  1. @jes We don't need it. There is wisdom inside already, not sure where it comes from, but I know when I throw out the garbage there is room for a solution to bubble up. This is my direct experience anyway. I throw the garbage of humanity in the cosmic trash can.. Easy
  2. @jes Lol. How does that feel? For me it feels pretty spacious inside. More psychological space.
  3. Exactly. There are no answers. Keep asking questions and it's a bottomless pit. When does it end? I mean, their ego is invested in regurgitating garbage and our egos are invested in regurgitating spiritual sounding garbage. Is there any difference? I'm not being an asshole here either
  4. @jes Ok. Let me ask you a question. Q) What do you do with garbage?
  5. Does anybody know what they are doing? This is my big realization right now.. But would we come to these insights if we don't try? The more nonsense I talk the more I see it as nonsense. Everything is divine nonsense. The divine speaking crap about nothing.. I'm going to write a book about it. It's going to be a short volume
  6. @jes One method you could experiment with is allowing it and then deciding for yourself whether its negative (which will make you feel bad) or just nonsense (which is actually quite liberating). Most ideas are actually nonsense. Mine, yours, everybody's.
  7. @abrakamowse @Linas Likewise
  8. @Natasha Pardon? Why would I "LOL" at your video?
  9. @Natasha Everything is nonsense. Including the teacher
  10. @governor Dharma means the Buddah nature as far as I'm concerned. From what I understand we need an embodiment in human form, because how can "nothingness" be otherwise expressed of it were not through a teacher?
  11. It's not a case of patterning. It's just that you see what he/she sees in a direct way. If somebody is enlightened liberated they see things from the Absolute. How can one not embody that? The enlightened teacher is the embodiment of the Dharma, they are not speaking from their personality. Once you tap in you speak the same things as the Buddah spoke. There is only one Buddah and he speaks the same truth in all people when awakened. It's like a fire, you take some of their fire and it starts to light inside you. The same fire Everything everybody says about liberation from the perspective of non liberation is absolute horse shit. It's fantasy. That's why I said you could watch a video, or you could actually do the real work instead of moving ideas around in the dream and making some philosophy about it.
  12. @governor It seems extreme. Embody the teacher means surrender to the teaching. The teacher who is enlightened can help you slip into experience of surrender. Then when that happens you become attached to the teacher. You notice your dependency. Then you notice it's not enough and that you are ultimately alone because even your master isn't perfect. Understanding this means letting go of ideas of seeking perfection. Once that seeking has been extinguished then one is independent for the first time. To put it simply, the final search in life is the ultimate search for enlightenment. When you realise that even enlightenment is false, what have you got left? Your dreams collapse because you know seeking is pointless.
  13. @jes In my experience the only cure for this really is awakening. Find a teacher, have the experience, embody the teacher. Soon enough you will experience aloneness on the path. I imagine after that we give up all ideas and seeking for perfection. Or, watch a video. Whatever floats ya boat
  14. @Linas @Linas Well yes, there is value in those things. Everything has some value. Could I be around hookers and types flaunting their status for long? No, that would be very draining for me personally. My idea of the good life is different from yours. We are all different
  15. Falk, I know I joke, but on a serious note, watching these videos is counterproductive. You are completely right, why rob ones self of the opportunity of finding out this stuff for ourselves through experience trial and error.
  16. @Falk Nothing will happen. There is nothing happening
  17. @Taurus Become the guy/girl with the answers and that will help you more, because what you end up doing is solving your own issues by telling others what to do.
  18. @Natasha LOL ok, well, I never heard of this but it's pretty damn funny I was saying the same thing!
  19. @Heart of Space Another problem of what you're doing here is in my view you are destroying something. You could have my help, but nobody who understands themselves will help a person who disrespects them. I still make this mistake today. I did it with Charlie because some of his words created strong reactions in me. But he also helped me have an awakening a few days ago, I'm so grateful and also regretful. He may not help me out, that's a pill I have to swallow. But on here I post my own experience and use it to journal, so what people are getting from me is genuine things from my moment to moment experience. That's high development and awakening. Awakening is a process for me, it unfolds in stages. The more I go over you messages the more I sense your rancour and belittling nature. I'm fine now, I talk from my heart and I'm at peace. But of you think you can poke then brand on certain reactions then youre pretty clueless.
  20. @Heart of Space It's fine that you think high development is about control when ones values are being disrespected. Development is about a widening of perspective.. You don't just get angry for the self, you get angry for all selves. I've felt sorrow for you, anger, regret. All sorts. There's more emotion and values going on here, plus moments of no self, shadow work and coming to terms with disowned parts of myself too. There is a lot going on. And I feel lots of emotions reading people posts. I'm not a paper person who sits on emotions. I'm developing myself. I'm sorry if that doesn't fit in with your schema. You might want to re-consider aborting development because you will feel MORE pain and sometimes lose it with all this going on. Sorry to disappoint. The real goodies are I can feel more pain, but also at the same time transcend it. But I'm no doormat, that's part of the territory of growing up, you don't let teenagers who know nothing of what you're trying to do walk over you. Mal
  21. Again, I don't know where you get the idea that there are people walking around without a social persona, and that they don't respond negatively when their values are being direrespected? Perhaps in comic books you may find people like that. But, besides all that, what I see is a person in you who enjoys making people upset. That to me is narcissism. Going by the rest of your illogical behaviour too I would hasten my assessment of you is correct.. Now, it needent have been this way, as most mature and developed people don't test people for reliability to "see if their advice is worth listening to". That is a bit binary, most have something decent to share. Anyway, I am no longer going to keep you in your supply by feeding you more attention. Warmly Mal
