The tree and leaves example is how I understand "everything is one" or "only You exists" myself. There is one consciouness and bilions of characters who have the same consciouness. But leo I think says something different. He says there are no different characters. You are all just images in my mind. Like in a dream. A hallusination of my mind basicly. Lack of stimulation maybe? The desire for entertainment and the lack of it is causing subtle frustration and pain. This gets labeled as boredom imo. One who has no desire for stimulation never experiences boredom imo. He/she is just in a perfect state of contentment always.

This could be true. Improper breath work and mental madness are an often phenomena. Overall, those are some strange symptoms you're having. Perhaps you're sending too much energy up your head without beinging it down to the dantien. Taoist always say that too much energy in your head can make you go crazy. What is the breathing excercise you're doing if you don't mind sharing?

@itachi uchiha wasn't he involved with politics from day one? Usually my view is "if sadhguru is doing it, it must be the right". So i wouldn't worry about it. Sadhguru is the last person somebody should worry about, lol.

It looks like a firework thing during Christmas. Last time somebody saw a light in the sky on this forum, that somebody thought it was Jesus Christ flying around. I find these interpretations quite funny.

My ayurveda doctor who I consider God at health and she's also a medical doctor chose not to get vacinated. Not everyone agrees with vacination path im saying. I myself did 2shots of Pfizer. So I'm neither against nor for vacation. But there are definitely some inteligent people out there who don't agree with it. In my opinion, and it's just my opinion, nothing more. It's wiser to focus on improving the immunity to deal with the virus naturally. That would be ideal. But ideal is not always a realistic solution given how lazy and unconsciously most people live their lives. For most people vacination path is inevitable almost. But what do I know. In the end everybody makes a descision according to their own level of insight. And none of us have a full picture understanding of what is best thing to do, would be a fair thing to say i think.

Yes I get that. God also appeared in a form of krishna having complete omniscientce and what not. God is in everybody to different degrees. God incarnated in you also. The difference is that Jesus is fullblown embodyment and incarnation of god. You and me are not yet full blown embodyments of god. Anybody who attains full god hood consciouness becomes an image of god and becomes one with everything. That's why Jesus is not exceptional to other great avatars of god. This is just my perspective and interpretation of what your friend says. I could be wrong.

@machiavelli he is right. Jesus is an incarnation and embodyment of god. He is literaly god himself in human form. But that doesn't mean he's the only one like that. God can incarnate himself through jesus and he can incarnate himself through buddha. All enlightened beings are gods and imagines of what god looks like and are one with everything just like jesus imo.

@machiavelli the name of an enlightened being like ramana maharshi and god are literally the same thing. In that sense yes. God looks like the imagine of ramana maharshi. The same thing can be sayed about many enlightened beings imo.

Maybe you misunderstood him somehow. I think yes. God looks like Jesus because he is an embodyment of god. God also looks like Krishna and Shiva and buddha and what not because these beings and god a literally sinonimous. Perhaps this is what he meant.

Lol Yes. Christ consciouness is the source of the universe. Jesus was an embodyment of this consciouness. There were many beings who reached and embodied this consciouness. Jesus was just one of those avatars of god. But god has many avatars. Not just Jesus. Perhaps this help

Being able to go without any junk food for years is quite a task. Many people couldn't do it. That's why they need some chemicals to protect their mouth. Plus there are toothpastes that are not just to keep the teeth clean but to strenghten them to a new level of vitality and health. Which is something one can't get just by using the tongue and fingers imo. Even if toothpastes are not nessecary. Using one escpesially an ayurvedic herbal toothpastes can rise the dental health to a new level. Which is a useful thing imo.

I'm still laughing at it till today ? ___ Regarding semen retention. Yeah, all that confidence talk and becoming legendary in every area of life is placebo imo. But there are some benefits to it for sure. Ideally the end of f-aping should happen naturally as a consiquence of one's spiritual sadhana and refinement. If a person does a decent quality spiritual practice for 3-4 years. It should be enough to come out of it naturally for most people. It's not that big of a deal really. It's a basic step towards enlightenment work imo.

Shambhavi should help to lower the pulling gravity of addictions. But it only works if the practice is done consistently imo.

It takes a lot maturity and development in spirit to outgrow and trancend these things. Being true to yourself starts from being aware of yourself. The more self-aware you become, the more your actions will be true and authentic and in lign with what you truly feel. Don't worry about being authentic. Just worry about being concious. The rest will happen by itself. ?
