  1. My little pony is not the most relatable example. Anime is a better one. There're people who don't watch anime because it's simply boring for them and doesn't satisfy their needs but have no judgement over it. And there are people who think watching anime will make them look weak in front of others. There are people who need to look tough and cool, and watching anime is cosidered being a loser and that threatens their status, it threatens their identity. Fear again, fear of being labeled as immature, weak or whatever. But it depends on the context. Each case is different.
  2. I'm trying really hard, but i still don't see what this has to do with the question ? Are you trying to say God's love has no likes and dislikes? That's true. I agree on that. God's love is indeed unconditional and has no preferances. But it's still out of context to the question and it doesn't change the answer given earlier. Seems like some unrelated emotions got struck when i used ramana as an example for a i-don't-give-a-fuck-about-anything samadhi. Maybe if I had used a different being as an example, everything would've been fine ? Ramana is a good example tho. I'm sure he was capable of compassion and love but he truly was famous for his infinite bottomless shiva silence. There's zero emotion in that vacuum of emptiness absorbtion.
  3. @Moksha that's cool but the question was "what about the situation where someone doesn't feel neither love nor hate nor any other emotion for that matter?" And the answer remains the same, it's only in some sort of emptiness/zen samadhi that someone can be with total detachment and zero emotional involvment with the environment, just like space. That's the only exception i can think of. I don't know why would you bring Ramana's ability to be compassionate here. Seems out of context a bit.
  4. There is one exception to this, if you're abiding in total detachment from life. It's called i-don't-give-a-fuck-about-anything samadhi in sanskrit language. But it's rare. Very rare. Only beings like Ramana Maharshi can be where you neither like anyone, nor dislike anyone. Just pure space, pure vaccum of void, with total diregard emotionaly to the phenomenal existence.
  5. @StarStruck ? you got me there. I would guess there's still some subtle judgement going on. Like "these people are weird but who cares they don’t bother me" or "not my type of people to hang out with" so it's a subtle rejection of them. And rejection like judgement are both children of fear. Your real emotions about kkk would show up much clearer with you faced them face to face also. Now i could try to give an explanation of why judgement and rejection are born out of fear but StarStruck is really going to be offended again by my bs "buddhists" ideas lol A short explanation would sound like this, if you don't consider someone your friend, in some way you alienated and push them aside from yourself. It comes from self-protection, cautiousness, doubt, suspiciousness, judgement etc. all of which are forms of fear. So there are only two possible emotions, either you include everyone as a part of yourselve with Love, or you reject them and push them aside which comes from fear. And fear has many forms. Love also has more then one form probably. You're either inclusive with your emotion or exclusive. There is no other option. ... Btw, being inclusive doesn't mean you approve their behavior if it's a behavior which stems from ignorance. It means you don't condemn them and you still regard them as worthy of love. There's a lot of misunderstandings that happen on this front. If someone is going to be that one, it is really going to give me "my gosh...." moment Like this "oh my gosh..."
  6. Interesting. I never thought of it like that
  7. @Kksd74628 i would agree. Context is impartant and different times require different wisdom. I didn't excpet anyone to actually follow up on it (as if it's that easy to become fully enlightened). It was more like thought provoking lines for self reflection
  8. One who is in competition is in perpetual state of conflict. Even if you become the number one guy in the universe, it will not give you peace. It's only when the desire to be better then others is completely dropped that you find wholeness that no one can compete with.
  9. Person is always in competition, person's worth is always determined by relation to other persons. And it will never be sayisfied with being second. So it is doomed to struggle and suffer the impossible competition. The more we move into presence, we become less and less defined. When we become totally empty, there's nothing to compare yourself anymore with. You're no longer the greatest, you're no longer the worst, you are simply no longer, you're just Presence and strain of competition are over. That's the only way
  10. Maybe if pineal gland was producing dmt. Dmt makes everything look more real.
  11. It would help somewhat for sure, i but i don't think it would solve all ther problems just like that. Unless she would chant it all day long or smth. The prayer I linked is somewhat special. It's in original arameic language, which like sanskrit was made conciously. Every sound has a profound meaning in it. The translation of Lord's prayer has lost a lot of the original significance of sound and vibration. The first word in Lord's prayer is Abhwoon. If you say it slowly you get, Aaaaaaabhuuuuuuunnnnnnn. That's AUM in sanskrit. The most profound sound in the universe that purifies all things. Interesting, recently i was in egypt to see the pyramids and ancient temples, the guide told us the first three gods of egypt were named A, U and M. I thought, hmmm, isn't that a coincidence ? Anyhow, that prayer i linked is very profound, it's like a sacred arrangement of sounds capable of putting you in the state of Glory and Light, purify you, creating union with God. It would definitely help somewhat. But getting rid of these negative entities is not always easy. Some persistence is needed. If she had some authentic spiritual practice going on, it would be much easier. The practice would take care of it then.
  12. If she's really that good with contacting entities, why doesn't she contact an entity of benevolence and grace, support and protection? Like Jesus for example This one is valid.
  13. En-Light-ment means reaching more Light. And since god has no limit, you can access greater and greater and greater Light forever
  14. I just find it weird. You ask what is the opposite of love. I say contraction. Then i give a bad explanation why contraction and ego are the same thing and then you say im indoctrinated with buddhism and these ideas of enlightenment are total bs. I just don’t see the connection how you got there.
  15. +1 Ignorance is another good word for it
  16. That is true. But i meant ego. Ego when it is threatened always becomes fearful first and then becomes angry, judgemental etc. Responding with calm is a quality of presence more then ego.
  17. Looool. The story of my life. I used to do his kriyas as well. I could share in pm some Christ pathway material that would blow your mind into another fucking galaxy
  18. Behind every hate is fear actually. Every time someone threatens our survival, we become angry, and we want to destroy them but fear is behind all of it from the start. Same with pride and arrogance, we seek to boost our ego to be on top of others, but this stems from insecurity (also a form of fear) etc. Greed and selfishness is a form of fear of survival aswell Basicly everything stems from the fear of death, except love.
  19. To be honest this is a weird response to the explanation why ego and contraction is the same thing ? tho my explanation wasn't very good.
  20. Oh gosh... okey here it goes. First there's a false perception due to ignorance that we are a seperate entity, seperate from the rest of the world. Then naturally the energy of fear is born. Fear of death, fear of survival. (That's already a contraction btw) Ego's only source of motivation for action is fear of death and survival This causes lots of defensiveness, resistence, cautiousness, contraction and all the ego games we play is just to endorse this sense of separation. Ego's entire existence depends on this sense of seperation so it has to resist many things to not lose it's sense of individuality It is a psychological resistence that draws a boundary between what is me and what is not me What i embrace is me, what i resist is not me If ego was to fully let go, the sense of self would merge into everything I don't know, most people intuitively understand that ego and resistence is the same thing. It's hard to explain. I feel you should've known this to some extent
  21. Egoism is synonymous with contraction. They go together.
  22. Sort of. Lots of ego and unconscious contractions still in need of purification. Having a glimpse of that Glory & Love is not that difficult if you have a proper guide
