+1 I share similar views as Arthogaan just couldn't articulate it like he does I would add that going overboard with sensual pleasures is what u should worry about. To worry that you'll overmeditate yourself is a bit cringe to me

U can just attend a 10-30day meditation retreat of some sort. Will it solve all your problems? Idk, but it's a good step in a right direction at least. Another good step in the right direction is to have some kind of spiritual path to hang on to. That could get u out of it in the long run. Not just alcohol but all the problems of life. Also since u like tai chi. I wish to share this impressive internal alchemy/taichi teacher who can offer u the whole package: spirituality, disciple, retreats etc. Perhaps you'll find it interesting.

And i don't think there will ever be a counter argument to that. Bc everyone is capable of adoration, appreciation and gratitude. And u just need two of them to catch hold of each others eyes. I can't believe u made me watch that video ? Anyhow, i wasn't very convinced by his arguments. Actually he made no arguments. Just out of blue statements. I would still argue that it is possible to love and adore another fully while another is doing the same and and simultaneously both are in gratitude for what they receive. I don't see why that would be impossible.

I think it's possible tho. At least inside my imagination it looks doable ? it would go beyond duality. Perfect unity. Perfect blast of love in all directions.

What about if a man and woman both are in the position of adoration and the gratitude of adoration at the same time 100%.

People think he is the problem, she is the problem. But the real problem is the triggered ego in us. That dude is what makes everything toxic.

I love this. I was feeling the same thing for a long time just couldn't find the words to express it. It's so triggering lol. That super inflated ego is such a toxic thing. And the only antidote is the sober real consciouness work... feels like a helpless situation by now.

The only criticism of actualized.org i would have, it's that how seemingly toxic it is. And on many levels. Which im guilty of myself aswell. But it's nothing new, nor do i expect leo to be a sage really. I like this observation. I also think that was the golden age of actualized.org. at least for me personally. I think it's because it wasn't so toxic then. Everything was sparkling with a different kind of desire and passion for spiritual growth. Or smth like that.

Im saying smth else tho. Im saying distortions of experience are unavoidable as long as ego and a mental defilements are not eradicated. And only a clear mind, like a clear mirror can show u truth without any distortions. Welcome to disagree, im myself are willing to look at alternative view points. But don't just brush it off as bs and count that as a valid counter-argument ?
