What? I just pointed out that those 5principals are false. And yes it takes only a few minutes to prove that. Why am I a bad guy here? That author of yours is a scam. He's a bad guy -

@Viking I give you some ideas to contemplate. Most likely what you do is not in line with what life wants you to do. You don't have to create goals. There's only one path in life. To serve Life within you. If you're in line with it, you'll be blissful. If you don't, then life within you will suffer. Sadhguru says its not okey to force anything in life, even in a bathroom. It means you're going against life in some way. This doesn't mean you can't use physcial strenght and be intense. It means if you're forcing yourself to do something and suffer then you're doing something fundamentally wrong. Climbing Mount everest could be a tremendous pain. But it's a joyful pain. Because in every step there's a willingness to do it. With how much willingness you have is what makes all the difference. If you move in life unwillingly you'll feel like being raped by life. If you do the same thing willingly it's an amazing experience. If you climb mountain unwillingly it feels like torture. If willingly, then feels like an adventure. Idk if this is relevent to this topic but it's a video about how we don't have any choice. we can only serve Life within us, there's no other choice. Starts at 31min Maybe you'll hear something that resonates with you and you'll get an insight about your problem.

I mean they will give you instructions what to do. And give you a basic understanding of what is happening. But after some time you'll think what the hell am I doing? What is supposed to happen here? Then when I become more spiritualy educated, especially when I learned all about karma and what it does etc. Then it really hit me that vippassana was actually a very legit path. Before I couldn't understand the signifiance of what i was doing so I stopped doing it. The same thing happens to many who go to vippassana. Because it doesn't offer you any nondual experiences it just dissolves karma. And untill you clearly understand what it means to dissolve karma you will think what the hell am I doing here what's the point of all this -

Vippassana is a really good path. I only realized it after a long long time. Most likely you will have not understand the significance of what you're doing there but its a legit Bhuddha path. -

This is it. This is the difference between what Bhuddhists call nirvana and enlightenment in this forum. When all actions and reactions cease. This is what they call as the ultimate state. Unless there's no more movement inside you. You will be reborn again and again. To brake the cycles of life and death one must dissolve all karma, aka all movement. And reach perfect equanimity. That's what dissolusion means. That's what nirvana or Mukti or cease to exist means. In this state of enquanimity sadhguru says 99%leave their body because they can't remain anymore in this life. Only kriya yogis know how to stay. @Leo Gura if you say that you reached the ultimate then you would've left your body. Perfect equanimity comes way after nondual state of consciousness. And nirvana is not love. When you're in tune with life then everything is love. But but nirvana is not about being in tune with cosmos it's about having no experience at all because all experience is your making. It's your karma. When you dissolve karma there is no more experience. No feelings. No thoughts. No you. No movement. Unless you're a kriya yogi, you leave your body that's it. I'm aware that I could be somewhere wrong because it's not coming from the experience it's coming from knowledge. But one thing is clear to me. 5meo will not dissolve your karma at all. And every master says that dissolving karma and reaching perfect equanimity is the ultimate. All the other experiences are just entanglment. It could be a trap. Sadhguru says some yogis spend for months in samadhi not moving an inch and they are even further away then an average person from liberation. @Arhattobe knows a lot about this. It would be nice if you brought some clarity here

Sadhguru says in shoonya that detachment from the mind is the first step towards liberation. Or detachment from karma is the a step you take before you dissolve karma. Also agree with what @Arhattobe said. -
A mutual benefit scheme. Definitely not something beyond. However it could be used as a tool for liberation aswell.

If you read the bible with a nondual understanding. You'll see it's all about enlightenment There's one priest in my town where I live, he was a former buddhist and now he's a Christian priest. I like how he is teaching the bible and combines east phylosophy with christianity. All the audiance goes mad many times but I like him

There are exeptions to all the 5 points that you made. 1. Being strategic is not always good. I put a much higher value on being spontanious. 2. confidence without clarity is a disaster. You you want to cross the street you don't need confidence, you need clarity. If you try to cross the street with confidence being blind it's only a question of time for you. 3."As a human being, one of your assignment is to make your friends feel important" who told you this? God? 4. Being humble is good. But it feels that you have some kind of personal problem with people's age. Just don't be arrogant and that's enough. 5.you don't need a 1000keys to open 1 door. You need only 1right key that will show you the truth. Seeking for multiple sources is only untill you find the right source. There's only 1 rule to not get scammed in life. Self-honesty. -

Becoming conscious of ego is not enough to recreate it. You have to dissolve it and only then will be able to recreate it by creating a conscious new karma. -

To answer the question in the title it's because of the kind of karma that you performed in the past lives. That's what sadhguru says. He said many more things about this in his book but it's too complicated to articulate for me. Like one thing he likes to say many times that enlightenment takes many lifetimes to achieve. So probably those who reach enlightenment effortlessly are just continuing their work from previous life time. Sadhguru even answered the question that @Leo Gura was asking about where did souls come from. And he gave very hard to understand answer and joked about it as always. and he said this is the realm that goes beyond logic now. He often says life has no logic. You cannot put it into your logical understanding. But you can experience it and know it totally. Trying to explain these things with your logical mind could simply be impossible. Because in big picture life is not functioning by any logical rules. Also sadhguru said. Disembodies beings do not function by the physcial laws. They function by totally different laws. Yet all of it exist within you. He talks about it in this video somewhat. It starts at 34.50 but the whole video is just pure orgasm of wisdom. -
There are no techneques to talk to people. You simply do it. And if you fail, then that means your consciousness level is not high enough. You don't use techneques when you speak with people, you use consciousness.

The only girls that draw my attention are those who are deeply immersed in spirituality and don't care about relationships I only saw one girl like that in Shoonya program. When I saw her I didn't think women exist like that. I also saw one incredible women who had incredible presence and stillness in Mooji's ashram. I never even considered having a girlfriend in my life. I couldn't understand what's the point. But women that are spiritually matured and strong. I see them as deities. I would worship them. So this is the best thing you can do to yourself is become strongly rooted in spirituality. Then no man will be able to resist you. Even someone like me who doesnt care a damn about women brake down Don't be desperate for relationship also. It's a thing that highly conscious man will never like. It feels like walking trouble almost. But someone who doesn't care about relationship suddenly she attracts everybody. That's the paradox. "Bhuddha forgotten and abandoned the whole world, now the world can't forget him." Mooji.

Sometimes rigidity is on many levels. It could be on your mental level and energy level too. There's a story when one Yoga teacher came and said. i've been trying to bend and reach the floor all my life but I couldn't. Then the teacher said do it now. She said, what now? In front of everybody. Yes yes. Do it. She bent and she reached the floor with the palm tauching the ground completly so there many layers of rigidity. I myself been practicing Yoga everyday for a year and there's one anasa that after a year I made 0 improvement. Then I asked my teacher about this. He said you need to be more connected with the earth. So i baught plants and started to take care of them and within a month i made a huge improvement it's miraculous. Everything is connected. Some area of life if it's not functioning. It will be seen on your body and flexibility. -

You can't meditate 24h a day. Try and see. After a week you'll be suicidal. Everyone has an hour a day for meditation. Just keep it goin like that. If you want your job to give you spiritual results. Make sure you're not working in some meat factory. Right livelihood means that one should abstain from making one’s living through a profession that brings harm to others, such as trading in arms and lethal weapons, intoxicating drinks or poisons, killing animals, cheating, etc., and should live by a profession which is honorable, blameless, and innocent of harm to others.
