With a bit of grace and support from god it's possible. But you have to make yourself available to it first. And it happens when you turn to your most authentic desire. A desire that does not come from sadness and sorrow, but a desire that opens your body wide open and fills you with rays of hope, trust, aliveness, radience, inspiration, sense of connectidness and grace. By saying yes to that desire, you say yes to god. And when you say yes to god, god cannot fail you, because you are his offspring that he forever loves and takes care of.

Look deeper. There is a deeper desire deep down that you're not fully aware of.

Not sure i understood the question but you can learn to transmit and extend this Light to others. It's what gurus call a blessing.

How much support and blessings you receive depends on how open and receptive to god's grace are you. How open the channels of love and gratitude are in you. How powerfully the stream of Light and Glory is flowing through you. That's your answer.

Btw if you were to put your awareness on that saddness and hold it, abide in it. The alchemy of transformation and healing would begin to take place. Sadness would get replaced by Light on its own. And then the next layer would pop up eventually. That's your starway to heaven.

Mmm.. It can be both. When the noise of the mind subsides it's easier to become aware of the subtle phenomena, "to get in touch with reality" as they say. But at the same time your ability to perceive subtle phenomena can be cultivated and refined to a higher and higher degree evermore. Ego or your subconcious mind has many layers, now your awareness has sinked a bit deeper and revealed a new layer of the subconcious and you became aware of sadness. Now suppose there are 1000 more layers like that deep inside you. Each one brings new level of healing, wisdom, relief, expansion, freedom, liberation, radience, an increased flow of energy and vitality etc. Basicly at the end of it all you'd be glowing and beaming like Jesus. That's the path in a nutshell.

"Increased awareness" would be a better way to call it. It can increase much more tho. So you become deeper and deeper aware of what the Truth that already is. This.

No one is perfect. If you want you can blame just about anything in the universe for your suffering. But it's toxic. So i would in your case pick a healthier, purer attitude. Everybody is striving for happyness in their own way. Let us all join together, stop playing the humanity's favorite game of all time "the victim game" and move forward towards a brighter future. ? amen brother

Least Leo could do is put some effort into further investigstion. The guy is an open book, willing to share all his knowledge and experience and talk in person even. To have a heart to heart communication. There's so much potential here to learn something new. Simply dismissing all that as a lie and bs is so cringe lol.

If you're avoiding it, in some way it is an unpleasent experience for you. That would be my guess. Perhaps you're not good at relationships and it causes you stress and tiredness or smth. Or you're afraid of intimacy. Or... there're probably many things that could couse unpleasentness in socializing

Awww... this is dissapointing. I was expecting a more honest, sincere, open minded discussion where two people are vulnerable and not defensive about their position. Willing to explore unknown terrain. Willing to question and explore different opinions and perspectives with more curiosity and thirst for deeper understanding. Not as an epic ego battle of who's right and who's wrong. But as two friends helping each other out to see something new. But... i kinda thought it was too good to be true, haha.
