Exciting. I think you will have a plan in the begining. And then after a short time all your plans will crumble and you'll be swept away in directions and encounters you have not imagined or ever would've planned for yourself. Then all that remains is to go with the flow ??‍♂️

I think a happy fulfilled person goes to sleep with a smile and wakes up with a smile:) and has no problems falling asleep. And naturally goes to sleep when it is time to go to sleep. When a person wakes up like a wreck it means his mind is not at peace but conflict. When a person can't fall asleep it also indicates a disturbed mind for whatever reason. When a person is not going to bed at the appropriate time but goes to sleep at 4am or smth. That is also often an indicator of deep unfulfillment, restlessness, unsatiated thirst, unhappiness. When a person sleeps too little, again psychological problems. When a person sleep for 12hours. Again indication that something is out of balance.

I found this video only today. About a guy who traveled the whole world from age 15 to 18 and then went to africa for more insane adventures lol. Reminded me of this thread.

Maybe by how well you sleep at night.

I mean in a course in miracles it explains what ego is in 600pages. I've read it couple of times and I still understand maybe 30% of it only ? You really chose an insanely difficult subject to talk about.

No boundary love with yourself then. The trick is yourself is the only thing that needs to be loved. "Others" are there just to show you where u still judge yourself and need healing.
