This is one of my favorite if not my favorite album of all time. so powerful. Kendrick is just so vulnerable, authentic, and so introspective and observant. We all can learn from him. My life has felt more complete since he dropped the project. The album has been on replay a lot lately. loving that Love is a big theme in the album. I love the chorus from Purplehearts: "Shut the fuck up when you hear love talking, if god be the source then i am the plug talking". Seems he is even aware that the universe works through us. where does are thoughts and ideas come from? are they in the field of consciousness/the Akashic records where if someone is brave enough to tap into the flow and be the vessel for creation and expression, the songs just easily writes itself. I am a Hip-Hop artist myself and it seems when i am connected with the universe the songs really do just write themselves. getting into that flow state. Therapy and working on yourself is very important; to be able to face your demons/shadows. for Kendrick to be so vulnerable and authentic about it is so inspiring and moving. I love how in N95 he says he is "done with the wrong and the right, and the black and the white". Like leo says in some of his videos there is no such things as wrong or right. we are the devil. the devil isn't external. we create self deception through our bias. there is just so much i can say about this album.

Funny thing is though when hip-hop was conceived, it was not Stage Red. It was conscious music. It was about uplifting the community and being authentic. Hip-Hop was not just an art or craft but a lifestyle. But as it become monopolized and became mainstream it became corrupted and became more Red. why is many hip-hop songs on mainstream about materialism (Orange), keeping tradition (Blue--mainstream doesn't like when Rappers go out the box), and Egocentric (red)? I think it's because low consciousness things sell. Also, the people in power want to perpetuate hate instead of love. they are moving away from the real essence of hip-hop. Some say we don't need the KKK and other hate crime groups against the african-american community/culture because a lot of main-stream hip-hop music, and even sub cultures like battle rap (which I love) is talking about committing violent acts to each other (even fellow black men or people in their own communities) and saying how you better than somebody else. This is why Kendrick's last album was so powerful. it was so vulnerable and honest and i feel he is rapping from at least a stage yellow perspective because he is analyzing the systems, situations, experiences and more that have created the people, the community and system, and how he himself has contributed to society's problems. I don't think people like kendrick's album because it's like what Tyler the Creator said "it's like he is talking directly to you. calling out all your shit" i am paraphrasing but it was something like that. Hip-Hop started from love and that is what actualized teaches. we are infinite Love and Kendrick understands that and how life is perspectival. Most of friends don't like the conscious hip-hop i listen to. and funny enough, these people aren't deep into spiritualty and awakening as much as me. The themes and things people are talking about they cannot connect with. they rather have another club banger or chill song they can listen to that isn't to deep; which is fine. I feel that hip-hop hasn't been fully appreciated for the advance artform that it is due to the oversaturation of bad artist since anybody can have a voice. that is the beauty of hip-hop. you can see all the different stages of spiral dynamics because hip-hop gives anyone a voice regardless of class, race, gender, etc. -

Kendrick Too good. Love this song from TPAB. Prob a top 3 track for me. that production and his lyrics and flow are just immaculate. -
Yes this film was a masterpiece i agree. I feel this is a game changer in film world and also just in art culture in general. This was pulling from so many different genres and they were dropping Gems of knowledge and wisdom in their if you were able to see past the funny stuff and see how the themes and motifs come alive. I went to the theaters multiple times to watch. The perspective of the multi-verse portrayed in this film reminds of the Akashic records. The everything donut reminded me of the Ouroboros. This film is in my top 10 films of all time.

weird stuff. this is all a shit show. Take this as you will. That's life right? have a healthy level of skepticism and know what to take that works for you and what to discard that does not help you. If this is true, i know how it feels for people to be "fake" and to be betrayed. That is hurtful.

I love Hip-Hop. There shouldn't be censorship. There needs to be freedom of expression. Just like America gives hate groups or religious groups the freedom to say what they what to their congregations, same thing should apply to Hip-Hop. I love the craft and art and imo, the craft has been corrupted over the years. I agree with you that depending on the listener, they will interrupt the music different. It's all perspective. That is why i love this last Kendrick Lamar Album so much. I think it might be one of the best of all time. Mr Moral and the Big Steppers is so honest. Fuck Cancel culture like Kendrick says. i am tired of people being politically correct instead of being authentic. Rap is also story telling so people shouldn't take everything rappers say so literal. Film makers can make gruesome scenes in their movie that can make you question their minds but when a rapper is telling a vulgar story through words that is more offensive? I am tired of how overly sensitive society is. Words are energy and hold weight but paradoxically words only have as much weight as we give them as well since language is a human construct--we can change the meanings of words at will since it is a game. -
