring like that for free.
  7. I can smell that energy of being under the advertisement effect from you. I've bought lots of shit I didn't need under that energy myself. But we all make mistakes and learn the hard way sometimes.
  8. This sounds like me being super excited about buying an expensive juicer, using it for two days and then forgetting about it for years. I think you should prioritize something else to buy. Something much more important.
  9. Prayer of St. Francis. 😭
  10. Questions like that are like running on a hamster wheel. It doesn't lead to anything, nor is there an answer that would settle all the questions. Every answer just rises more questions. Mind is eternally confused by its very nature.
  11. Lol "what do I truly want?" every heart will yield to this question if one sits with it conciously. No one is an exception.
  12. Not as much maybe as men. Especially intellectuals. There are many levels to listening to your heart tho. It's rare to see somebody do it at a very deep level including women.
  13. Not to be offensive but these are the most useless questions ever. The only question you should worry about is "what do I truly want?" lock yourself in a closet and sit with this question until you know.
  14. It's impossible to be confused if you listen to your heart. Heart simply knows. It's because you're stuck in the mind that you're confused. And you're stuck in mind because you believe your thoughts are important.
  15. I'm a little bit hindu aswell. Because of sadhguru lol.
  16. Okay let me rephrase, "there's nothing better than worship of glory in general in whatever form you resonate the most"
  17. Lol, you have a different mood and philosophy about life every time you post something But nice post and insights 🦋🌟✌️
  18. Maybe there is more than one way of doing things. Guru worship existed thausands of years before the coming of Jesus and was/continues to be a valid path.
  19. Personally I would say Paul did a great job feeling the essence of Christian path. What he added is in alignment with the heart of Jesus's teachings imo. And probably these teachings were revealed to him in prayer by Jesus himself. The things Paul spoke about, everybody would find revealed to them eventually imo and in my personal experience aswell. Although there's room for different opinions aswell.
  20. if a centipede were to think how to move each of its legs, it would become immobilized and stuck. There's a lesson here.
