Lol everybody is triggered over who's favorite guru is more conscious But to be fair, as far as i know, shinzen hasnt reached the final goal yet even, he still meditates and goes deeper. Where sadhguru has already reached the final depths of consciouness and full liberation few lifetimes ago. And he's a mystic, which goes beyond the ego dissolution and buddhist's enlightenment. Even if shinzen reached a final goal of buddhism, he would still be less conscious because there are other facets of consciouness beyond ego dissolution, that's the area of mystism where sadhguru resides. buddha and sadhguru would make a more interesting comparison for me. Im just beying fair by saying this. No bias here.

Buddhists have a very deceptive presence about them. They usually look very very ordinary. Kriya yogis are a different kind, they glow like crazy. The entire hall can blow up from their presence. I think that's the difference u see. I think a more fair comparison would be sadhguru with buddha. Shinzen is not even enlightened, he's still on a path.

Love has no opposite And nothingness has no opposite. But somehow they are not fully the same i believe. Im not sure. Maybe nothingness is the masculine of god and love is feminine of god.

If u genuinely don't experience dramatic improvement on your wellbeing after this program u can finnaly give up on searching for wellbeing. But i promise u that's impossible. Im so sure. U have no idea how sure i am about this thing.

The end of sorrow is so close. Don't delay your freedom friend. I stand 100% when i say that happyness is real and easy to get to. And you're really close to it.

Same way u receive the positive warm life giving energies from the Sun while sunbathing. U don't have to do anything but it helps if u leave the house to lie on the beach. Lying on the beach would be equivalent to attending isha program and receiving transmittions. I have a feeling u only did online video lessons not the real thing yet.

Life is a matrix of things influencing each other in mililon different ways. Some forces are negative and can impact in a very negative way. Simply entering certain spaces can make a person depressed for no reason. Similary there are forces that can influence your life in a very positive way. Just try to be in nature or on the beach and swim, u'll see all the negatively will get washed away and u will feel fresh and amazing. Forces that are not of nature but of enlightened masters is called grace. Receiving the grace of an enlightened master can make your life blossom like rainbows in the stars. This not lala land talk, I seriously invite u to experience what is grace for yourself and how drastically it can change your life. U just need to find a spiritual master u find some affinity with and allow yourself some leap of faith and trust that im not full of bullshit. ? Inner engineering program by sadhguru is probably the most realistic and accessible option that i can think of (tho not the only one) to experience what im talking about. It would blow your mind away that u didn't know smth like this existed and how easy it is to be happy. I hope u don't dismiss this as total bs and allow some open mindedness for these words to sink in. ?

Maybe it means pride? Being full of yourself. Could be interpreted as pride perhaps also. There are many different translations. Most of them are truly pathetic is what i found. The most appealing and beautiful translation for me is by Gia Fu Feng & Jane English. Recommend by echkart tolle. Here's how it sounds in this particular translation. Beautiful, always puts me into this amazing primordial presence reading these poems.

My guess would be that there's a very weak spiritual foundation. That's why all the madness went out of control. I also believe that maybe there's a ton of madness and delusions in your subconcious and it all started to come out and since the foundation of meditation is weak there was no equanimity and ability to just remain aware and still to let it all work itself out and purge your subconcious. That would be my guess of what happened. Also rather then relying of psychedelics to become happy i'd recommend sober practices like meditation, yoga, etc. It’s 1000x smarter choice then psychedelics imo.

@UnbornTao okey, okey, Gosh...

I bet ralston not only dismisses psychedelics but dismisses all other paths that lead to enlightenment like yoga, bhakti, purification of the mind, kundalini etc. If i had to guess i would say he's just playing coy. That's what they all do. Dismiss everything else and say my path is the best. Justifyable behavior tho with certain wisdom behind it i think.

That's a decent argument and I agree with it. But drugs can alter the ego. It can (potentially in some cases) eliminate the influence and contractions of the ego and remove the veils that make the realization of the absolute eternal reality difficult. So yea. There're no degrees of consciouness. But there are degrees of ego trancendence. The more ego is trancendenced and deeper depth of absolute gets realized... this one argument would be enough to debunk what brandon and ralston says about psychedelics imo. Tho i still don't support psychedelics because they have other problems with it. Sometimes i wonder if ralston understands that, but is just playing coy for people's benefit. Almost every legit guru do these tricks in my view.

That's a lot to unpack tho. And im not a fan of venting also venting, drama, and triggered debates are the only times when i post on the forum usually, but im trying to go beyond that now Neo advaita makes many claims it's hard to find a starting place when nobody is triggering me if u want, give me the best arguments of neo advaita and we can have a discussion about what flaws it has or doesn’t have one by one.

I wish I could explain the flaw in neo advaita for someone some day without creating conflict and angry dabates. That would be a lot of joy for me.
