No amount of self beating is going to process any pain. Self beating is the pain. This need to play victim of yours is just an ego trick to receive pampering and attention. And it sometimes works. So you figured if you play victim someone will come and say nice words to you. While an actual solution is something you don't sincerely want. It's time to go beyond it. These fake sorries and crocodile tears and need to play victim and seeing value in beating yourself. It's all ego, and it's all insane. All of it you are free to throw into a trash bin where it belongs and begin to make a new choice. The choice to real sanity, real sincerity and conflict free existence.

That's why I sayed. If you were sincere to find the solution. You would've dropped the whip long ago. But you keep saying but but but

There is no way to understand insanity. Yet you cling to poison like it's so precious to you. Always saying... Yea but.. Yea but yea but. There is no but. You are inventing this but to maintain suffering and you think that's what you need.

Yes a part of you still believes there's benefit to self-whipping. That's why you do it. Failing to see utter nonsense of it. It takes absolutely no effort to stop it. It takes tremendous effort to maintain this habit tho. That's why it's exhausting.

If you truly realized how insane and stupid it is to whip yourself. You'd never do it ever again. And guess what. All your problems would be over.

You are the one whipping yourself. You're free to stop it any moment.

This is all just ego drama. You want to cry endlessly or you want to come to a place free from any internal conflict? If you sincerely wanted to come out of this you would've done that already. These are just crocodile tears to receive pampering.

That is actually one of the metaphysical teachings, principles of life that is found in every holy scripture in every religion. Testing this dharma with your own skin is the where the challenge is

Weirdly the past couple days I was getting inspiration to make some yt content aswell.

"maybe tibetan bhuddism would fit you better, it contains both the emptyness teachings and the love and the many different yogas, tantras, chants, medicine, astrology, vast esoteric knowledge etc. It's a much vaster world and has many possiblities for exploring the world of spirituality. And eventually begin to offer that same knowledge, teachings to others." Somehow I feel there's probably a better more suited place for you somewhere that is not yet in your awareness. Perhaps it will manifest or present itself as you continue growing and rising your receptivity. Usually that's how it works.

Awww. Can relate a bit to this tho I'm not an artist. But going after your passion when it doesn't pay is something I can relate. I like the spirit and determination in the post. Reminds me of a spirited spiritual seeker who's constantly faced with the decision to chose love over fear. More power to you:)

You can be both. You can learn to be comfortable and content by yourself and you can become good at expressing yourself freely aswell and master the art of relationship/communion. Allowing both the masculine and the feminine within you to fully blossom.

Spiritual retreats are probably always good. It's just that it can vary from person to person what they need the most at that moment and stage of development. It's probably best if a person follows and trusts the guidence of heart's desire to know where and when to go. Tho heart's signals can be confusing. But you'll be fine because something is guiding you already. There's one retreat that i personally want to do that my heart sets on fire each time i think of doing it. That's a good sign for me to pursue it. But the means to do it are not quite there yet. So i just surrender to where i am and make the most of it.
